What do you like best about the product?
I find the content repository helpful along with analytics on pitches
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I struggle with identifying certain analytics
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I solve the problem of knowing what content was viewed- helping to inform me of which of my prospects are truly interested - I think the combined aspects of content management and the analytics are the best benefits.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is a specified location for my prospects to find everything they need throughout the sales cycle.
What do you dislike about the product?
This tool is still lacking in its integrations. It is a pretty clunky interface and could have a more integrated experience in email or Outreach. I cannot see an email sent directly from my high spot? No easy way to follow up? This is a miss in my opinion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's difficult to streamline a sales cycle with a ton of context, content, and long sales cycle. This makes it simplified and comprehensive.

I have yet to run into something I dislike about Highspot.

What do you like best about the product?
Pitching decks, case studies, and other resources directly from high spot is simple and tracks who opens what, and what prospects look at.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no complaints other than editing decks requires Ctrl-V to paste instead of right click. Pretty small 'dislike'.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeps documents organized. Simple to always find specific resources versus an unorganized folders on HD.

What do you like best about the product?
Content management, marketing content which influenced sales, sales process/performance data of reps.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of "out of the box" dashboards for quick reference. Lack of automated report distribution with custom distribution list without manually pulling.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing insight into the effectiveness of our sales process - what content converts, amount of time viewing, number of touches, etc.

Ease of setup and administration. Pricing and cost-effectiveness. Global contextual search powers adoption. Pitch tracking and remix make rep pitching desirable.

Hard to purchase skilled consulting services to speed development. Hard to access best practices and play templates. Integrations with others systems could be stronger.

Measure the effectiveness of Marketing, Product Marketing and Content in the direct channel. Enabling sales reps and sales development reps on latest launches, products and messaging.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful part of Highspot in our organization is the quick ability to find and share key information internally and externally. No longer are we searching for items in Google Drive, and we can more reliable version control and update content to current content and messaging.
What do you dislike about the product?
The most difficult part of Highspot for us to set up and get right is the ability to manage feedback owners and create processes for us to manage feedback provided or recommended edits. However, the Highspot team has been extremely helpful in getting us the information and tips we need to improve our governance abilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Highspot has solved the issue of a messy Google Drive being difficult to navigate, control edits, and share externally. We were struggling with content usage tracking on the sales side, and now that problem is solved by making content easy to share, and analytics easy to view by our marketing team.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to create custom landing pages for prospects brings another layer of personalization to a process that is usually cluttered in emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
Creating templates for pitches is slightly clunky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Highspot is helping to not only track prospect engagement with collateral, but also to make the sharing of collateral more than a simple exchange of pdfs.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of creating Sales Plays and templates. I love the drag and drop features along with being able to embed videos and upload content directly from Google Drive.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not very intuitive for a first-time user. I'd love to see call-outs on where to click and why - having informational bubbles as a person navigates the page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is our "source of truth" for product-specific content and branding/messaging consistency. The fact that it can automatically update without you having to manually do so, gives me back more time in my day.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend watching videos and asking for resources on best practices for this tool.
