Highspot has changed the way we manage content
What do you like best about the product?
Very user friendly. anyone can use this.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish all of our content was uploaded!!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is super easy to find the most updated information to send to clients. I don't have to search through multiple platforms or email coworkers anymore,

Play around with it and explore. You won't break it!

What do you like best about the product?
I love the searchable feature. It's nice to make a quick search versus the alternative of digging through folders to find what you're looking for.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't ran into any downsides of the platform thus far. So far it's been a great resource for our company!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously we had a ton of content but no one knew where to find it. With HighSpot, employees can easily find the content they are looking for and they don't have to worry if the information is outdated or when the last time it was updated.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're a larger organization, who needs a one-stop shop for all things content - HighSpot is the perfect resource.
Great way for us to track engagement
What do you like best about the product?
the analytics tracking content engagement allows us to focus on areas that our customers and our teams are engaging with and adjust content to better speak to our external and internal customers. The other area I like is the integrations with both our CRM and Google Drive. This allows us to track content and touch points to our customers by rep and it also allows us to manage our version control. The users also have the ability to edit and combine content to better suit their customer's needs by Remixing content. This keeps our reps within brand guidelines but creates a more personalized experience for the client.
Additionally, the Highspot support team has been great and catered to our needs vs a schedule of touchpoints. The personalized customer service has helped with product adoption across our organization.

What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the limited tracking when sending content from the Gmail plugin. When sending from Gmail we are able to see that content was opened, viewed, and downloaded but not by who if multiple people are on the email. This isn't a software limitation but the nature of what Gmail shares back on engagement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving two problems currently, the first is making sure our sales and cx team are sending out up to date content following brand guidelines as we were using drive before which allowed for more freedom to change and less version control. the second is tracking engagement with content that allows us to see where our teams are excelling in client touches and what content our clients are most engaged with.

Easy search function and the ability to create a microsite in follow up emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
It’s a little slow and not as smooth running a demo from Highspot vs Google Slides.

Putting all our content into one spot. Better follow up with prospects.

It’s a really easy interface to store content, design follow up plans and track engagement.
Excellent platform, account management, and customer service
What do you like best about the product?
I've worked with highspot for about 3.5 years. Our account managers are always knowledgable, helpful, and quick to respond. The account managers are consultative and strategic and have helped us optimized our material so our sales reps can find what they need. They've also helped us to attribute marketing content to sales stages helping us measure effectiveness. Their customer support is always timely, and the knowledge base is fleshed out and comprehensive. The marketing team benefits from the reports, analytics, and 3rd party integrations.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any major issues with highspot. If you spent some time with the platform you can ramp up to all of its features to maximize value.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're solving content management, marketing measurement, and effectiveness. We're able to attribute marketing contribution through content engagement reports and analysis.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
In order to have effective sales enablement and engagement you need an awesome CMS, easy to use interface and a platform that lets you find what you need. Talk to a highspot representative and find a plan that work's for your business.
Excellent platform for managing sales and marketing assets
What do you like best about the product?
Extremely intuitive, so our sales team was able to jump in and start using right away. Intuitive for admin as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing in particular that I dislike. There are a lot of features to the product that I either don't require, or don't fully understand - but that's not a dislike necessarily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our sales and marketing materials were a mess, and there was a big challenge with version control. Highspot organized that process, and our organization knows that Highspot is the go-to place for the most current version of any of our materials.
Convenient & User Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to create unique landing pages where I can pick which pieces of information are present. This creates an easy landing page for client facing conversations that make me look more professional that an email attachment.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is hard to find documents at times. The search function is great, but sometimes an in-depth table of contents would be better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Highspot provides us with a one-stop-shop for all of our supporting documents. We have had multiple folders & micro sites in the past which makes it hard to decipher which place you need to go to get what thing, but now its all in one spot. This also makes it easier for management to ensure the most up-to-date information is being used externally.

Highspot has easy to use functionality and reduces the noise and chaos experienced by teams accustomed to digging through shared folders or using Slack to crowd source content.
They are also amazing partners, always willing to get on the phone with our end users, help us develop our strategy, give us insight into what other organizations are doing that we can take advantage of.
There is always a new featuring coming along that is exactly what we needed. Their product team clearly listens to their customers when planning the next big feature. You cannot go wrong with Highspot.
This tool is absolutely for your GTM enablement and beyond. Our digital onboarding program is a complete hit in part because of the sophistication and organization of Highspot smart pages.

What do you dislike about the product?
Internal analytics in Salesforce is on the roadmap and insights based information beyond content engagement would be helpful. You have to be extremely intentional about your spot organization. It would be nice to see a "spot organizer" in a folder like structure. We have a job aid for my enablement team on where to source, how to tag, and what to bookmark that can be unwieldy.

What do you like best about the product?
Finding assets, sending them to prospects or clients, and tracking their usage has become much easier with Highspot. It's flexible and powerful features have improved my ability to efficiently communicate across all levels of the organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
Learning a new system as robust as Highspot can be overwhelming. The live training sessions made it easier.

Highspot has made it easier to find specific marketing assets that cover a topic.

If you need to organize files and make them accessible to people across an organization this is a great tool to utilize.

What do you like best about the product?
Highspot not only manages your content better (Allowing you to view and access content faster) it can deploy playbook ready sales content when sales teams need it the most through SFDC integrations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ability for comprehensive rebranding to the organizations preferred name (including hyperlinks names)

Content management and sales playbook deployment. If you make it easy for reps...they will use it.
