What do you like best about the product?
The ease with which we can make sales or find potential clients so that the necessary solutions can be automatically provided to the user, creating an attractive environment and an effective sale, makes me happy because the system provided complete solutions in the sales process. Additionally, the interface and the tools it offers are very useful, which makes it very simple. Therefore, for us, the application of the system is fundamental and the improvement of our Company's service has been detailed.
What do you dislike about the product?
This service has been fundamental for us, providing very attractive solutions in the sales process, therefore we have no negative point regarding the functionality it offers. It has also been very collaborative for us because the interface makes it much simpler. Talk to the user and offer viable solutions because it is very automated and optimal to respond to me immediately. I have no suggestions for improvement because it works very well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is evident that the solutions offered are very notable as they provide us with an interface where customer service or sales system works smoothly and without any inconvenience, whether through automated bot tools or a customer conversation process. We can use images, audios, videos, or a conferencing system, thus enabling us to capture a potential client and achieve a sale with a variety of tools. It is a very comprehensive and necessary amplified sales system with a very good price, for us the best.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I must recommend it because it has worked very well and can work for any type of company, whether small or large, because it is characterized by working optimally and specializes in giving offers and providing great sales results. For me, it has been a very complete software and has given favorable results, I definitely recommend it.

Solving question of whether or not recipient is open and/or reviewing content sent, as well as where they spent the most time. While Live, able to determine if an individual is engaged in the presentation.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part is how user-friendly it is and the content is very helpful. Honestly it has really helped me learn a lot of new stuff. 10/10

Nothing really but yes i would want more generalized content for prospects to watch.

What do you like best about the product?
I had never used Highspot prior to working here. I was so impressed with how easy to navigate it was and how I could literally store everything I needed in one easy spot to reference later. Everything is placed in sections so I can always quickly find what I am looking for. I am in Highspot everyday, it is a must-have for anyone in a sales role.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish I had it on my phone as an app, so I could use it on-the-go.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Educating myself on different aspects of the products I sell, and using the information that I find in my sales process.

What do you like best about the product?
It allows you a single space to look at managing all your content assets, and manage the lifecycle of the communication with the customer, with a lot of analytics built in.
What do you dislike about the product?
None at this point. We have started using this tool very recently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A problem of having to search through complicated spaces, portals etc. Much better organized, with the ability to mash up multiple resources.

What do you like best about the product?
I like sharing customer case studies through the links. I love the user experience... very easy to use. Content is arranged well and easy to find and share to prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really can't say that I dislike anything. The User experience is very user friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Giving prospects the information they want instantly with up to date current events.

Take advantage of it. Use it for every prospect.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the live pitches and being able to track prospect engagement. I like the chrome extension that makes it really simple to add in content to emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the interface looked a little bit more modern. Maybe some easier navigation once you are at the webpage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to find content quickly that applies to the prospects we have. Being able to put live pitches in for prospects to see without having to open a link .

Learn how to use the chrome extension it will make your life easier.
