A Crowd Favorite
What do you like best about the product?
One-stop shop for all information with confidence that information was up to date.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only problematic limitation was being unable to link out from an external page to other pages or resources unless it was in the template.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our organization had many documents that had been floating around in various places. Implementing Highspot allowed so much time back in our days as there was one centralized location where the most updated information lived. It also allowed us to tailor professional-looking resources for our customers.
Use your marketing assets to the maximum degree!
What do you like best about the product?
We utilize Highspot to keep track of and update our marketing assets, enabling us to pitch them to prospective clients. Adding, categorizing, and editing information is straightforward - regardless of whether you're using Microsoft Office or Google Docs. Additionally, its search function simplifies the process of locating the information you're looking for. I have never "missed" any file because of Highspot's unique storage structure and labeling! Our pitch content is polished and creates an excellent experience for our prospective clients.
Additionally, I like their pitch tracking data, as it helps me determine who is interacting with the content. The platform appears to be sufficiently functioning that our sales staff uses it occasionally to retrieve assets during conversations. Additionally, we've utilized a number of their capabilities to create mini-client-specific "websites" filled with pertinent material. It's a fantastic way to tailor the Highspot experience to your preferences.

What do you dislike about the product?
We utilize pitch templates or styles less frequently since some of its functionalities are less intuitive. Even though it integrates with PowerPoint online, I've decided to discontinue using them to modify our papers. Fortunately, Highspot simplifies the process of upgrading information by allowing users to upload files or link to Google Drive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Highspot is utilized to organize, store, and access our expanding marketing asset library. Additionally, we have been using Highspot in order to share our assets with prospects and then track their commitment to those materials as part of our sales process.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Consider contacting customer support in order to perform audits, as they might help you to discover functions and implementations you weren't aware of.

The ability to know whether a prospect viewed content, what they viewed, and for how long.
What do you dislike about the product?
Need to install a browser add on and does require significant set up
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having all important documents all over the place. It is much easier to know what additional content we need.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that our organization can share with each team a large volume of information on a restricted access platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how frequently I need to update it app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving corporate wide issues with quick information updating and sharing.
Great tool, SFDC integration, and content library, but...
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to save a custom set of assets and content to fire off on-demand. I love that it has tracking analytics and a relatively easy integration/cross-functional relationship with Salesforce and Outreach.
What do you dislike about the product?
Smart Page/Pitch Style creation is very, very manual and needs to be polished for a better, faster, and less painful UX. I also don't like not being able to segment my personal spot to create sub-categories for easier organization and categorization of my library. Lastly, the content library can get very convoluted, crowded, and outdated to the point that it's overwhelming. It really needs to be vigilantly monitored by a dedicated team to make sure the library remains usable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Measuring engagement with certain content can help steer a marketing campaign or sales messaging to be more targeted, relevant, and meaningful for better win rates in the sales pipeline. It integrates well with Outlook, and there are workarounds to get it to work well with Outreach as well; could be more tightknit and seamless with the way it plays with other systems commonly used by sales/marketing orgs, but overall very powerful.

What do you like best about the product?
Highspot makes it extremely easy to send clients documents and see who has seen the documents. Highspot is so easy to use, I am obsessed!
What do you dislike about the product?
There really isn't much that I dislike about Highspot. The only thing I would love is if you send a mass email if you could see who was viewing the links still.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to send clients information and see who has viewed them easily. It makes things easier as an employee and as a client to see items they need.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, very effective, keeps sales collateral organized, easy for prospects to open, looks clean, I use it everyday after a demo. Way better than sending over a million PDF's
What do you dislike about the product?
A touch challenging to use when new to it. A lot of reps were hesitant to try to because it completely changed their work flow. When you created a new pitch and need to go back and edit it, you really cannot. I found that I need to delete the pitch and start from scratch
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Giving resources to prospects in a clean and effective fashion. Quickly viewable by prospects and very organized.
There's nothing not to like about this tool!
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use and to track any company content and collateral. The editing options are very user friendly and save a lot of time by not requiring users to download, edit, save and upload back to the site.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have experienced some slowness in the platform, depending on how many "spots" I am working on at a given moment. I'm probably a rare exception in this case as I may be running 20-30 "spots" at a given time. Could probably use some areas for dropping/providing notes, similar to MS PP or related.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Given our company's large amount of content, and the near-constant updates to our products, services and overall marketing content, Highspot helps tremendously with keeping users current and limits our risk of sending and referencing stale information.

It has everything stores in one place, east to navigate and has a great search feature. I live on this thing during the day

Nothing! It is amazing - maybe having all the content right up front instead of sectioned off

What do you like best about the product?
Integration with SF and dynamic search capability across various mediums.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not sure about true training/ tracking mechanism for reps or how to deploy that. Was not intuitive in AWS's configuration. Considering deploying a CMS solution with Sales-oriented LMS capabilities like learning paths, certification, completion tracking and possibly social learning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SharePoint + SF is current CMS solution. Not terrible but not ideal or prettiest UI for sellers. Not a lot of AI or Sales Intelligence derived from analytics. No training functionality, so we use Workday LMS which is too cumbersome (too many clicks) for sellers!
