Reps love Highspot - and so do enablers
What do you like best about the product?
I've implemented and launched Highspot at three different companies to date, and each time the benefits are clear: incredibly helpful implementation, support & success staff, thoughtful and innovative feature-set, clear, forward-looking roadmap, and intuitive use by users and admins alike. 
Because of this, it has always been incredibly easy to both implement and integrate Highspot into the existing tech stack. The intuitive UI and short learning curve means my reps are in and using the tool quickly, and we enjoy high sustained usage and adoption post-launch. Reps and marketers are in the tool daily, leveraging the CMS and LMS.

What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest, not much. I've been incredibly impressed by Highspot from the start, and don't have much negative to say about the company, the tool, or the employees I've worked with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Highspot solves a number of challenges for us, including (but not limited to): content findability and governance; engagement analytics; content ROI; trackable learning.

What do you like best about the product?
- Their LMS (Training & Coaching) is phenomenal for a revenue org. Helps drive adoption of content, but is also designed to make sellers better, and make it easy for enablement to create, track and analyze. This has transformed our enablement and adoption of content
- Easy to use - both for those adding / managing content and those utilizing it
- Great analytics platform
- Strong team - Have used highspot for years and their CSMs, Acct Managers and Implementation team are above and beyond. Makes it easy to work with them and want to work with them

What do you dislike about the product?
It is an investment, especially Training & Coaching (LMS). It did take me quite a while to understand how to build and set things up properly for search/end user findability when I first learned the tool, so it is important to train/educate those who will be building (note Highspot has great training for this, but it still will be work on your end)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ensuring sellers use up to date content, ensuring sellers know where to find up to date content (and who to reach out to if not), driving adoption of training/enablement programs, company announcements, tracking effectiveness of training/content

Ease of use and speed of inplementation.

Don't like local lists versus glibal loat - causes tagging confusion.

Very organized. I can find everything in one place when it comes to my marketing emails.
It works great with Salesforce and Slack which is heavily used at my company.
It gives me real time data on emails.

What do you dislike about the product?
Not a bad thing to say. The software is absolutely perfect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving the issue with being able to check on client emails.
                        
                            Highspot makes my life easier
What do you like best about the product?
Highspot makes it easy for me to post all approved marketing content for all team members to access. They can use parts and pieces and make something special for their situation while still using approved content. No more wasting precious marcom time creating one-off items the seller can put together themselves. I also love spots - places to educate and link to all the right stuff on a specific topic.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not Highspot's fault, but it's easy to get behind in cleaning/curating content. After a few years of use, a lot of junk has accumulated - and it's hard to find the time to keep things updated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Highspot is the source of truth for our sales team - this is where all approved content lives. It also houses education on specific topics.

Your account team treats you as a thought partner and is dedicated to ensuring a successful implementation of their tool. With the platform and their service, the power of our single-person Sales Enablement and Product Marketing Teams has multiplied.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the reporting features, especially the beta features tied to business outcomes, can be buggy. The team is attentive and hands-on in helping resolve these bugs when brought to their attention but it can take time.

What do you like best about the product?
Great features as well as the periodic release of new features, really improving on the value offering. Staying current is pivotal and Highspot does this well. Highspot has amazing customer support, and they really go above and beyond.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some integrations can take time to set up. Features for page/spot build is rather basic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Content management &accesibility: Highspot provides a centralised content management system, with easy search and filter options. 
Content tracking and analytics: know what content works and what does not.
Client engagement and personalisation: allows sales to share personalised content with prospects and track engagement. Helping with better pursuit management.
Overall it increases sales productivity.

Best thing on the market!!!
What do you like best about the product?
It's not LIKE, It's LOVE!!! Ive have been using Highspot since the beginning of 2023 and have implemented Highspot with 9 other departments.We have created 2 newsletters 1 internal and 1 external. Our Highspot Support person is amazing and always available for us to bounce things off of. We have about 200 users using Highspot at the moment.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, my only dislike is and I don't want to call it a dislike but I think the admin panel needs to be reworked. but that's it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
OMG, Everything! single source of truth for all of our content. We have been able to link to Bynder and to Salesforce. the best feature is that I can access content in teams and just send out something super quick.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to share content through a digital room with the ability to track activity on content usage. We have had such good feedback from our external partners about the use of digital rooms and it's really been successful with our brokers and clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
Training course configuration. I feel like configuring course reviewers and course owners is not always straight forward.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prior to Highspot we had sales reps spending upwards of 20 minutes looking for content and/or downloading marketing materials onto their desktops because it was difficult to find, which would lead to outdated versions being shared externally. After implementing Highspot to manager our content, we have since created a one-stop shop for content and assured users that the gold copy, most up-to-date version is available in Highspot.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can house all my content in one place and share it easily with my customers. I can also track how my content is being used.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any dislikes with their platform.
