What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, customer service/support, highly configurable and customizable

Some of the newer functionality needs to mature

A tool to make our Sales team more efficient and effective, and the ability to provide engagement analytics to Sales leadership and Marketing.

Good Sales Enablement Tool

What do you like best about the product?
It is a very simple UI that any new user can easily learn and onboard. It is very good that way. Much appreciated for that, am glad it is an acceptable tool that's out there for enablement.
What do you dislike about the product?
The thing I dislike is its inability to have a lot of custom-made things, it all looks very highspot and that does not sit well all the time or help users have fun while learning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives us one place to have all content from enablement, making it easier for sellers to access it and also share it, thus enabling us to track the usage of the content.

Good tool out there for Enablement teams

What do you like best about the product?
I like that with HighSpot I have a place where I can search for important resources put together by my product marketing team. I love that I can access the information in PDF format and then save it for later use as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside to HighSpot is the UI/UX. There is nothing sexy about it, and while there is a lot that you can upload into HighSpot for later use, there is still some work that can be done to make the tool easier to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With HighSpot, I am able to consolidate resources and assets for learning purposes. I am sure there are other use cases that other companies leverage HighSpot as well, but this is our main use case.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
HighSpot is an adequate platform but I've always wondered if there is a more economical and resourceful way to manage assets and share across the broader team.

Hard to learn how to use, once you get it it's great.

Version control, biggest benefit is seeing which collateral pieces are the best.

What do you like best about the product?
Having a central location where collateral and sales & marketing digital assets can be found and shared with prospects and customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some non-intuitive UI components but the navigation is fine once you have been shown how to perform a particular task.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our sales reps are more efficient and productive because they don't waste time searching for the latest materials and as a result we can respond more quickly to customers and prospects.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to put the most valuable collateral in the hands of those serving our clients as efficiently as possible. Whether a seasoned employee or someone starting out, they can have a pro pitch at the ready.
What do you dislike about the product?
The admin console is cumbersome. Whether it is setting up the integrations or managing groups & users, I really have to hunt for what I need. It's not inexpensive, but it's worth it overall.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem it solves is eliminating the extra step of our go-to-market teams (Sales and CS and Marketing) needing to request the collateral they need. The content creators just create and update Highspot. It also helps with forming a consistent set of pitches to our customers.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Allow plenty of time to implement. It'd be all to easy for it to get messy. Have training sessions with Highspot implementation teams and your own internally with SalesOps teams.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to track opens on customer facing documents located on the site with "pitch" is a fantastic engagement tool! Easily search for resources and trainings needed for employees as well. A knowledge hub for both internal and external usage.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish search was a bit more refined- can take some time to find exactly what you are looking for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Employee training, storage of both internal and external documents, knowledge sharing.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. Highspot does make the process of making a pitch to customers easy, but the true greatness of Highspot comes from learning how to utilize all the tools to make the system truly your own. Similar to having Lego. You can follow the designed plans of how to use highspot, and the product will not disappoint. But, the ability to make Highspot your own is where the product truly shines. Creating custom pitches, pages, databases for products is a delight. The more time you spend in Highspot, the better your outcomes will be in the end.
What do you dislike about the product?
More building blocks would be helpful. As customizable as Highspot is, there are some features with time that can enhance the system to allow for more tools to improve the final product. This criticism is a slight drop in a vast sea of great benefits Highspot offers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems we solve come from our ability to have a canned solution for our sales team when our team continues along the sales process. Yes, the customer may deviate but Highspot helps to course correct and provide ways to present without having to go to far from what we have built in Highspot.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Have someone dedicated to making your highspot work for your team. Highspot is "not" a file-sharing website. It is a platform for managing your sales team and presenting information for your internal team. Do not simply upload files and have them sorted. Present them to make the information valuable and helpful to those who need to present it to the customer.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can quickly and easily get into Highspot and search the marketing collateral that I need. I also love the pitch tool and that you can track your email.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, there is nothing that I don't like!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our organization has seen a large benefit since we started using Highspot because now there is a spot you can go to get what you need instead of bugging marketing for content.
