Absolute game-changer
What do you like best about the product?
How do you spot is much more than a content management system. It integrates with the workflow of your sellers and allows them to see a full transparency into client behavior. Knowing when your client is accessing your contact and being able to call in the moment and understand what the client spent time on, is game-changing. Understanding what content is resonating with your clients and sellers helps us to build better content, as well as, providing us with a map of successful sales plays.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is very little to dislike about Highspot :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems I am solving is creating a singular place for a seller to find relevant information to be more productive than their job. This allows exponential efficacy and productivity to occur.
High spot - easy way to find your marketing material
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easily you can connect high spot to your email and track opens and how long they are looking at your marketing material
What do you dislike about the product?
If someone doesn't add the marketing material correctly it's difficult to change and edit the document
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quickly adding marketing materials to emails to potential clients. It really is simple and quick - you can bookmark your favorite materials and easily add It with a click of a button

What do you like best about the product?
I love how user friendly Highspot is and how much easier it is now to find documentation and slide decks to share with client since we've started using Highspot.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since Highspot makes it so easy to find and store different documents, it can sometimes be hard to find exactly what I'm looking for so the navigation could be a littler clearer but something our team can work on cleaning up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With so much to know, learn, and share at my company, Highspot makes it very convenient to upload and download files and documents that is helpful for other to use.

What do you like best about the product?
In my role, I use Highspot to organize, produce, and share content. I mainly use Highspot to create weekly newsletters, and the ease of incorporating content and pages throughout Highspot in my newsletters is incredible and keeps my own content organized!
What do you dislike about the product?
Something I need to improve on when utilizing Highspot is the organization within my Spot. I create a lot of internal communications that seem to just pile up in my Spot - I think it would be beneficial for others and myself to create a more organized, uniform table of communications rather than a running list.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Highspot allows me to organize my shared content in one location. Previously, our organization used multiple platforms to manage and store content and data. Highspot enables us to keep all content and information under one platform.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it's a repository for all of the material/collateral I may want to have access to and send to clients. Great that I get stats back from the information that I sent. Very easy to use although I wish Highspot created a separate "repository" for frequently used items
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that when I send within Highspot it's like I'm creating a separate sent folder with very low functionality. The stats are better (who specifically opens and view and how long) but features and the detachment from my traditional email inbox makes me want to stick with Highspot for Gmail/Chrome. That extension is a great utility, but I don't get the enhanced stats
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The benefits are that I can find and send any piece of collateral my company creates and curates within the HighSpot database with ease and track that it's been seen. My dislikes above aren't problems per se...I'd like to see the next iteration of the platform with additional functionality though
A Scaling Company That Acts Like a Scaling Company!
What do you like best about the product?
We've used Highspot for over a year and constantly see updates and improvements made to the solution. In addition to improving their core solution, they're releasing more products that complement each other. The features and functions are mostly native and are good at taking feedback (hopefully for future versions).
Another great part of Highspot is its people. The sales rep, account manager and customer success person we work with are all responsive and insightful. Insightfulness is key - sending us information is not the most helpful when were buried in work. Sending us an abstract highlighting what we need to know along with the content is key. Also, they're proactive in their guidance. We don't know what we don't know as a relatively new customer. So having them be prescriptive to get the ball moving if important.

What do you dislike about the product?
Not really much to dislike. We've had a handful of interactions with the support team, which has been good, not great. But nothing to the point where it's been a detractor.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We initially got Highspot to corral all of our content into an organized fashion (we grew out of Google Drive). It gave us a better structure to our content and made it easier to guide our team in how to find content so it's not buried. It also gave us insight into understanding who within our team is actively utilizing content, which content is driving the highest engagement and more. We recently signed on as Training & Coaching customers (their LMS). We're early days there but have found the UI and UX easy to use (as creators and learners). Too early to define benefits.
A Content and Sales Enablement Dream!
What do you like best about the product?
It has been an easy transition, and the sales teams love it. Very easy to use for Marketing and Sales.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I can think of off the top of my head.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We went from using BOX, Confluence, and LinkedIn Smartlinks to HighSpot. Organizing content and version control have been a huge improvement. The user experience for prospects and clients is a big upgrade as well.
High marks for Highspot
What do you like best about the product?
Highspot starts with its people. The people make the product what it is. Their attention to detail and willingness to be available to answer questions is unparalleled.
What do you dislike about the product?
Analytics are sometimes difficult to pinpoint exactly what you are looking for but the team always helps to find a solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monthly reporting and user statistics.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Highspot is user friendly and offers frequent updates to reporting. Overall, I am excited to see continued updates and what is in store with Highspot.
Amazing Platform with an awesome support TEAM!
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and support on a regular basis if we have any "hiccups" along the way.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't see a downside other than getting ALL sales team seeing the value and that only comes with time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are more productive because of the regular information sent to customers with the ability to monitor effectiveness in our communication.

Utilize all the resources of their sales staff.
HighSpot allows me to centralized all company documents in 1 place
What do you like best about the product?
HighSpot has become our go-to all-in-one resource center which makes it easy for me to for things like competing reviews, internal trainings, product updates, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI is not traditional, so I do wants to use it to look up information. Look up feature also doesn't make it the easiest to find things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Content storage for both internal information as well as customer-facing assets. Instead of looking all over Google drive, I can find it in HighSpot.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
HighSpot in my opinion is a nice to have solution, it is not a must have platform as the functionality could be duplicated in Google Drive.
