Best in class tool for our Enterprise sales team!

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to house all external and internal content for the sales team in one place. Ability to build digital playbooks that reference content + trainings but also provide additional context. User interface is easy for reps to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Analytics capabilities have been improving (you can tell they are investing here) so you can draw strong insights on content usage + engagement. The higher level business impact metrics (% of deals impacted, velocity) are difficult to correlate without significant analyst resources.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One stop shop for all sales content! This allows our teams to move more efficiently by knowing what resources are available to them and when to use them in the sales process.

What do you like best about the product?
The beauty of a content management system is breaking down silos of tribal knowledge and creating a central source of truth. The beauty of Highspot is its ability to help with discoverability of content, governing who has access to view/edit, and being able to curate related content in smart pages to provide folks the necessary context. Our team also loves the integrations we have with our CRM, LMS, and Slack because it allows them to access content where they need it/when they need it.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's tricky getting reporting for top content publishers when their assets live across different spots. The tool's analytics are very robust and they are constantly making improvements here but this is one limitation I've found.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At first we were solving for creating a central source of truth with the latest and greatest content. It took some time to define our own best practices and implement proper naming conventions, tagging, color coding, auditing, etc but it paid dividends in helping folks find content faster and building trust. Through leveraging all of Highspot's functionality we also found a lot of value through creating strategies around content discoverability whether that was recommending content in our CRM, customizing homepages to surface content by role, or promoting specific content based on key search terms.

Content and collaboration made easy

What do you like best about the product?
Highspot has been a game changer for our organization this year. We finally have our content curated and searchable, right at our reps' fingertips whenever and where ever they need it. The content is easy to find with the search functionality, and the analytics have been extraordinarily helpful, especially within our onboarding program. The team is also responsive and easy to work with! Thanks, Napoloen & team!
What do you dislike about the product?
We had hoped to upgrade to their newly launched LMS platform this year but didn't feel the functionality was quite there yet to make the switch. It will be amazing when we can integrate our content repository with our training!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We mainly use Highspot as a true one-stop-shop for our sales teams to access all relevant marketing, enablement and sales communications content. We also use it to house our ramp plan for new hires, which has been great in getting reps up to speed and tracking their progress during their first few critical months with the company.

Highspot is a great tool for sales enablement, collateral retention and more

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to use the most recent version of collateral....this helps eliminate the ongoing issue of old versions or pdfs floating around a company. While it won't completely go away, it helps mitigate old or outdated info being floated to prospects or clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
Highspot could stand to make it's pitch process more batch in nature, versus the current ability to do one to one, or a few to one. That may defeat the purpose of the platform, but it would allow them to capture more usage with the trackability to see what pieces have been viewed and by whom.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Highspot has helped organize the various areas that marketing collateral used to live and become one centralized repository. It's helped save time and money to avoid trying to find out what is the most recent piece of collateral that's out there. It's always up to date in Highspot.

Would highly recommend Highspot as a Sales Enablement platform

What do you like best about the product?
Highspot is intuitive, easy to use, easy to setup and manage. Zero training required for our users to get up and running. Amazing team of professionals at Highspot.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really don't dislike anything. We always have suggestions for enhancements that Highspot is very open to hearing about.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales comms and content repository. We have created a sales portal using Highspot. Our audience of 450 sales and marketing individuals know to go to Highspot for all the latest updates and information. By using Highspot we have drastically cut down on the number of internal emails sent to our sales org, allowing them to focus their inbox on customer interactions. We are also able to see what content is being accessed and how often

What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that I am able to see when one of my contacts opens an email that I have sent out. That allows me to contact them while the content is fresh and at the forefront of their thoughts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love the ability to upload a CSV file when doing a mass email marketing blast.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been able to gauge the effectiveness of an email and pinpoint the content that my clients and prospects want to see.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would highly recommend using highspot if you do email marketing or webinars. It allows you to track data and get feedback of your efforts. It also is great that Highspot links with Salesforce so my communications are captured and recorded.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy for the team to adopt, simple user interface, everyone at my company loves it. The search feature is incredible! And I absolutely love the account team we work with.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the Publisher UI can be a little clunky
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving content management, version control, and content searching. Benefits have been that sellers love the platform, gives our marketing team more metrics behind what we do every day.

Easiest to use Sales Enablement tool

What do you like best about the product?
HighSpot has significantly minimized the number of one-off requests from the Sales organization. We were getting requests for where to find content, RFPs, etc. on a daily basis and now I hardly ever get a request at all. Content is so easy to find in HighSpot - we are seeing higher adoption rates of new content, and we love that we can see what users are viewing/downloading/sharing. In addition, the feedback option has been incredibly helpful for our content creators - they receive direct feedback and requests from our GTM team, enabling them to improve content for their needs and experiences.
What do you dislike about the product?
There really isn't anything that I dislike about the tool. We've had a great overall experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are centralizing all content for our GTM teams and empowering them to find what they need, when they need it. Beyond that, we are gaining access to insights that show us what content is most valuable or most commonly used internally, what is most commonly shared, and the time spent with this content by external parties. All of this information is now influencing our product marketing content strategy.

What do you like best about the product?
We are in the implementation phase of Highspot and the staff assigned to our account have been fantastic. The rollout has been well thought out, and they've really helped us keep on schedule.

So far I'm very happy with this platform.

Highspot allows us to put all of our content in one accessible location. It will help us with version control and keeping our content up-to-date.

What do you like best about the product?
In terms of the platform, the content management and pitch functionality have been the most impactful for us. Pitching takes a lot of the guess-work out of if a piece of collateral was "working" and allows our reps to have intelligent follow-ups with prospects. And, because of how the spots are built, it's very easy for reps to find the tools they're looking for or uncover new pieces of collateral they didn't know existed.

The Highspot team is also fantastic. Every person I've interacted with is thoughtful and excited to share insights into sales enablement best practices. Such a helpful resource!
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to list here. Because of some nuances of our SFDC and how our business operates, we had to find some workarounds to how we mapped content initially, but a breeze once we had it all set up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We initially adopted Highspot to help us find a better way to store and manage our collateral. So much of it was spread across local desktops or shared files, making it hard to know which version was the right one...or even where to find it. Those problems quickly got sorted after we rolled Highspot out. Now we're focused much more on guidance and pitch efficiency.
