What do you like best about the product?
I have loved working with our success manager on the implementation to drive the success of Highspot within my organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a lot of options and it can sometimes be confusing/difficult to figure out where to start.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have had a bunch of issues internally with content management. We were previously using Google Docs and had a hard time with content governance - is this an internal doc? Is it customer friendly? What's the ROI on this piece of content? Is it still accurate/up to date?
Recommendations to others considering the product:
HighSpot has the best internal support & implementation team that I've ever come across in all my time purchasing software/sales enablement tools. 10/10 would recommend.

What do you like best about the product?
One place to host/share customer collateral and internal resources for training/support/research etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes generates too many links, not sure if prospect/customer clicks thru everything
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to share collateral, case studies, docs, and more content via email without having to link files. In return you can track opens, clicks, engagement, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
Working with vendors can be tough when their time is limited and you need extra handholding to make sure you're making the most out of a product's features and benefits. Highspot's sales and account services team that I work with consistently goes above and beyond in walking me through all of my questions when learning how to maximize the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the 1.5 years I've been working with Highspot, there hasn't been anything I dislike
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Like most customers of Highspot, I am looking to make content easily accessible to the field team, have them effortlessly share it with their customers and prospects, as well as be able to track content usage. The ability to do these things definitely benefits me in my day-to-day

We have consolidated all Sales communications and collateral in one, easy-to-access and easy-to-navigate place. This has minimized the need for Sales to scramble to find the latest and greatest content to share with customers.

What do you like best about the product?
Highspot is extremely user-friendly, and it is so much more than just a platform to store content. It can transform the way you communicate with internal colleagues as well as external prospects/customers. If CX is important to your company, I highly recommend leveraging Highspot to connect, engage, and partner with prospects and customers on an entirely new level.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it takes a bit of time for new enhancements to be implemented; however, the Highspot team is MORE than happy to receive feedback, recommendations, wish list items, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
Highspot is great for asset storage and tagging. My company primarily uses it for approved sales enablement assets.
What do you dislike about the product?
Highspot isn't cheap, and there is lots of functionality my team doesn't utilize. Unfortunately, we're unable to trade some of the unused features for a higher number of seats on our account. I'd love to have greater flexibility with our contract.

This is not the cheapest system, but you are getting what you pay for.

Create a single library of pre-approved content to ensure that all documents present the most up-to-date information and branding.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
HighSpot is a great platform for content management. This platform enables our Sales team to easily find the right content, update it on the fly, and share it externally in a 'modern' way.
HighSpot is a cinch.
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use... configure, manage, and create a unique experience for different segments. The HighSpot team members i've worked with are all fantastic. They are engaged, knowledgeable, and provide best practices and support at an excellent level. The HS community is also a great resource and an engaged group.
Previously, our global offices had documents stored in different places. No one knew if they were using the most up to date, approved, documentation to share both internally and externally. Now, every team member is able to locate the right document for the right scenario with confidence they have the correct one. It has also helped our language support as our documents are created in English and the regional locations translate as needed. Those translated documents would get lost in the constant barrage of updates. Now they know where to locate the document and have a small dedicated team that can translate the document. Lastly, it has limited the instances of the same document being updated by multiple people due to lack of visibility. Now all of the "publishers" can view what is available and reduce work being replicated by multiple users and leading to confusion regarding which document should be used.

What do you dislike about the product?
A lack of bulk management in some cases. For example, adding lists and bookmarking multiple docs to multiple spots can be a challenge. For example, if i have to bookmark a document to multiple spots, i can only bookmark one at a time. If i upload multiple documents, and i want to bookmark 2 to one spot, 3 to another spot, these must be done individually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Centralizing and organizing both our internal and customer facing documents. We now have one place to go to which has led to consistent messaging with the most up to date content.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Request a demo asap. Consider how you would like to "tag/categorize/lists" your documents in advance as it would help you in the set up process. Consider "lists" versus new spots.
Indispensable tool!
What do you like best about the product?
Highspot gives us a central repository for all of our assets, all while keeping us sane around version control and distribution. I love the ways we're able to organize and display content in a way that makes sense and looks incredibly sleek.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like any marketing software, Highspot has some UI that doesn't quite work the way you'd expect, but the team is super responsive and open to feedback.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're solving version control and content distribution. Highspot gives us the ability to confidently disseminate all of the content we spend time and energy creating so that it actually sees the light of day. On top of that, it shows us what's not worth our time and energy creating through helpful analytics and reports on content.
One place for all sales enablement
What do you like best about the product?
The tool is very easy to use, with little training required. Tagging functions and the search bar make it very easy to find the content I'm looking for. It's easy for sales to share this content with prospects, and marketing knows that they're always using the most up to date version. I also love the ability to Send Feedback to the owner of a piece of content , in case I find a typo or incorrect data point. It allows us to "crowdsource" the QA process.
What do you dislike about the product?
In order to get the greatest value out of a tool like Highspot, you need an internal champion who ensures that the newest versions of content are uploaded to the platform. You get out of it what you put into it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's so important for our sales and marketing teams to have a single resource for all of our content that is easy to search and use. This is critical for ensuring that our messages to prospects and customers are consistent and accurate.
