Excellent organized platform that is easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Everything is organized and in one place. I can easily search for content, download content, send content directly to my contacts. I like that if I search on a topic, all content is collected and I can select different documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I really don't dislike or have any suggestions about changes to Highspot. It really is a great tool for a company that has a lot of documentation that needs to be shared across various groups and keeps messaging consistent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Highspot allows people to maintain consistent messaging because the same content is being leveraging. This is great for our customers so they hear the same message, sales pitch, etc from different people. The tool helps us stay in uniform and organized and consistent.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you have a lot of documentation on multiple systems and they are not in sync and consistently updated, Highspot is for you. The tool is flexible, easy to use, and keeps documents organized for your company. This ensures people are consistent in messaging and delivering the same content to clients and prospects.
Game Changer
What do you like best about the product?
Highspot is very easy to manage and offers a lot of options for creating engagement with content. The person that helped us with our initial implementation is still who we meet with bi-weekly, which has a ton of value. Users LOVE the application, which makes it fun to administer and helps to create a feeling that people who don't use it are missing out on something that is important to their success.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost can be prohibitive for users that only need a few things forcing the creation of alternate workflows for organizations with a large number of users that provide some level of sales or client support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for a Sales Enablement tool, Highspot should be on your shortlist. Have Highspot set up an example or two of how your playbooks might work, using a real business problem you hope to solve with it. This will give you a good idea of how they respond, and how the tool would actually work. Also, pay attention to your sales engagement with their team. They used Highspot in their own pitches, which gives you a sense of how your prospects would engage with content.
Great Content Product
What do you like best about the product?
Highspot connects to your inbox easily allowing you to provide the right content to your clients and prospects while also providing internal tracking information to easily understand what they viewed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes find it difficult to edit presentations since I am taking multiple slides from different decks to create a consolidated one for clients.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem that is being solved by Highspot is uniformity of content throughout the company. Prior to utilizing Highspot there were many versions of the same content floating around and this tool helped eliminate that.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is a tool you definitely have to familiarize yourself with before you get comfortable using it, so I would just say practice. Visit the tool frequently in order to familiarize yourself with where and how you can utilize the content.
Our sales reps and content team love HighSpot
What do you like best about the product?
Our sales reps love the visibility into content viewing and engagement from contacts they pitch out to. They also love finally having all content in one place to access - specifically training videos for all the technology we use (now we can refer them to that spot instead of sending them a ton of documents through email). The account support they provide is also great with daily meetings, continuous support and enablement! Also love how we are able to customize the platform with our company's branding and colors.
Our team is able to coordinate with other parts of the business to leverage the platform as well (communications and corporate leadership team for announcements, product team for updates etc.). Because we can connect documents to our SharePoint, we don't' need to continuously re-upload pieces from there which also saves a lot of time.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the interface is a bit slow to load - especially when creating overview pages. But nothing too severe. Also all the terminology, spots, pitch, overview, smart page, etc. takes a bit to get used to but again, once understood it is easy to understand).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We understand now what content is resonating both with our sales team as well as prospects. Reps also now have a 'one stop shop' for content instead of looking all over the place (SharePoint, their documents, emails). It is a way for us to communicate with them in one place and have visibility into what content to create in the future.

If you need a central place to put and pitch out content, consider this platform!

What do you like best about the product?
The intuitive search capability makes it very easy to find the content that I am looking for and it seems that the ability to organize the content being accessed is very well done.
The tracking mechanism that allows the insight to when a prospect/client opens the message and how much time they spend on it is a great feature.

What do you dislike about the product?
Although the tracking mechanism that shows the client opened the email, it seems that if the same message goes to multiple people it is hard to tell who is doing what.
Within a specific document that might be several pages long, it would be nice to have a search capability to jump to the relevant page without having to scroll through the entire doc.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have saved a lot of time by having access to pre-made presentations and product overviews that can be used "as is" or slightly modified. The benefit is that I get to spend that time interacting with clients on the topics at hand and selling!

For a sales team it can really speed up response time to a prospect/client, I recommend embracing it and jumping in head first!

The UI id clean, simple and easy to use, there was very little learning curb needed.

I would like the ability to use an auth system like signing it with Google rather than email and password

The ability to create unified sales decks to use across the board, sharing is super easy

My follow-up and outreach to customers and prospects is easier and more professional looking. Plus the tracking helps my process as well.
Efficient Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like the tracking of views and time spent on slides or documents when you send it in HighSpot. Gives you a lot of insight of what is important to a client and what was not.
What do you dislike about the product?
You cannot hit "reply all" on an originated HighSpot email. You have to use gmail plug in with HighSpot. Would like the ability to resend/forward or use email functions out of HighSpot so you don't have to go to two places.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps with insights on what is important to a client and what is not in a proposal. Learned that pricing has been the slide that most time was spent on.

The ability to leverage content in a user friendly way.

I wish remix slides were easier but this also could be due to lack of knowledge on my end.

I am saving so much time using highspot vs trying to create custom decks that are not within our brand guidelines for my clients.
Great experience with implementation and usefulness. Still learning how to maximize usage.

I like the ability to expire and update content so that we don't have a clutter of defunct or old content for the company to sift through.
What do you dislike about the product?
I fell like the Analytics could be more intuitive or better ability to customize. Some reports can only pull certain information and are limited on data fields that can be pulled. I would like to see additional data points. I also don't like the ability to organize the fields such as moving them to the beginning or end of the report. The search feature is also spotty. I can export from analytics and copy and paste the name of a piece of content in the search and receive zero search results.

Problems we are solving are ensuring that we have updated content being distrubuted and not old outdated pieces.
