What do you like best about the product?
The platform is intuitive and easy to navigate and process.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a lot of content so when searching for specific pieces of information, key words could be better at identifying more specifically
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When I need to find something quickly, I can find what I need quickly. I like having the ability to save material to my folder or a team folder. I'm also able to share docs with my team or prospects very quickly.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that once a pitch is opened and viewed, I get a notification advising of the activity. It even shows if my client downloaded any of the content I sent.
What do you dislike about the product?
There might be a way to send a pitch without an attached document, but I have not figured out how to do this, if it is even possible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The visibility of an opened pitch. It helps me understand who is possibly interested in my product and therefore I can reach out again knowing the email was at least viewed and it doesn't make the follow up feel like a cold call.

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to find information on all products in one location and the ability to search in different categories. (IE product enablement ect)

Overload of information. Sometimes there's almost too much info to look through

What do you like best about the product?
Few things are great about Highspot:
- Ease of use
- Integration with Outlook email client
- Ability to share documents across large team
- Pitch templates and integration with Salesforce makes it a breeze to manage distribution of multi-touch point campaigns across a team
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish if the screens of Outlook plugins would load little faster! But the impatience is also a reflection of the productivity boost I received from using Highspot on a daily basis.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Highspot has really helped our team share marketing collateral across the organization, it has also helped us keep our documentation current as it completely removes the need for each team members to store a copy on their laptop. The UI is also very simple and intuitive and makes searching on Highspot lot easier & faster than storing on laptops.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
As with any new tool there is some learning curve, so persist with Highspot for an hour or two and still better watch the intro video. You will be amazed how easy you will start guessing the features!

What do you like best about the product?
Highspot makes it easy to pitch and track sales materials. It is a repository of resources that is easily accessible and functional to keep you moving quickly through the sales process.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ability to notify you if there's a resource that has been updated since you pitched it would be helpful

Finding Resources quickly. Realizing what is client facing vs. internal (since it is marked as such and not sharable in the system if not meant to be shared)

What do you like best about the product?
The fact that all of our product sheets, information, resources can be found within one portal. Never knew we had this much content and it is constantly being added to by all of my fellow colleagues across all of our divisions. Just a great, great place to share of our knowledge in one easy to use place. By searching I'm finding new resources to make for stronger sales pitches. Speaking of, I also love the ability to put together pieces of content to create a pitch. Very intuitive and slick. And then we can blast it right from the site and it tracks by what a prospect opens and reads--which then in turn tells you what they are focused on when you follow-up with them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Searching can be tricky sometimes. Would like it if Highspot filtered better as I often get a hundred items returned when I do word searches. Maybe pull those that are searched most commonly by others upfront with a ranking system of say 95% predicted relevant, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to find content in one spot without wasting time searching in multiple portals throughout the company. Have also learned tips from other colleagues from what has been posted within Highspot, so it not only a knowledge center, but a collaboration tool as well.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
A must have for any sales organization that compiles a lot of content.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the content management the best. All of the content is in the same place and I can customize what I want to see in my Favorite Spots.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike anything about Highspot. There is a lot of information inside of Highspot, so navigating it was a bit overwhelming at the beginning. Again, not a dislike. Our company has put a lot of content inside of Highspot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem was that we had a lot of content in various places, so it was hard to search for content when it was needed. By putting all of our marketing content, success stories, playbooks, etc. in one application, it makes it easy to navigate so I can spend more time selling vs searching.

Highspot - the Solution for Sales & Marketing

What do you like best about the product?
Highspot is our go to place for Marketing to post updated content, and for Sales to access whether for internal usage or for sharing pitches with prospects. We love how Highspot solves the problem of "What's new" that we Marketing gets asked all the time, by allowing Marketing to upload new content and then share/alert with the appropriate Sales teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes loading times takes quite a while, but I'm not surprised with the amount of material we stick in there! Bookmarking could also be made easier to enable a larger selection at one time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our sales reps were downloading content onto their laptops and sending from there. This is not ideal since this means there is bound to be outdated information floating out there.

Highspot helps bridge the gap in communication between Sales and Marketing teams.

Sales Content Management with Data Rich Insights

What do you like best about the product?
There are three things I found incredibly helpful through our integration of Highspot. First and foremost are the analytics. Having a platform that can provide sales team content usage and customer pitch engagement data is incredibly valuable. We can now determine if our sales team are using our own best practices while also having a window into how our customers engage with our content when those best practices are followed. It removes so much of the guessing game and allows us to determine the impact of the content in ways we never have before. Second, the ease of use of Highspot is top-notch. The UI/UX is easy to learn and master, and the Support function is world-class. It is so easy for a new user to jump in and start using the platform that we see people sending Pitches within minutes of logging in for the first time. Not needing to have a massive ramp up of training to get our sales team using Highspot was a big win for us. Third, the integration team from Highspot that worked with us to launch the platform was incredible. Their level of product knowledge and willingness to help us get our Highspot set up and launched was nothing short of a godsend. We had an accelerated time frame and they came through as true advocates and champions of the platform. We went through an extensive platform comparison process, and these three key elements let us know that selecting Highspot was the right decision.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only dislike thus far is the number of integrations with Highspot. I'd prefer to see more dedicated OTS type solutions for integrations with DAMs (such as Widen) and video delivery platforms such as YouTube, Vimeo, and Vidyard. Highspot integrated so well with Brainshark, our CRM, and our cloud services that I wish it had the same ease of integration with others to allow it to be the one-stop-shop for our Sales team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Highspot provides us multiple solutions. It is a sales content management system. It is also our sales communication portal. It is the first place we want our sellers going for information and content. On top of all of that, the analytics provide us insights into the behaviors of our sales team while providing a means to easily determine our content governance strategies. Additionally, the data on pitch engagement provides a critical view into how our customers interact with our messaging and content. Rather than guess what our sellers are doing with and how our customers are reacting to our content...Highspot just lets us know. It's a simple idea with incredibly complex implications.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can keep all of my favorite content in one place. I also like that we can edit within highspot and once we send something, we can track who is reading it and what they are most focussed on.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like the search function to be a little easier to find things with an advanced search feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It was difficult to know where all of the content was for our company. Now it is much easier having it all in one place by section or service.
