What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to find documents of all types, but also when sharing them, it's easy to track if the receiver has opened/downloaded the content. It also separates content by type and intended audience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can become a dumping ground of content if not managed well. At that point, I have to ask others ot locate content that I'm looking for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Centralized location of content that can also be used to facilitate sharing. The benefits have been a reduction of the, "where is that thing?" phenomena.

What do you like best about the product?
Sell sheets! I love the ease to find sell sheets!
What do you dislike about the product?
The signatures can't be customized to mirror our email signatures
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am finding presentations and videos for training rather than saving and navigating my folders I have saved on my desktop!
Highspot is a great tool for being a one stop shop for all things Data Axle.
What do you like best about the product?
The search functionality is tuned in a way that allows the best results to surface to the top. I also really like the ability to bookmark and save documents for future use and that when I go back to access them they are always current.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes you are not able to search in documents, for example, I'll try to use Ctrl + F to search in a number of documents and it appears that it's not compatible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Highspot allows me to never not know what the current price on Data Axle product or service is. Also Highspot eliminates the need to try to reach across the organization silos in order to find a sell sheet or pricing information that in the past may have taken multiple days and interrupted someone's day to try to surface.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
That you can use it for sales material as well as any other internal documentation.

What do you like best about the product?
Smart pages. Especially love smart pages inside of smart pages! The recent updates to smart pages with the ability to clone an object on the page has been super helpful. Content log reporting is also great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of reporting with Google Drive. Have gone back and forth with the Fortis team on this one - ideally we would be able to report on when someone made a copy of a google sheets & be able to see that sheets in Fortis. Instead, we have to try to find copies by searching for keywords in the Content Log report & that only works if the person "Imports" the copy back into Fortis. Lots of missing data out there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Content organization. Again really like the smart pages

What do you like best about the product?
I find the different 'spots' to be so useful when creating information repositories. Easy to navigate and find commonly used documents!
What do you dislike about the product?
Weeding through all of the information can be a little cumbersome. But as you get used to where things are stored, that quickly sorts itself out!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Highspot has created one central location for all of our shared documents which makes finding information super easy!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take all the training that they offer and learn how to navigate and where things are. It may seem overwhelming at first, but once you get the hang of it, it's awesome!
The right tool to solve our content issues.
What do you like best about the product?
The best function of Highspot is the searching functionality. Since it's able to search through titles and collateral descriptions, it makes finding what you need easier. It also provides an intuitive and straightforward way to build collections of content that are easy to browse. The content analytics that Highspot is able to provide are also very helpful to me as an admin, it allows me to gain a better understanding the content users like to use and what they don't. I also like the Highspot give you the ability to link specific pieces of content to fields in Salesforce, with the hope of giving sellers the content they need without them having to search for it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the Highspot/Confluence integration. Since you can't embed the text of a confluence page within Highspot, users are required to click a link which takes them to confluence. The same goes for the Highspot/MindTickle integration, I wish we had the ability to embed Mindtickle lessons to the point that they could be viewed and completed within Highspot. As of now any MindTickle content linked to Highspot will take users out of Highspot. It's not the worst thing, but adds extra steps to the workflow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've been able to solve our content management problems using Highspot. Now sellers have confidence about where to go if they're looking for collateral. If it's not in Highspot, it probably doesn't exist yet.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're using google drive or so other folder system, I would highly recommend looking at Highspot as an upgrade to your system. It provides the same search that users are used to on top of filtering. It also delivers in depth analytics that would be useful for anyone trying to refine their content strategy. Our marketing team loves having the insights that come from Highspot. I would also recommend that potential buyers look through their current tech stack and find the opportunities for integration, because that has helped to streamline a lot of our workflows.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very user friendly and my favorite part is the ability to pitch new business easily and quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I'm not sure if I'm using the most recent version of a document or presentation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Highspot allows me to have all materials in one central location which gives me the ability to pitch new business much more effectively

I would recommend it highly....especially to a larger sales organization

What do you like best about the product?
I like the organization of our point of sale material as well as reference docs. Very easy to search and find what I am looking for. The ability to send prospective clients follow up material and know how they interacted with it is very helpful in knowing how serious they are about considering our products and services.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a little slow trying to navigate through a deck and or loading content at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to send prospects follow up material with activity tracking. That is extremely helpful during the sales process. Also having a much cleaner organization of our materials and documents vs using Google Drive.
Innovative and Different
What do you like best about the product?
The microsite is unlike anything I nor my prospects have seen. Dealers like being able to bookmark the link to find all the resources that's been provided in a convenient locations vs multiple emails and attachments. The notifications and analytics are also great as a salesperson as I'm notified when they've opened up the email and what documents they are viewing and for how long. It's really great and unlike anything I've seen.
What do you dislike about the product?
There seems to be a bit of different functionality between sending a pitch via the web browser vs the chrome extension app in Google Mail. I believe you don't get as much analytics from the attachments when you send via email vs when you send via browser. If this could improve, it'd be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem of multiple emails and attachments that may be hard to find through their inbox into a nice and easy to use microsite is great. The benefits is also knowing when a prospect client opens your emails and shows interactiveness in the files.

I like how everything is updated and we can find all in one place

I sometimes have a hard time finding stuff but I think the training helped yesterday

Resource Tool. Having our company update and I am providing my clients with the most up to date marketing materials
