Highspot Is The Only Spot
What do you like best about the product?
Intuitiveness, ease of use, and visually appealing and attractive design. Reps gravitate to Highspot because of the look and feel we've created, as well as acting as the one stop shop for all internal and external content. Highspot doesn't feel like a tool, but an extension of our tech stack and consequently, our strategy - it is a robust and powerful complement. We've optimized the way the sales team engages with customers and closes deals because of adding Highspot as a strategic partner.
What do you dislike about the product?
Let me be clear - there are no downsides to using Highspot. However, if I had to choose one thing I would say that I dislike the inability to turn a Play Smartpage into an Overview Page. The Highspot Plays and framework is so powerful that I want to feature it, not hide it in a list or Spot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting the sales team to the most relevant content for each situation. Enabling marketers and enablement stakeholders to say with certainty how and when content is used and quantify its impact on the performance of every deal so that reps can have more engaging conversations with customers and receive valuable insights on how and when the customer is interacting with our content. In addition to this, seeing what the sales team is using, how it is engaging the interest of your customers, and how it is contributing to the bottom line. We want to quantify sales impact by connecting content performance with CRM data to understand how content is driving sales velocity, conversion, and quota performance.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don't take for granted the power of this platform. Work with your dedicated Account Manager and Solutions Team to build a project plan and success criteria accordinging to your goals - the ROI will follow.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to create a webpage to share information, while moving a deal forward.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the apparent blocking by Spam filters that appears to be higher than a normal email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Able to place all information in one place and add to it, as needed.
Great tool for having a single source of truth, keep all updated and track usage

Highspot is great. ROI is there.
What do you like best about the product?
The semantic search is super powerful. Super intuitive. Easy to learn and use. Useful right from the start. Excellent customer support. They are there for you every step of the way. Analytics are powerful and help to steer behavior of the sales team for better results. Loading documents is super fast. Useful for pitching and training as well. Versions auto update if you link to your google account which is really useful. Can use with gmail and salesloft. Also you can link to salesforce for greater analytic insights. The filter option is easy to use but kind of a pain to set up. That's not their fault though, it's just that we have a lot of filter categories. Love the smart page option and sales play templates. Really really easy to use and build pages. Sharing with stakeholders and teams is also super easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Takes a while to set up. But once it's done, it's really useful. Sometimes needs some help from IT department or special coding to make sure it searches the website linked articles. It's really set up for PDFs. But they can make it work for website articles. You just have to do a bit more work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lack of analytics made us blind. Now we can see which content is selling products. We can also share insights among the sales team to increase results.

I would highly recommend. The analytics and training possibilities are endless and useful.

Highspot is very easy to use. It's easy to search, find and utilize content.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. Everything about it has been great so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding relevant content for my client's ask. It's huge benefit that everything is easy to use, the content is well organized and there are many tools for sharing.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can search through all resources. This is by far, the best feature! If I remember a keyword from a resource or have a specific type of resource I'm looking for, I can easily search it in the box. Also love how different verticals are separated in highspot. You don't get things mixed up and always know what you're looking for. It's a clean interface and easy to navigate. Highly recommend for all sales teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that there is sometimes too much data to sift through.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving the problem of not knowing some data on a topic that my prospect is interested in. I'm also solving the problem of educating multiple people at one time by providing them links to resources they can view on their own time. I have benefitted greatly by having information on specific topics at any given time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely take a look at how difficult it is for your reps to get content internally. If you don't have a single source of truth for all resources, consider Highspot!

Its a central repository for all bill.com related documentation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Things just seem all over the place. Would love for more structured information vs the current overwhelming visual dump.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy highspot because it is a central location for all of our marketing materials product update powerpoints etc.

I think that the search function could be updated with more refined search filter options added.

I think that highspot is convenient to use, but that it could have a much more refined search filter.

It is really useful to favorite different documents and have a very easy way to access your most used powerpoints and documents.
Very Quick and Intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
Helps alot to organize, and make available all of the corporate collateral in an environment that allow quick and easy edits, personalizations, and deployment. I find it particularly helpful in the tracking function in the materials I share from the platform. I found the platform to be easy to understand and very logical in the layout and functionality.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found any immediate issues with the product. Unlike most new applications that require many hours of training, after a quick overview, the typical user is off and running in no time. Naturally, the folks assigned to the Highspot are responsible to upload and manage all of our collateral, but the this work on behalf of all users prevents all users from wasting time doing the same work individually and redundantly, with considerably less uniform results.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The readily available, and organized content helps tremendously in being more efficient in our sales efforts. No more wasting time searching countless server folders for the most updated and relevant documents needed to close that current time sensitive proposal.

Certainly review and assess your current document and collateral handling process to understand the potential efficiency value as you walk through the demo. Highspot has turned into a valuable tool in support of our sales associates across the enterprise.
