What do you like best about the product?
Highspot makes finding data very easy...
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of robust tracking in MS Outlook...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No problems that I can think of, but love tracking email open rates and finding information.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
As a salesperson, I'm constantly looking for marketing collateral, proposals, and other data to support the sales effort. Highspot makes it easy to organize, find, email, and track results.

What do you like best about the product?
Definitely how easy it is to use. The template approach to building smart pages is a huge time save.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there could be more functionality around engagement in the platform that would help with onboarding completion and continued training.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing and pitching relevant content. We are working to refine our sales process this year and create repeatable process so having the right content at the right time is critical to our success.

Ensure that you have your GTM strategy well defined in order to get the most from your partnership.

A Different Experience Altogether

What do you like best about the product?
The pitch style feature is by far what I like the best in the highspot platform. Not only can I pitch (share) the content I want with a buyer, but I can present it in a stylized "web portal" page where I can add additional information, or organize it in a way that makes the buyer realize that this "page" is unique for them and thought and consideration went into what is being shared. It's an experience that other sellers aren't likely providing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything I dislike about Highspot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were able to solve our asset management problem by no longer storing our selling assets in folders in a shared drive, and moving them all to the Highspot Platform. Previously we were unable to search for anything other than the names of documents and assets, and with Highspot we can search for content within the assets as well, video dialogue included. The buyer experience is also greatly enhanced by letting the buyer view assets from a secure link and NOT having to receive them as an email attachment first.

What do you like best about the product?
Besides the fact that their customer support is incredible, the tool is flexible and has allowed us to get the right content to our sellers at the right time! The analytics in the tool also allows us to keep track of who is using what content. We can then decide if it's worth updating that content (when needed) or dump it. We have changed over the span that we have had Highspot. We went through a complete rebrand, organization consolidation, including multiple companies while using this tool. And this tool has allowed us to do so without compromise. When we question how others are utilizing Highspot in a specific way, our account team has reached out to other customers to ask them. This has been a huge help so that we can learn from others. Product updates are done regularly to Highspot, improvements as well as any issues we may come across. You can't get much better than Highspot.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. There are product enhancements I would love to see, but as far as disliking the tool? I don't. It's doing what it should, and I'm thankful for that!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There is a lot of information about so many things at our company. Tons of solutions, tons of products, tons of verticals. How do you get this information to your sellers? And all of this during a rebrand? We couldn't have done it without Highspot. And then the analytics to see IF people are using the content. Now we can follow up with them on education to make sure they are using the tool to the best of their ability.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to personalize Highspot for the company experience. It's easy to maintain, make easy to make changes, etc. Our sales team especially loves the Sales Play feature and the ability to see when the account has viewed your email (yay SFDC integration). We love that we can control the content (i.e. whether it can be shared, downloaded, etc.). We also love that the sales team has all the content right at their finger tips and that we can control how it's organized. It's easy to create spots and to link spots based on their "likeness" and that helps the sales team navigate resources. It's been really good for the customer service team as well. I also love the help button at the bottom right, it's been crucial in getting new member (i.e. admins up to speed!). I also love that there are different levels of admins. I like that some can only view and others have full editing power. That has been really helpful to ensure changes aren't published that shouldn't be.
What do you dislike about the product?
Visibility rules don't always apply to our type of structure, I wish it wasn't such blanket rule. I also wish you could create different environments per department without having to assign each piece. This could be the admin view only, but I don't like how it notifies the person when you have deleted their account. During furloughs that was really tough on employee morale. The CompanySmart pages are sometimes confusing, especially with visibility rules. We have issues on the marketing side with the team being able to see changes before they are published.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have definitely decreased the amount of questions between the sales team and the marketing team, everything is at their finger tips! I also feel like the sales team is way more efficient with sending information to their customers and following up via the platform. It has also been very beneficial for customer service and the exec team, we no longer have to send large files, but can place them in Highspot for people to access. We love the NO downloading feature!! I also really like that there is no file limit! We are able to put really bit video files on there.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Highspot if the perfect tool to give your sales team access to all things marketing. It also has an excellence SFDC integration that allows your sales team to track who has opened their email, downloaded attachments or forwarded for further review. As a marketer, I especially love the analytics because it tells me what is and is not working. Even after the platform as launch, Highspot is available for questions and troubleshooting. Great platform.

What do you like best about the product?
I like having the documents all in one place and have it be able to update when necessary

I don't think the comments/questions feature is as good as it could be

sometimes its hard to find the exact documents i'm looking for and wish I could filter better. At the same time, this is a much better solution than a google drive and much cleaner

Efficient and Reliable Sales Support

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to pitch material easily really comes in handy to quickly send collateral to customers. Our team shares a wide variety of material that helps in all aspects of our sales processes, so it's easy to find or discover material we can use. It's also very helpful to be able to bookmark material or save it to my own personal spot to find later.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is honestly not much that I dislike. The only aspect that can be difficult is that our team's managers for Highspot control the material and how it is updated. I have to download material in order to customize it for my own sales needs. Our team tends to create larger 'Master' decks with powerpoint slides, which means I might have to download the entire file in order to extract one or two slides.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's great seeing the same material others within our company our using. Before Highspot, we would only have access to what may have been shared one-off or what was created specifically for and by our team.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you want a clean and organized way to share material across your organization, Highspot is a great service that fits this need!

What do you like best about the product?
I love Highspot because it bridges the gap between content marketing and sales enablement. It drastically cuts down on emails like, "Do you know where X lives?" Such a time saver!
What do you dislike about the product?
It was a little difficult to find assets until we implemented Smart Pages. We also received excellent customer service which was very helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales enablement. We had lots of quality content but it was incredbile disorganized. Now we can we what is being used and when.
