Highspot is a great sales enablement tool that allows for easy updates & distribution of collateral
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it automatically updates linked materials as it makes my job easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited in layout customization as in I had a hard time sometimes getting the layout I wanted with the standard buttons, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales enablement and wide distribution of materials.

What do you like best about the product?
The customer service from our highspot team is great. They are always available and respond in a timely manner whenever we have a question or issue with something on highspot.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to note at this time. The platform is very intuitive and user friendly
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Highspot is helping our company organize all of the materials that we have put together for our sales teams. The analytics side of highspot is allowing us to see which materials are being used by our teams and which materials are being viewed the longest by our clients. It's giving our marketing team valuable insight into what is working and what isn't workkng.

User-friendliness, filter features allow for quick access. Analytics from pitch interaction.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far has been a great experience using the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows us to quickly roll out material and manage/update when needed.
Fantastic product, team and support
What do you like best about the product?
The simpleness of the platform. How built out the templates are and how easy it is to search for anything. Google drive. I love Highspot over all the competitors.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some additional features should be added to make is easier to use, like drag and drop instead of the "MOVE UP" and "MOVE DOWN" buttons, and multiple reviewers in lessons.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Content usage, learning and development, manager resources, recordings of meetings. Team is extremely more productive, everything is in one place.
New Highspot user, game-changer for us
What do you like best about the product?
Highspot makes it easy for us to share customer content with our sales reps. In the past, we had disconnected systems for our content. Now, we leverage spots to help ensure our sales reps can pitch the customer content in their sales conversation. The Highspot analytics gives us a lens into actual usage data. That's been a game-changer for us. We never knew what assets were used, how they were used, or even if people knew they existed. Now we have data on all of this. Really helps us understand what content is working and what isn't
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, nothing yet. I haven't found anything that I dislike. It's an intuitive platform which makes it easy for us to share and track the content we create.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're sharing content more efficiently and effectively with our sales reps. We create a lot of customer-related content like case studies, PPT slides, social content, and other assets which we now have a central location for and tracking.

Highspot will optimize your sales content and get it in the hands of the people who need it.

Content Management, enabling sellers with the most up to date content, learning & coaching platform

Searching can sometimes be difficult, every so often when content is uploaded it can take multiple refreshes to find the new content

Relevancy, management, and analytics of content, modern learning tools. Providing sales reps, managers, and marketing a dedicated place for all sales content.

What do you like best about the product?
It's great having one place to store all content and information for our Sales + BDR teams. The customer service is wonderful and I always feel I can go to our rep with questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few areas that could improve the user experience and make it slightly easier to build pages and reduce any redundant work, but overall it is still a great platform and does not significantly impede our work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Instead of reps having to go to multiple places to access important documents, content from our marketing team, or training, they can go to one place and easily find what they're looking for.
Reps - and Administrators - Love Highspot!
What do you like best about the product?
Reps love Highspot and this is certainly true for our sellers. While features/functions certainly matter, we selected Highspot because of the positive experience we knew our reps would have once they got their hands on the platform. From initial customer onboarding to Phase 1 implementation and into Operate & Govern mode, Highspot has been a true partner. We never felt alone as we navigated a complex and aggressive implementation plan, and in the months since launch have heard nothing but positive feedback, which is borne out in our adoption and engagement metrics.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much we don't like about Highspot, and their product development roadmap is aggressive, but on which Highspot continuously delivers. One lacking feature I would love to see is the ability for admins to build custom, self-serve dashboards. Right now, we spend a few hours pulling our monthly metrics reports, which are point-in-time - I would love to be able to serve up real-time metrics dashboards to our execs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our sellers were previously searching between 5 and 8 content sources, and over 60% of the time were not finding what they need. Since we launched Highspot, reps are now visiting one place, finding the content they need and finding it quickly. The integration with Salesforce and Outreach has been an absolute game-changer for our sellers.

What do you like best about the product?
Personalization/customization of spots to promote user experience and the spot Divi builder functionality.
What do you dislike about the product?
spot divibuilder is easy to use but it's extremely simple. If we can add more functionalities, we can get more personalized on client spots and content.

More from a client perspective. Normally our clients face problems with implementation, integration, archiving, onboarding, training, and governance.
