Highspot is your One-Stop-Shop
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use with interactive content and being able to access customer use cases or ppts to send content to prospects or current customers
What do you dislike about the product?
We just rolled it out here at Okta about a year ago, so still new to Highspot and learning quickly. Nothing wrong to say at this point.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Highspot helps ourselves and our customer/prospect base to become more knowledgeable about specific use cases, pain points, customer success stories, and even general product overviews.
Best Sales Enablement Software
What do you like best about the product?
The user interface is extremely intuitive. I had the entire solution up and running for my team of reps in less than two months.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were better content collaboration in pitches - sometimes I have a team of SDRs and AEs working on one account together, and it would be nice to have one single pitch for them to collab on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Single solution for content storage, more straightforward UI, content deliverability with no firewall issues.
Love HighSpot Use Daily, Great Sales Tool!
What do you like best about the product?
HighSpot is easy to use, update, share and maintain. Not only do I use HighSpot for pitch or brochures, I use it to send current fillable forms and other information to potential clients. We also use it with editable forms. Our marketing department and sales people can add forms and then share them and save the ones to your personal "spot" so the ones you use often are top of your list.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far really nothing that I dislike, it's pretty easy to use and maintain.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time saver, my email open rate also increased. My emails look better and more professional. The thumb icon is amazing.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
There's no reason not to, it's amazing and saves mea ton of time every single day!
An easy way to get visibility into all of the marketing materials I need
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to get updated and customized collateral to send out to my partners and prospects. Hubspot's interface makes it super easy to find exactly what I am looking for quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the only areas I've had some frustration is with using Hubspot's automation feature to send out collateral. A few times I have had issues where the collateral was sent multiple times or not at all. Overall, though is so minor in my day to day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Highspot makes it so much easier to for the revenue organization to find and leverage up-to-date marketing collateral. The fact that everything is so centralized and easy to find saves me so much time.
Easy-to-use Enablement tool
What do you like best about the product?
I find the ability to upload and track content one of the best aspects of using Highspot. It provides the user with a user-friendly dashboard that I can share with clients/prospects and track a customers area of interest and level of engagement. I can get a clear idea of where to qualify prospects and understand their areas of interest/concern.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one headache I run into is with mix and matching content to share with prospects. It does require considerable editing and "recreating," which costs me time and slows down my ability to deliver customizable and relevant content.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quality of my messaging and gaining insight on where/how to pivot to enhanced messaging and content sharing to support their projects, questions and evaluations
Content Management + Sales Enablement
What do you like best about the product?
Awesome tool for not just sales enablement, but for content management as well! Sort like a single repository for all things content across teams. It also has the amazing functionality for sending customized content hubs for prospects. So it has the aided benefit of helping in deals as well. I highly recommend users create their own "spot" to save important documents to easily reference!
What do you dislike about the product?
The search function can be a little tricky, but it works fine. It can be like sorting through the lost & found at times - a keyword will pull up super unrelated documents, but the filters are helpful as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HighSpot is great for not only internal use, but also being a customer-facing tool. Sales enablement, content management and deal velocity all in one tool!
Next level organization
What do you like best about the product?
Highspot makes it way too easy to find any internal documentation from new quoting processes to product launch collateral
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as an end-user. I can imagine it might be tedious to stay on top of having all docs in highspot if you were an admin
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The amount of time it used to take to sift through folders/emails/slack threads to find something was insane. Highspot allows me to search for a keyword and looks through everything that has ever been posted by my company

What do you like best about the product?
Easy for sales team to find our marketing content, attribution through salesforce
What do you dislike about the product?
The look and feel (UI) looks a bit dated compared to other tools, but ultimately functionality is top priority

What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to organize content in a digestible way for users of the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some bugs when trying to create Smartpages, not perfect formatting, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Highspot has the ability to house a TON of content for various uses and teams. We have solved the issue of sales reps not being able to find the content need and get insights as to what customers and prospects are responding well to.
A Great Sales Enablement Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I have used Highspot it is an amazing tool when it comes to handling sales. It offers great features that makes engagement with customers and closing sales easy. It is easy to customize and the many features works well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have had no major issues with Highspot. However, the tool needs an improvement regarding the user interface.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been using this tool as a sales enablement software. So far so good and it works well.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for a sale engagement or enablement tool, I would recommend Highspot as it never fails.
