Easy to Use and Makes My Life Easier
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can house all my content in one place and share it easily with my customers. I can also track how my content is being used.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any dislikes with their platform.

Storing my sales collateral and sharing it with my customers.
Easy to use Knowledge base for Go To Market
What do you like best about the product?
Highspot has consolidated information all Go to Market Solution sets and offering based on domains and industry verticals. Its easy to use and navigate across sections
What do you dislike about the product?
The updates and notifications can improve. Analyst relationships and content can improve in terms of recency and relevancy
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Learning and Enablement internally and with the customer
AMAZING ON THE GO COLLABORATIVE RESOURESOURCE
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use in regards to UI. Amazing UI. Very helpful and resoureful tool. Love that you can share , collaborate and send files on the platform internally and extrnally. I also love the mobile app for when I am on the go as well as the ability to have training courses as well as the email notifications and recaps.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not dislike anything! I have no issues whatsoever with Highspot or the platform. It is perfect. Maybe cosmetically, is there a dark mode?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a newcomer to the B2B sales consulting indurstry, having training courses and reference material help me become the best I can be to succeed in my role. I benefit from all the resources Highspot contains and having the ability to have it anywhere I go is priceless.

I absolutely like to site where we can put the information for the customer and being able to follow who looked at the content

It is hard to find some of the information

Finding the documentation needed

What do you like best about the product?
The format of the internal sites are easy to follow, the search mecahnism always captures the exact material I'm looking forward, and it's so easy to collaborate and share with fellow colleagues.
What do you dislike about the product?
An interactive tutorial that's automatically loaded onto the page that helps highlight some of the more advanced features I could be leveraging.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main challenge is a seamless document collaboration tool across my teamates as we ramp up as Account Managers. We're trying to soak up as much content and product material before we get assigned our accounts.

What do you like best about the product?
Highspot is so user friendly and has so many different options to position our company products to prospects and current customers. I love the ability to track when documents are opened and viewed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say when a document is updated or removed from our company I have to request access or contact someone within our organization to access.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Engagement feature that allows tracking the customers accessing our portal.
What do you dislike about the product?
Engagement editor could be better as some feature might not be available to us: update an uploaded document directly into the customer's portal. More choice on font, color, etc.

Let us know if the customers are actually engaging with the content we 're sharing. That helps figure out if there's interest on their part.

content needs more explicit guidance on wha tcan be used and how. also i had cases where the contetn was outdated and it wasnt mentioned.

Intuitive Search
What do you like best about the product?
The navigation tabs on the left hand column are very useful if you know the group/org where the content you're looking for is maintained. This is not always the case. I find the search bar to be very effective in finding the documents/assets I'm looking for by simply searching by the subject.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not always easy to understand whether an asset is the most recent version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it easy to find the content I'm looking for and generally organized in an intutive manner.
