Highspot for sales teams

What do you like best about the product?
I like the centralized hub for marketing materials and important sales documents. It allows us to keep everything updated so that each sales rep is using the most recent version of each document. This would be impossible without Hubspot.
What do you dislike about the product?
The layout could be improved a bit, but that may fall more on the marketing staff that designs the layout at each company, rather than Highspot themselves.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I manage a sales team where every minute counts. We move fast and need to be able to pull up any one of our thousands of marketing documents to show a customer either in real-time, or via email. Without Highspot, it used to take us probably 10x more time to find the right document and we relied mostly on saving documents to our computers, which can become impossible to make sure each doc is the most updated version. With Highspot, we can start typing a keyword of the document and the most recently updated version will pop up instantly. Additionally, we're able to track who clicks and views the document, which is invaluable to a sales team.

What do you like best about the product?
I find the Pitch features within Highspot very helpful and I use them weekly. It's great to be able to go to your own content page, select a Pitch template, and be ready to go within 30 seconds for a live demonstration or screenshare. It simplifies the presentation process and makes it easy to move across applications for a seamless presentation.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any specific downsides to using Highspot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem I'm solving using Highspot is the amount of time that's spent preparing pitches and following up afterwards. Highspot makes it easy to save all your favorite material in one place, present a consistent pitch to prospects, and keep track of follow ups and activity.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you find yourself supporting a high volume of sales meetings, and often need to navigate across multiple screens or applications while showcasing a product pitch, I highly recommend leveraging Highspot. It's a great central hub for all your organization's information that fuels sales enablement and makes your day to day role more efficient.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to create custom training spots with content, videos, text, etc. all in one place. I love that reps can see analytics on what content pieces are being used by the rest of the sales team as well as the commentary/stories of sales reps using that content.
What do you dislike about the product?
Little things here and there could improve to help the user experience but truly they're not that big of a deal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems we wanted to fix and why we implemented Highspot:
1) Tribal knowledge. Our best reps needed to be replicated but there was no way for us to show the rest of the team what they were doing and how they were doing it.
2) Decrease onboarding/ramp time for new sales reps. Now we can provide onboarding checklists with content, stories, videos, etc. to help new reps know how to perform like someone who has been on the team for years.

What do you like best about the product?
Highspot's powerful search capabilities are a game-changer for our sales team which was used to less-than-stellar search functionality in our prior system. When I saw that their tool searched the entire asset (including VO in videos!) I was blown away, gone are the days of having remember the exact title of a document to find it vis search!
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently have no downsides when using Highspot
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our sales team has a single source of truth that they can rely on for the most accurate sales materials and process documentation. They can also find, send and track engagement on sales materials all in one simple workflow. This is enabling our org. to further personalize the sales and customer experience in a very tangible and scalable way.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Start small and build as your sales team becomes more comfortable with the system (especially if this is a big shift for your org). The system has a lot of capabilities, we're excited to grow into them.

What do you like best about the product?
Great at categorizing training collateral and custom filters that make it easy to find specific documents or videos.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't think of anything I don't like about it, this is the most organized tool I have used for internal and customer-facing resources.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A centralized platform that funnels resources in one place and makes it easy to find. The more documentation created for Highspot, the easier it is for an organization to make resources accessible throughout the company, makes everyone more efficient!

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite part about High Spot is how it easily and neatly organizes various forms of collateral that can be used in the sales process. I help to build decks to utilize with our clients, and find it much easier to get to the needed content when using High Spot. Also, the ability to pitch within the tool, and track who sees what is sent is a huge benefit!
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly cannot think of anything I dislike about HighSpot. It took a little getting used to at first, but it only took utilizing the tool for a short period of time to become familiar with the interface.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am finding there are so many decks and documents available that help my team accomplish our end goal of helping to educate our clients and potential clients of how our offerings can help them succeed.

What do you like best about the product?
Highspot gives you a great place to centralize company knowledge -- it allows you to create spots, map content to those spots, and more. Great account management too!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really -- sometimes a little complicated to learn the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving the complexity / disorganization of content and information. Way easier for the sales team now to access the content they need.
