Highspot is a huge improvement to our Sales Enablement and Content Management

What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive and easy to use.
Search makes things easy to find along with tagging/filters.
Sales Pitches and Playbooks are great features.
Microsites are now a requirement for all our sales opportunities.
Analytics are excellent and improving
The support organization is excellent - very responsive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some enhancements need to be implemented but are minor for the most part.
Sometimes the backend admin is not always intuitive.
The new approval workflow is rudimentary and needs to be more robust.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quick access to sales and training assets.
Making it easy to communicate with customers and measure their engagement.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Consider all your possible use cases and involve a team across marketing, sales enablement and sales.

Ease of Use

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is easy to use. We have our sales onboarding within the platform and from day 1 reps can log in and start their onboarding process. The platform is easy to navigate and reps don't need help finding what they need to get started unlike other platforms within our organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing I dislike the most would be the lack of integrations. There is no calendar integration for content being updated or coming down the pipeline. We also need to remind the sales team there is a new solution guide or fact sheet that has been updated. We would really like to notify the users that something is new.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem we are solving with Highspot would be following up with prospects and partners on what our products do. We are able to get email analytics which helps our sales organization know which products prospects care about most and what content partners need more understanding of. The analytics are the best part of the platform for daily users!

What do you like best about the product?
- Nice, visually appealing way to organize your data/content
-Excellent for onboarding/ internal training tools
What do you dislike about the product?
- I think the sales pitching feature is neat, but personally prefer it for content mgmt.
- the license cost is a little high but they have worked on this by allowing 'access only' licenses
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
-Organizing content and finding a way to onboard new hires by providing a clear portal with all their training materials

What do you like best about the product?
Highspot is a fantastic vendor. First and foremost, their platform is excellent. Not only is the UI beautiful, but it's also very easy to use and customize. We leverage their Google Drive integration internally, and it has been a lifesaver. No longer do we need to worry about managing versions across teams. Highspot does all the hard work for us. Finally, their services teams are fantastic. Any time we've had an issue with the platform, their teams have responded right away.
What do you dislike about the product?
Highspot can be expensive if you are rolling it out to a large organization. Make sure you have the budget allocated accordingly. Highspot will work with you to make sure you can get as many users on the platform as possible. Also, the integration with google drive can occasionally have problems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have used Highspot to ensure that our teams across the globe have access to all of the most current content and that they can easily share it with their prospects and clients.

Highspot: A Best-in-Class Solution

What do you like best about the product?
From the very get-go, Highspot has been truly exceptional. Their sales team was professional in both their initial pitch and their ongoing support. During implementation, their customer support team went above and beyond in helping our team get our instance set up. They've also provided incredible ongoing support during the tenure of our contract. We've been so pleased with our partnership that we renewed our initial 1-year contract with a 3-year commitment!
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few aspects of Highspot's platform that can be counter-intuitive, but they're not show stoppers by any means. Their teams have always been very receptive to feedback as well. We've tried out a few of their Beta features as well, and again they are not only receptive to constructive criticism, but in fact welcome it!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Initially, we had a robust content strategy but no means of sharing that content with our selling teams effectively. Highspot gave us the means to provide the content our sellers needed when they needed it. Furthermore, Highspot allowed us to start tracking success metrics of the content itself, which helped us evolve our overall content strategy.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure your company has defined a content strategy before implementing an asset management platform. One of our biggest challenges was how to categorize our content initially. We've had to refine our organizational strategy a few times since our initial implementation, which has been tricky.

Relatively Easy to Learn & Leverage Sales Enablement Platform

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to search through a highly user-friendly, intuitive engine at the top of the platform and find *precisely* what I need when I need it is priceless. Being able to add it to my Content "Spot" as an in-app library is awesome; knowing it's always updating and I don't have to worry about potentially sharing or pitching out bad/outdated content is EVERYTHING right now. I really like the Pitch functionality as well, and the tracking analytics that come with it!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the filters or categories -- most people find them relatively useless, to comb through filter or category / folder after folder to find what we need doesn't make sense when the search at the top is as powerful as it is. Seems a bit unnecessary or redundant.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Identifying who opens and reads collateral we've pitched -- for how long, as well as if they've shared it with anyone else. I like the internal Sharing function, too, for anyone who also has a Highspot license. This has all helped us target our customers pain points and projects with a tighter focus.

What do you like best about the product?
I use highspot every single day. I think my company did a great job putting the most relevant content for us to share with customers in Highspot. Everything is so easy to find and use.
What do you dislike about the product?
There really isn't much I don't like about Highspot. When I'm looking for something specific to share with a potential buyer or even current customer, it all lives in Highspot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have so much great content and resources at Drift, but everything was scattered or lived in different places. Now everything lives in highspot and new material is constantly added. It's great!

Highspot is an amazing tool that lets you structure all the content easily and tells you exactly what's working and what isn't.

The analytics can be more detailed but the current metrics are more than sufficient for most needs.
