View Setting and content Interface

What do you like best about the product?
The interface is easy to look; find the content you need and shoot the mail all in one.

Sending content to customers is very easy.

Also updated on a timely basis and newer contents added frequently.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. Need a Video or PPT Slides to understand the complete features and realize its true potential.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rather than to search content in Google, download and save it in PC and then sort for email Id, and attach the document, this has been very easy for me to directly send the document to anyone in just 2-3 steps. Also to keep a track of the content shared and the activities.

What do you like best about the product?
One of the standout features of Highspot is its intuitive user interface. The platform is easy to navigate, making it accessible for users of all technical backgrounds. The clean design allows for quick access to resources, training materials, and sales content, which is crucial for sales reps who often work under tight deadlines.
What do you dislike about the product?
Content Overload: With the abundance of content that can be stored and managed within Highspot, i sometimes find it overwhelming to shift through all the available resources. Without effective organization and tagging, important materials can be difficult to locate sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Highspot's powerful search functionality and intuitive tagging system enable users to easily locate the right materials at the right time. This ensures that sales reps can access relevant documents, presentations, and resources without sifting through large volumes of content. By streamlining content discovery and management, Highspot enables sales reps to spend more time selling rather than searching for resources, ultimately boosting productivity.

What do you like best about the product?
the AI, the easy UI/UX, and the automated functions when it comes to centralizing assets in smart pages as you tag items.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more customizable features for Smart Pages / Plays like creating hot spots on images to either be links or pop up descriptions.

Also more drag and drop features when it comes to organizing button and lists.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
centralized knowledge repository and making our sellers more efficient.

Reps love Highspot - and so do enablers

What do you like best about the product?
I've implemented and launched Highspot at three different companies to date, and each time the benefits are clear: incredibly helpful implementation, support & success staff, thoughtful and innovative feature-set, clear, forward-looking roadmap, and intuitive use by users and admins alike.

Because of this, it has always been incredibly easy to both implement and integrate Highspot into the existing tech stack. The intuitive UI and short learning curve means my reps are in and using the tool quickly, and we enjoy high sustained usage and adoption post-launch. Reps and marketers are in the tool daily, leveraging the CMS and LMS.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest, not much. I've been incredibly impressed by Highspot from the start, and don't have much negative to say about the company, the tool, or the employees I've worked with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Highspot solves a number of challenges for us, including (but not limited to): content findability and governance; engagement analytics; content ROI; trackable learning.

What do you like best about the product?
- Their LMS (Training & Coaching) is phenomenal for a revenue org. Helps drive adoption of content, but is also designed to make sellers better, and make it easy for enablement to create, track and analyze. This has transformed our enablement and adoption of content
- Easy to use - both for those adding / managing content and those utilizing it
- Great analytics platform
- Strong team - Have used highspot for years and their CSMs, Acct Managers and Implementation team are above and beyond. Makes it easy to work with them and want to work with them
What do you dislike about the product?
It is an investment, especially Training & Coaching (LMS). It did take me quite a while to understand how to build and set things up properly for search/end user findability when I first learned the tool, so it is important to train/educate those who will be building (note Highspot has great training for this, but it still will be work on your end)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ensuring sellers use up to date content, ensuring sellers know where to find up to date content (and who to reach out to if not), driving adoption of training/enablement programs, company announcements, tracking effectiveness of training/content

What do you like best about the product?
Very organized. I can find everything in one place when it comes to my marketing emails.
It works great with Salesforce and Slack which is heavily used at my company.
It gives me real time data on emails.
I love being able to save templates.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a bad thing to say. The software is absolutely perfect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving the issue with being able to check on client emails.
