Solid Collateral Sharing Software

What do you like best about the product?
Highspot is very user friendly and allows my sales team a quick way to share marketing collateral, while getting valuable insights to usage and sharing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see a folder feature within a business unit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously, my sales team would send out collateral to their customers, hoping that it would be read. Now we gain valuable insights into who is reading the content and even sharing the content.

Great onboarding support with a clear project plan

What do you like best about the product?
We needed the ability to share Teams recordings with customers and prospects. Highspot solved this operational challenge, however, the Digital Sales Rooms have really been the standout product for our organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
I was not fully aware of the level of effort to populate our Highspot instance with the content and collateral. This was a more significant element of our onboarding, however, the guidance and support on completing this activity has been great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to share content and information with customers and prospects in a professional manner that also provides user feedback, engagement and related analytics. We have also identified other business case uses such as supporting our Customer Advisory Board, which were not originally considered. I'm now moving on to create better onboarding resources and guides to assist new team members in gaining the information and knowledge they require for successful onboarding.

Centralized Access to Everything and Scalable Across Teams
What do you dislike about the product?
With all its flexibility and features, these platforms can be a little too powerful at first. The learning curve—especially when setting up permissions, templates, or complex integrations—can feel a bit confusing. Without proper onboarding or documentation, users might find themselves unsure where to start. But with the right structure and internal champions, it becomes much more intuitive over time.

No real downsides that i noticed so far; but automatic notifications and ability to edit docs on highspot would be great additional features

Single place for storing and sharing our documents; easy to access for anyone without log in hassles

What do you like best about the product?
Highspot provides a single source for sales and marketing teams to understand the GTM strategies and discover content. The Hub pages are an excellent resource to explore for messaging, conversation starters, competitive information, first call decks and resources to progress opportunities. The user interface is intuitive and the search works really well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the content, particularly the presentations can be dated so one has to be judicious in using the content available
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HIghspot allows me to access information quickly when preparing for customer meetings. I able to get to key messaging, remix slides as required for my presentations, find competitive information and read up on industry specific use cases
