What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that the people of HIghspot are genuinely invested in our company goals. Their responses to our inquiries are timely and their followthrough is consistent. With HIghspot, you can count on receiving helpful guidance and honest answers.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are moments when I find myself wishing for features and options that do not yet exist. With that said, I have also found myself praising Highspot for gathering user feedback and moving quickly on releasing updates that rise to the challenge of meeting their customers' needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have easily been able to implement and leverage Highspot's advances with their Teaching and Coaching options. In addition, the release of scorecards has opened our eyes to valuable data allowing us to make more informed decisions at a higher frequency.

The processed used when needing to search for a document
What do you dislike about the product?
The way you have to upload a file from Sharepoint or one drive to live in Highspot then associate that document, file or link to the smart page

Providing a single source of truth for all sales related content

What do you like best about the product?
The tool is very easy to use and intuitive for users. The search capability is excellent. The team is very easy to work with and set up went well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes we run into issues with the tool interacting with our security tools, but I think that's unavoidable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When we ran into security / blocking issues, we were able to resolve the issue with our teams connecting and coming up with a solution.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
There are different seat types, so if you have channel partners they could utilize a different type of seat than a standard user. That's helpful for us.

What do you like best about the product?
Our sales team really likes the search feature. It makes it easy for them to find what they need. They can easily share larger files like videos and webinars.
What do you dislike about the product?
We do not have salesforce so an address book would be nice or the ability to link with our CRM
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We find Highspot incredibly useful to ensure our sales team has the most updated pieces of content. They can find and share content easily with customers.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to build micro-sites, automated updates to collateral, source-of-truth consolidation.
What do you dislike about the product?
The software's internal naming conventions/terms are not always intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Multiple sources of information in too many places--I'm able to deliver concise, up-to-date messaging about our specialized team to our general sales organization.

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use, quick and efficient at getting the job done. I like that it also provides info on how is viewing my content and even diving deeper into which pages they are viewing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Need to create more ways to adjust the design of the pitch page, which could be more engaging and look better aesthetically Plus there are several times when I will send a pitch to a prospect and it is opened but I have no idea who is opening it. Also would be great to add videos and if you can see a preview of your pitch when you link it in an email. Finally, a chrome extension would be great for Gmail.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Highspot is solving the ability for me to share detailed content in a clean and efficient package. Customers are able to access content easily and can navigate through them when they want and share to other colleagues. Which is great for me as I can see when they opened it and when they share it.

The online pitch is valuable way to control which content is sent out, have a centralized place to find all docs to prospect, educate customer and leverage knowledge into the organization

TRacking system on pitch can be improved to catch also people outside the CRM

What do you like best about the product?
It was super easy to build pages with the highspot design tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
There could be more variety in admin permissions (e.g. sometimes I want to make someone an editor of a specific page or spot overview but don't want to give them overall admin permissions).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
quick access for our various teams to the most up-to-date content, templates, case studies, etc all in a central place that is easy to manage and update. Previously using tools like Google Drive and Confluence made it more difficult to manage who owned documents and their updates and making sure everyone posting and sharing content was using the most recent material aligned with our positioning, branding and product knowledge.
