Easy-to-use sales enablement platform for end users and platform managers alike
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use for anyone to pick up, including some of our most technology-averse sellers is the best part of the platform. At the end of the day, it doesn't matter what marketing thinks, but if sellers adopt and use it. This has been great for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
Highspot should make improvements on the governance and admin side to make it easier for admins to monitor the accounts. I'd also like to see easier analytics tools to get better insights quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a better CMS. The analytics and pitch tracking is a cherry on top of the need. The CMS platform for front-end users is easy to navigate and the search functionality seems to get better every day
Good content tracking tool
What do you like best about the product?
We have needed a tool that tracks the content interaction for each stage of an opportunity created by our sales team. This tool allows us to be able to see at what stage an opportunity is using the content we create. We hope to use this tool to assign a dollar value to content.
What do you dislike about the product?
Highspots can't tell you at what page someone stops reading the marketing asset, only how long a person stays on the content. We would like to be able to see a collective of how often people stop reading/interacting with content.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to track content, sales interaction with content, and prospect's interaction with content.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to share various formats of content - ppts, pdfs, websites, videos - on one page
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to complain about, but it would be nice to have more image formatting tools (changing the size of company logos) and more flexibility in building out the content in each block.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to share content in one place! The customer does not have to go through all the emails looking for the content that was shared throughout the entire sales cycle.

What do you like best about the product?
Great interface, very user-friendly and intuitive, and best of all - customizable to individual needs and use cases.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, there isn't a lot. There are minor features which I wish were added, but it does not impact the day-do-day product experience overall.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm a Product Marketer and I have used Highspot in my current and past 2 roles - I ensure to pitch/ask for it once I start a new role because I know it's a game-changer. It truly is a well-thought-out product, built for sales teams, but with the specific needs of both the end-user (reps) as well the content publishers (marketing) in mind.
Highspot allows us to enable our sales reps much more effectively by structuring and organizing our content, updates and processes in a way that makes it easy for them to find what they need quickly, and it also allows us to analyze content performance so we can continue to optimize on what we arm our teams with.

What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to make content available to the Field; the sales reps can access content related to one topic by going to one url. We also have flexibility to make Smartpages and sales plays. Highspot has a lot of flexibility and powerful search function.
What do you dislike about the product?
We can't tell who is accessing the content. And it's easy to end up with disorganized content if we don't manage it well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have one system for content delivery for external and internal use. Easier access to content. Increased productivity
Easy to Use and Super Helpful!
What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can pull analytics that allow you to see which pieces of collateral are performing best.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish some of the integrations with editing tools like google docs or powerpoint's web app were easier to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to see which pieces are performing the best and figure out why so we can apply those insights to new content. We're also able to stay organized between sales, marketing, and product teams.
Incredible solution for sales teams and beyond
What do you like best about the product?
Highspot is highly customizable, provides insightful analytics, and amazing prospecting functionalities. There are so many different capabilities to take advantage of and they continuously release features that make the product even better. Additionally, my support team is amazing, they consistently keep me up to date and always find solutions to any issue I have in a timely manner.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I really dislike, but the creation of smartpages could be a little easier/cleaner.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously it was extremely difficult to find the right content and there were various versions of the same asset, which led sales to use dated content. Additionally, we had no insights into what content resonated the most so we can focus our efforts. With Highspot, our organization has a central source of truth and it's extremely easy to find what they're looking for. It's very easy for the product marketing team to update assets and the extensive analytics let us know what to focus on. Additionally, the different pitch features are extremely beneficial and enhance our communication to prospects/customers.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Familiarize yourself with all that Highspot has to offer. Their features are extensive and it's worth your while to learn/utilize all of them. Also, ask for advice from your support team. They have lots of good recommendations.

What do you like best about the product?
Highspot's ease-of-use for my sales teams is what continues to win rave rewards.
What do you dislike about the product?
From an administrative point-of-view, it is not very intuitive and I find I have to ask my technical support rep for help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The first and main item is a repository to store all the internal and external assets for Sales to leverage. The additional main problem is tracking engagement with those assets.

What do you like best about the product?
Centralized source of truth for sales and marketing - no more searching and browsing across multiple systems or sources. Analytics that provide insight into what content is being used, and what content is getting the most engagement from prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Setting up SmartPages can be a bit tricky, but once they are in place they are great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are benefitting from using Highspot as our single internal repository for internal sales materials and training resources, as well as for sharing content with prospects and customers.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure that Highspot is one of the solutions that you evaluate. From my experience and evaluations, it is the best solution for managing BOTH internal content (think training and sales enablement materials) and external content (marketing collateral for sales to use with prospects and customers).
