Love Highspot!
What do you like best about the product?
The UI is intuitive from an end user perspective. Creating sales plays is simple and our reps like the simplicity of them. We have used other content management systems in the past and Highspot crushes it in terms of searching and easily finding the right content. I use the analytics section to help me understand what is being used by sales reps and what is being consumed by our customers and prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot think of anything I do not like. It seems like every-time I think of a feature that would help me, they roll it out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales enablement, content management, tracking customer communication, and sending updates to the team.

What do you like best about the product?
Single source of truth for all our GTM and Company Resources, ability to pitch and track content to prospective clients, amazing client support and strategy resources.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes confusing to administer, but their support team is incredible at guiding us through our questions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Highspot, we stored all our sales collateral across many different platforms- Google Drive, Confluence, Salesforce, etc. Our main goal, which we accomplished immediately, was to centralize all our information. Our sales, professional services and operations teams have since leveraged Highspot to share, track and update content and collateral. End users have a seamless experience within the tool and we feel confident that any/all resources we store in Highspot will be maximized to its fullest extent.

*Sellers previously could not find Marketing materials without help

Sleek way to organize myself internally and come polished externally with all kinds of collateral

Activity tracking is especially helpful when I have to internal gauge what documents have resonated most with the group

would love enhanced external tracking of engagement of the shared collateral
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently using Highspot to solve for consolidating an entire selling org and all the floating pieces of collateral, customized presentations and training materials. This benefits my group by equalizing accessibility to all on our team at once, regardless of role, account team etc.

Amazing Sales Tool with Great Support!
What do you like best about the product?
Highspot has been a great tool to enable our sales team with serving content securely to our prospects. Our dedicated support team is imperative to our success, working with Jay Silvas and Napolean Huynh has been great! Their dedication to our team has been so helpful in our experience. The reporting/analytics functionality is also great so you can see what content your teams are using and what you can potentially get rid of.
What do you dislike about the product?
No real downfalls at this point outside of the time to implement as well as teaching users how to leverage (not a Highspot issue just an internal piece to be aware of).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Securly providing content to prospects. Not only is the content secure but you can also have it expire to ensure your information isn't floating around or making its way to your competitors! Also, it's a one stop shop, consolidating all our information into one place so you can often respond with "have you checked highspot?"!
Highspot has become absolutely essential to our sales team
What do you like best about the product?
Honestly, what I love is that our sales team loves it. In a Q4 survey of the whole team, Highspot was rated the second most useful/appreciated software tool they use, second only to Outreach. For the end users, it's super easy to use, easy to find the content they need and answers to questions they have, and easy to track customer interaction with content they send. And we've only given them training on the basics - can't wait to get into custom content portals and more!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only drawback I found was the somewhat daunting and cumbersome initial setup. It took a lot of alignment meetings and many, many hours of sifting through and organizing content to get Highspot set up in a way that works for our team. And even then, we're still iterating and changing. But it's definitely worth it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Two main problems have been solved with Highspot. First, our sales team was unsure where to go for content, and wasted time searching for collateral to send to customers as well as answers to internal process questions. They were also often sending outdated content to customers. Our content is now centralized, searchable, and up to date. Second, our marketing team had no visibility into what content was being sent, what was being viewed by customers, what wasn't being used at all, etc. Now they can make informed decisions about what content to make more of, update and archive.
After decades in sales I can confidently say this is the best sales enablement tool I've ever used!
What do you like best about the product?
Honestly it's hard to pick one thing I like the best. From the Salesforce integration, to the ability to see which slides from your presentation your propects are viewing the most. Its an incredible tool for any sales professional.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't know of any downsides to Highspot, if they exist I have yet to experience them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest benefit I've seen when using Highspot, is the ability to track presentation performance. Providing analytics on close rates between multiple presentations or sales decks has been a huge win for us.

There are a long list of reasons for why we continue to choose Highspot 4 yrs after our initial decision, so I'll focus on a couple.
One of the most critical is the visibility it gives us into how our teams leverage the many resources we provide to them. There is a constant need to balance both qualitative and quantitative measures for adoption and impact of enablement efforts with speed and scale, both of which Highspot enables us to do.
Equally the level of partnership that the team at Highspot provides is world class and serves as a great reminder what people mean when they say "partner not vendor". From the account team through to the senior leadership at Highspot, they really lean into their customer relationships.

There hasn't been any issues to date that would factor as a "dislike" for me. There are always opportunities for enhancements, but in my experience they have one of the most customer centric roadmaps of any software provider I've worked with.

Highspot serves as a platform that we can standardize enablement content / resource distribution on. Having a single source of truth that provides a robust reporting layer really helps us prioritize our enablement investments more strategically.

What do you like best about the product?
One of the best features of Highspot is the capabilities of asset tracking metrics and data collection. Also, this tool empowers its users to pitch content that is most valuable to the segment or industry that they are in. As well as impeccable search abilities in which users can find content in many different methods. Language support, brand style features, levels of admin rights, immediate support assistance... so much value added to our organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the areas in which I think they can improve is content formatting but I also understand that is on the roadmap for 2021.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Content management has been a huge area in which we have seen the benefit of Highspot. We understand which assets being used the most but also which are effective. That as helped the content creation and training teams be able to prioritize updates that are urgent vs what are nice to have.
Highspot has allowed us to transform how we deliver content for our field sellers!

The organization of content & Sales Plays. The analytics and tracking capabilities are game changers!

Nothing comes to mind we have yet to utilize all features of the platform.
