Great consolidation and organization capabilities, not great UI
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it integrates smoothly with Google Drive, which makes it easy for me to make updates to presentations through one centralized, globally accessible place.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the UI. It gives me the feeling that this product isn't up to par (when I think it is). Also, it doesn't refresh externally linked content captures quickly enough. When I make an update to a Google slide, for instance, it doesn't reflect the update right away, causing some confusion with other stakeholders who want to see the update in Highspot right away.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a way for the entire marketing team to collaborate and share their assets! It makes my work more efficient because it centralizes many assets into one place.
Great platform and company
What do you like best about the product?
Highspot is a very robust platform which has allowed us to move our sales enablement platform from an antiquated iPad app solution to a tool that gets significantly more use from sales and is much more user friendly on the back end.
What do you dislike about the product?
When you are first starting to learn and build out your instance there is a learning curve on where to find certain pieces and how to use them. I have also found that some product releases end up being delayed longer than initially expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Highspot has replaced a platform that was very difficult to manage users and content which we are now able to do in a matter of minutes. We have seen significant adoption of the platform over our old solution and are now able to monitor users and content to see what is working and what isn't.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure that you have a dedicated team to work on the migration to Highspot, as well as power users you can go to for testing as you grow with the platform.
Great Way to Stay Organized in Sales
What do you like best about the product?
Documents for myself and my customers are easily accessed and categorized. I can see new uploaded documents too based on company events, etc. I like how the homepage is personalized for my company as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Content can be overwhelming sometimes. I wish there was more opportunity for notetaking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Trying to solve for too much asking other people for information we already have. You can just go here and access the docs you need.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform does everything that we wanted it to do. The Highspot team has been incredible from implementation to ongoing support- they're always there to answer questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface probably isn't the most modern or intuitive, but once our team got trained on it, everyone found it very easy to use. New users also don't have much issue with onboarding onto Highspot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Highspot gives our sales team an easier way to find relevant content, send it out to their prospects, and track engagement so they know how/if their contacts are interacting with the content. It also gives us on the marketing team insights into how individual pieces of content are performing, so that we know what's being sent out by our sales team the most, and which content is being engaged with the most.
Very Capable Sales Enablement Solution
What do you like best about the product?
I love the visibility into how recipients and customers are engaging with the content, time on pages, which content was most engaging to them. Re-opens and shares as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
At a larger company (or enterprise) it's hard to organize all the content in a customized way. Spots can get overwhelming. Might just be the admin's fault, but it's a little hard to navigate beyond the search all function and pre-dfined spots.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're giving sales people the most updated content (including newest versions, which is a life-saver) in a format that they can send to customers and partners to drive adoption and sales.
Great for sharing documents internally and with customers
What do you like best about the product?
I never have to ask where to find information. Or if I have a specific question, I can always find it myself in Highspot before I bother someone else. You can make sure you have the most up to date versions as well as it will tell you when a document was last updated.

What do you dislike about the product?
Not sure if this is how my organization has it set up or if it's a Highspot limitation, but filtering could be better. I mostly just use the search function and it typically gives me the result within the first few documents.
Also I wish the link tracking didn't require a unique link for each send, but the way the tracking works it's probably not possible.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Knowledge share by storing internal documents. Keeping track of what is most up to date to send to prospects and customers. You always know where to look for something, never have to ask "where is this" because it's in Highspot.

Search capabilities are like google and you can find quite a lot with advanced serch.
What do you dislike about the product?
Analytics section can be more robust instead of excel export would love visualization.

I absolutely love the Sales Plays for introducing & updating product info & presentations tools.

Easily centralised depository for sales and marketing collateral to exist - single point for everyone across the business to access what they need

Customer Support feels disjointed and often delays in responses due to differences in timezones

Easier to search and find the collateral you need - especially compared to using GDrive (as we did previously)

What do you like best about the product?
We enjoy Highspot's customizability and ability to create a single source for internal and external content. Our reps can continue learning, and we can enable them to serve their customers well.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing that new users find confusing is the terminology within Highspots - there's a definite learning curve to understanding Spots, Lists, Bookmarks, Pitches, etc. - and how everything works together.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have solved the problem of internal reference content and external collateral being housed in disparate and unorganized locations. Sellers benefit from having a "one-stop-shop" for the content and guidance they are looking for. In addition, we can create custom Sales Plays and SmartPages for various initiatives and types of content. The analytics offered allow us to track our effectiveness and engagement. Our sellers can also track their pitch engagement and gain insight into their deals.
