What do you like best about the product?
Highspot is an incredibly user-friendly platform. I love how easy it is to file documents, create spots, and organize content!
What do you dislike about the product?
I mainly dislike that Highspot only allows users to interact with one piece of content at a time. From adding and approving content to migrating documents across the platform, it would be more useful if there was a feature to select multiple files at a time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Highspot has allowed many of our teams to consolidate material without duplicating older files or losing track of content in an outdated folder structure. Once again, I realize that accessibility is one of the greatest benefits to using Highspot.

What do you like best about the product?
Highspot has a great support staff that can help you with everything from best practices, onboarding, training, updates, and much more! Our rep as well as their support team is very quick to respond.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the aspects take some time to learn and get the hang of. Again, if you need support in any way the team is there to assist.

There are also regular product reviews and an opportunity to submit feedback.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have realized many benefits including the ability to have one source of truth for our materials. This has streamlined processes and helped in many areas of the company.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and how customizable it is, and how support is always willing to dig in with you to help.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot think of anything other than the price of additional users is quite high.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hosting sales collateral and having insight into how much our materials are being used. Other teams are also leveraging it for training courses.

What do you like best about the product?
- User adoption is really high across generations.
- As an admin, I spend a lot of time in the system daily and can easily navigate sections to provide support.
- Content management using use analytics is powerful.
- Quality and responsiveness of our Account manager and Service Executive.
- Easily integrate with our Technology Stack.
- Guidance we received during our implementation.
- Transfer of content was really easy,
- Extremely rare Downtime, if ever.
- Great yearly User Conference
- Really help our onboarding of the sales team and make them aware of the content and tools they can use.
What do you dislike about the product?
- Correlating Revenue with content is not as smooth as we hoped.
- Too many notifications for expiring content (single items and Digests)

- Manage Content (Marketing Collateral, demo, technical job aid)

What do you like best about the product?
Highspot was the perfect solution for us - it's super easy to manage, tag, and categorize content, especially at scale. It's also FAST - which makes managing a lot of content much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
User management wasn't always completely transparent, but they've been rolling out new updates on that front recently - it's made it a lot easier to manage users, licenses, and group memberships.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- speed to knowledge: our entire org can now immediately find and understand positioning, product/feature details, partnership info, and can find the most up-to-date and relevant materials
- content governance: before implementing highspot, sometimes the latest deck or one pager would not be fully adopted or circulated. now everyone has the latest materials right at their fingertips
- wowing customers with custom pitches/decks: Highspot's pitch function looks great and is easy to build, and allows us to easily build custom pitches

Ease of integration, customer support, and pitching - ability to tag and organize content.

Issues with customizes UI, building sales plays, and very lightweight / manual LMS

Ability to understand prospect interaction with content, streamline the new hire onboarding process, increasing use of marketing approved materials.

Smooth implementation & fantastic user experience

What do you like best about the product?
The rep-facing user experience is second to none. Finding content/pitching to clients is smooth enough it takes away a lot of the heavy lifitng required from an enablement team.
What do you dislike about the product?
The weakest area is still the education / LMS side but this is to be expected as it is still comparatively new to the platform, so comparing to a fully-fledged mature LMS is unfair. That said, it has still been good enough for us to deploy many courses for on-boarding and development, and is getting better all the time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Content distribution, promotion, tracking, and the management of that content. Pitching content to clients and being able to track engagement/shares. Guiding our reps through education and development. Giving reps guidance on best practice.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Out of all my suppliers, Highspot's CS team may be the best. We were promised "white glove service" and they have absolutely delivered on this.

Highspot is the tool for Content Management and Training and Coaching!

What do you like best about the product?
Highspot offers both a content management system and training and coaching overlay making it THE go-to for Sales, Sales Enablement and Marketing teams. The content management system is easy for marketing to manage the content and ensure it is always up to date. The training and enablement platform works interchangably with content management so that material can be used on both platforms. HIghspot is easy to implement and manage and has a fantastic user-friendly interface. The smart pages make Highspot highly customizable and allow sales and marketing to create custom micro-sites for customers. The ability to pitch a piece of content and then track who has viewed it, for how long and how many times it's been viewed is a differentiator. The analytics assist marketing with identifying not only what content is being used the most, but its effectiveness in assisting with closing deals. The new rep scorecards tie Highspot pitch activity to training and coaching, and provides an overall view of rep performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are definitely some additional things in terms of analytics that could be added, but Highspot is constantly updating their roadmap and listen to their customers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A single sales readiness and content platform have made it easier for sales to find content and use it in the sales cycle. Having one place to go for all training and content means more engagement by sales, valuable feedback for marketing and an easy-to-use and easy-to-manage platform for sales enablement.
