Excellent Platform for Information Exchange - Learining

What do you like best about the product?
Mobile App, Web Site, Previews, Information Sharing links, content, Training, ease of access, use, website rendering
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see the mobile app updated to display a warning for content that can not work on mobile platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Speed of communication, collaboration, data exchange, training, download of files

I have worked for many large companies and I have not seen a better platform that is easy to use and navigate.

Wonderful product for managing and pitching information.

What do you like best about the product?
Highspot is wonderful for adding content related to your company, organizing its location, quickly updating versions, and sending traceable pitches from directly within the site. It integrates with our Salesforce to allow the tracking of pitches directly within opportunities. The single sign on capability is also wonderful, as I don't have to manage a different login for this service.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything that I dislike about this service as of yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This service allows for sales people to access up to date information without having to download it to their computer. This eliminates the risk of using or sending out out of date information. The tracking feature for pitches also allows me to see when my prospects and customers have opened the information that I've shared.

There's no place like Highspot

What do you like best about the product?
Highspot makes us look like rockstars to my clients by being able to send professional and seemingly tailored resource pages and content after each meeting. It is also perfect for housing all our updated content so we're not sifting through emails, folders, sharepoint or asking 1M colleagues for the updated collateral. I have never been so efficient or so in love with a company platform in my life.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes a bit of time to adjust to the platform functionalities and jargon they use to define attributes within the tool. I will say that they are very great with their trainings and rolling it out with pilot groups certainly helped. Once people can go in and play around in it, you get the hang of it pretty quickly!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Content consolidation, access to all updated versions of content in one place, ability to be creative with tailored webpages for our prospects and clients and just a generally amazing place for all our content resource needs.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You will not regret implementing Highspot whatsoever. It is a gamechanger!

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use. It's so simple to navigate and makes my job so much easier!

Nothing so far, it's been very straightforward.

I'm able to quickly find documents for clients. I used to spend way too much time digging through my files to find what I needed.

What do you like best about the product?
Quick access to content saves me so much time previously spend looking through items for my customers. I am using a pitch now for all my meeting follow ups and it is making my job incredibly easy, don't tell my boss. The pitches are my favorite as they allow me to track engagement, establish a consistent format for follow up items, but also allows me to update content within the pitch. This way the information accessible to the customer is always up to date. Brilliant.

Maybe Increased integration with Outreach
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization has been has been the biggest benefit of utilizing Highspot. Its simple to find the documents I need, and I can easily verify if it is current.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to create professional, client-facing pitches. Brings us to the next level.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a learning curve - new language and practices - but the support/account management has been great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are many use cases for Highspot but the main benefit for me is that I can provide my client with all links and documents in one spot and then track what was viewed so I know what's most important to them.

Highspot has been a huge help for our organization this year. Our reps have been able to curate content and search at their fingertips

I have been able to filter through a bunch of documents within very less time using their search content bar

Sometimes it brings up things that are not relevant to what I'm searching for

It was a bit time consuming for me to set up highspot that works in a way that fits well for the team

Our team was not sure as to where to go and find content, thanks to highspot that problem is done

What do you like best about the product?
I love having all company collateral and resources in one place separated by department. Highspot provides a professional touch when it comes to sharing any information with clients. To be able to create a professional pitch or page for your client with all the follow up and information that they need within minutes and then send it to them in a link instead of a clunky email is ingenious.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I get a little turned around in Highspot but in believe that is just user error and will become easier over time. Its just new and practice makes perfect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Just the efficiency of Highspot. Being able to tailor and get more information out to a client in one email than I normally would have been able to.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are tired of asking people for updated information or collateral. If you are tired of searching your emails and share drives for information. If you are tired of sending huge emails to clients that you know they will never read based on the size. Then please get Highspot it will change your life.

What do you like best about the product?
Tracking the down the most relevant content to send to a client, keeping content organized in one place, and ensuring the content is the most up to date has been an ongoing struggle in the Customer Success Management space. Highspot allows us to not only tackle all of the above, but makes searching for collateral within Highspot an absolute breeze. This is all without mentioning the layout of the actual pitch sent to a client and the professionalism it adds, really boosting the perception of our business. As a new user, these are a few of many things I like best about Highspot but am certain I will come across more as I continue to use the platform. I couldn't recommend it more from what I've seen so far.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't say that I have come across too many dislikes at this point. The first time I sent an actual pitch to a client it did take a bit of extra time to familiarize and feel confident in what I was sending. I would say this is due more to the fact that I am a new user of the tool and less of a dislike about Highspot overall. The ability to preview what you are sending is very helpful in getting started and gaining confidence in what is being sent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem I am solving at this point is the ability to keep collateral organized and in one spot. I cannot express the amount of times we've struggled with keeping our business' content up to date and relevant. I was saving pieces to my inbox folders, desktop folders, forwarding emails to myself with content attached and filing them away - it was impossible to stay organized and I would consider myself a very organized person. Highspot takes all of those frustrations away. It is truly the only platform I have seen that can resolve all of these issues. The client facing pitches sent are so clean and professional looking which reflects back on our business as well. The search function and the way material is organized in Highspot is extremely simple and streamlined. To add to all of the above, you then have the ability to see who is viewing the content you sent which is a huge contributing factor to the success of what we are trying to accomplish.

What do you like best about the product?
I LOVE Highspot. It's amazing to have everything in one place to reference. I can easily access any documents needed and ensure I am using the most up to date version. It's great to be able to put together pitches and send to clients. No more days where you're digging through email to try to find the forward you sent after your last meeting. :) It's great that you can leave a review on items as well. I hope that if there is a document that is rated poorly, our company will be able to go in and make suggested updates. I love that you can customize the URL before sending it to a client. It's great to stay organized and on top of things. The analytics are fire!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes searching and finding what I need isn't always easy but that may just be user error. I do wish there was a way to be a bit more customizable in your pitches and creating content. I also am not completely used to the interface and finding where I have my saved pitches. I haven't fully sorted out how to see who has viewed it but I do love that the data is there for us! I think being able to find your content and pitches in one page would make a huge difference. I struggle remembering where I saved things. The only problem I am really having with Highspot is not being able to fully customize. Otherwise, it's pretty rad. I have realized the benefits of having more organization. Typically, I would have a ton of folders saved on my computer with all our one pagers, but now everything is one spot. Also being able to view who has used the pitch is pretty awesome. This kind of data is imperative to figure out what is important with our clients.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving my complete disorganization when it comes to one pagers and marketing documents. I'm making my life easier at the same time as my clients while keeping everything in one space. The fact that it is a live site that you can use to post new collateral or material is pretty awesome! This way I am not sending out tons of emails in hopes that maybe they read it. We have used outreach to track open rate but it doesn't show how long the client is staying on the page. Now I can clearly see if they see the value in it and help me to pivot to match what they are looking for.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
JUST DO IT. Seriously, I would tell anyone considering it for their business needs to just take the plunge. It's worth it. It keeps open lines of communication across our brands to see what content our sales team is using and our customer success team, therefore helping bridge the gap. It allows for people to see who they're working with. It also promotes collaboration between the teams to find something best to present to a shared client.
