Easy to use, access real-time insights and seamlessly integrates to gmail!!!

What do you like best about the product?
My two favourite things:
1. Being able to seamlessly connect any hosted deck or content, into any email to my partners. It's also super easy to upload my own content too (drag and drop), if the content I need isn't available to utilise in the CMS. The discovery function makes is super easy to find the content I need, and you can setup different content groups with different teams in the business to make it event easier to find what you need
2. Being able to see real-time data (item opens, email opens, etc) across all content that I have sent out to my partners. You can even collate a multitude of content blocks into a 'pitch deck', which you can use to host a selection of relevant materials for my partners. This has been incredibly valuable when it comes to things like following which partners have/haven't read the content that I've sent them.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only challenge is around collaboration. I'd love for there to be a way to edit the content, within Highspot, on the fly. This would allow me to control any submitted content more simply, rather than having to delete content, edit the content on the back-end (e.g. on keynote) and then re-upload content (apologies if this feature is available already Highspot team, I haven't come across it myself). Also, it would be great if you can make personalised edits to the content based on the end reader, similar to what a platform like Turtl does

In my mind, these a 'nice to have' rather than a 'must haves'.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Biggest two challenges being solved are 'time saving' and 'consistency'. The amount of hours I'm saving from NOT having to find the content on my local device, compress it/wetransfer it (if it's a large file) and then attaching that to an email is incredible. From a consistency perspective, having a 'single source of truth' for content is imperative, and Highspot allows our business to ensure that every employee, no matter their role/function, is singing from the same hymn sheet.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that Highspot offers a nice variety of ways to filter your content for search. The feedback function has been helpful as well. Our sales teams do occasionally engage with it and it’s helpful to have that feedback.
What do you dislike about the product?
While content can be filtered, a lot of times the search results can seem random. If you run the same search as a colleague, you’ll likely get very differently ordered results.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It serves as a centralized content repository for us and it’s done decently well in that regard. It’s enabled sales to find various content and also serves as a request firewall for the marketing team.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how it intergrade with Google drive making it easy to update all my content.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how user organization is very complicated. I have to add people to different groups and also I cannot resent one single invite to one person.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to have all updated collateral material in one space that auto updates which helps with version control

What do you like best about the product?
Highspot has been huge for us. We have been able to set up our portal, build smart pages, and our sales team couldn't be happier. They just "got it". There are a few things to learn, but they make it simple to make everything searchable and findable. It's easy for marketers to upload content and the end-user experience is dead simple.

As we start to gather more data, it's going to be nice to see how our content drives revenue (or doesn't!). Either way, looking forward to data-driven product marketing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Onboarding was tough for admins. It's kinda a wonky UX and not every workflow is super clear. That being said, it's highly configurable and it's easy for the reps (which matters most)

We needed an easy way to upload content

We are a hypergrowth company, so we needed a platform that could scale with our GTM function. So far, Highspot has fit the bill.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Just make sure you have the time and buy in (ops, marketing, sales, etc) to implement! If you have your ducks in a row, it's a big win for your revenue teams.

One Stop Shop for Your Sales & Marketing Teams!

What do you like best about the product?
Highspot has an easy-to-use UI. It works with common file types. It has templates built out that make page or pitch creation effortless. And our Account Manager and Services Specialist made our implementation feel very personalized. They were there to answer our questions and provide support whenever we needed. The Analytics behind Content and Pitch Engagement also helped drive future content creation within our Marketing team as well as how to build out future sales plays.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of graphics or effects within the templates. Pages and Pitches can start to feel a little bland. It would be nice if there were additional shapes for buttons and banners. Also, if there were sub-folders within Spots so that when viewing outside of a Page Overview, content could be a little more organized.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We now have one centralized location for all of our content. Onboarding and training are streamlined. And now we have metrics behind the content that drives revenue. You will not be able to replicate the value of Highspot with a shared drive or even SharePoint - Highspot is one-of-a-kind in their technology and their customer service.

What do you like best about the product?
Our sales team loves that Highspot is very mobile-friendly, which gives them the ability to share content quickly and easily with customers. The search capabilities are also a big plus, we moved from a Google drive where searching for content was frustrating at best. Pitch analytics are also very important to our sales team - it helps them focus on the right customers to help them close more business. The ability to integrate with Salesforce is also a big plus.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think our organization had a typical onboarding because we created a demo before we purchased the product so we did not receive a lot of training upfront. There are things I would have done differently had I known more. Overall I think the platform is easy to manage but if you don't build your structure out correctly from the get-go you can run into trouble down the road.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our sales team saves a lot of time with the ability to provide information to customers immediately.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would highly recommend Highspot as a sales enablement solution.

What do you like best about the product?
Our account team is great to work with. The team that supports the administration of our Highspot deployment is underresourced but our account team at Highspot is proactive, collaboration, creative, and responsive to the point where they're willing to be an extension of the team. The functionality is one thing but what has set apart our experience with Highspot is the support and partnership we've received from our account team.
What do you dislike about the product?
From an administrative perspective there are no dislikes or barriers that are detrimental to our use cases and ROI.

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to navigate to find content. Similarly, it's easy to create emails from Highspot, or with the Outlook plug-in, to imbed content into emails that I send through Outlook. Third - I like the visibility to see when someone opens or clicks on a piece of Highspot content that was included in my email.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like to see content that is uploaded to Highspot time stamped (maybe that can be done by the Admin, but I don't see it). And have the content be curated by what was loaded most recently. Again, maybe that is possible, and I either have forgotten or was not shown how to do it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
First - much easier access to content that I both consume myself and what I send to clients and prospects. Second, I can see who actually clicks on content that I include, and can see if they access it multiple times (a gauge of interest/intent). Benefits include 1) interest, 2) who's accessing the content, 3) great way to professionally send information and content to prospects.

What do you like best about the product?
The teams are super friendly and responsive! It also seems like everyone there knows the product very well and is always willing to quickly and carefully answer questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform is a little glitchy, and not quite as smart as advertised.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This has been a great way to get our sales team working off of the latest materials in collaboration with our marketing team. It's easy to get organized, search, and tag everything within the platform, which has reduced back-and-forth between sales reps and support teams and made everything a lot more visible and smooth across teams.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to "remix" presentations is fantastic, as well as create customized micro-sites filled with relevant content.
What do you dislike about the product?
While some reps have taken to the system, it's been a journey to really encourage full adoption and make the most out of it. Visually, we had also looked at other systems with better interfaces, and there's room to improve there, but functionally we found Highspot to be more on target in the sales process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We'd been using a folder based system filled with multiple versions of collateral, and there was too much disconnect between the marketing and sales teams. Marketing now has more version control and insight into the sales team's activities, and it's saved our reps time when sharing collateral with prospects.
