What do you like best about the product?
I like the customizable interface and user experience to browse to find the right resources at the right time. The account team is also great to work with!
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I haven't found limitations/dislikes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Highspot streamlines and centralizes resources for team members to be effective and successful in their roles.

What do you like best about the product?
Communities are one of the best parts of this portal. Especially when we connect with our peers from ServiceNow/DxSherpa Technologies we can transfer relevant information across domains. Also, with a specific focus on improving sales plays, this creates a better direction for marketing teams as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are very things you dislike about this portal yet, to mention we are talking about more content on marketing and content creation. Looking for more content creators to join in forces
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In the ServiceNow space, we need a lot of content and guidance especially when we have to keep on innovating our persona specific sales plays. Being a quite recent user, we are still utilising and learning from peers.

What do you like best about the product?
its easy to use, easy to upload files. its nice that you can upload sharepoint files so the highspot file is updated automatically
What do you dislike about the product?
search can be clunky sometimes. wish in the LMS you could have an option to upload more than videos (files like word, excel, pp)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
highspot provides a centralized hub for resources/content that our sellers and other departments need in regards to processes, client facing collateral, and everything in between

What do you like best about the product?
Highspot can adapt to any organization's structure and needs. It's incredibly adaptable and an extremely useful tool for sales enablement and retaining institutional knowledge
What do you dislike about the product?
It has the same issues as any other content management system- it's only as good as your internal processes to keep content up-to-date. It is often difficult to stay on top of all the updates & new content requests.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a relatively new company, and growing quickly. Highspot is making it easy to create information hubs for new areas of the company. Highspot helps us scale our institutional knowledge in ways we hadn't expected.

What do you like best about the product?
In my role, I use Highspot to produce and share content with our sales teams. The ease of incorporating content and pages throughout Highspot is incredible and keeps everyone informed and up to date on the latest content and plays available.
What do you dislike about the product?
Too many steps to creating plays. I also have to have two tabs open to link to pages which can be very time-consuming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows us to share the latest and greatest content in one easy to navigate tool.

What do you like best about the product?
The search function is incredibly powerful, integration with Salesloft is excellent and the pitch engagement notifications have proven valuable time and time again.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a fault of Highspot but sometimes I feel prospects are hesitant to click links that don't refer back to my company's website. It would be nice if pitches could be sent through Linkedin Inmail with thumbnails (Linkedin restriction, again not a fault or limitation of Highspot).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Locating content, sending content in a variety of channels and formats, and receiving pitch engagement notifications. Helps to identify engaged prospects and circumvents iOS 15 privacy update which obscures opened email data.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy search filtering and advanced features for sharing both internally and externally. I can easily shift to viewing content in Google Drive or sharing directly with customers using pre-built templates.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not always easy to find the exact piece of content you are looking for. Search filtering is good but if you do need to type something specific into the search bar, it isn't always accurate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prior to Highspot, our content was kept in an infinite number of disparate hubs. Having everything available in a single place now has drastically improved my productivity.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and find, bookmark, share as well as upload and track content usage, sales plays, recent approved Go to Market content and user management
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a bit overwhelming at first for new users and requires a pretty comprehensive training to onboard users and get more user adoption. The Analytics data needs improvement as it doesn't quite integrated with our demand gen and ABM tracking to know what content helped convert a lead to an MQL, MQL to an opp and so forth.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving the redundancy of content across our enterprise. We have Teams, O365/SharePoint, OneDrive, RoboHead and having our most relevant up to date content in one place is ensuring our Sales, Sales Dev and Marketing teams are all using the RIGHT content.

HIGH SPOT IS AMAZING

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to create customized pitches with focused content for our warm customers. The ability to watch the activity and overall flow of the program is perfect
What do you dislike about the product?
Responding to highspots. this is not a huge deal but sometimes when responding I get an error MSG when clicking the envelope icon from my pitches. As of now, I cannot think of something that is better than High spot. It's 100% better than Marketo is my opinion as this tool makes it more personal and not so generic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time management. Being able to quickly put together information for my meetings and customers who are interested in specific products. It has allowed me to become more valuable to my base. High spot in conjunction is Artemis has led to a direct increase of FWA sales and Fleet opps. I just had my best month of FWA so far and It is a direct result of these two programs.

What do you like best about the product?
Provides lots of functionality. We use the pitch pages a lot. Easy way to share content. We organize our content using the pages features which is an easy way for other internal people to find our content. The search features are also pretty good.
What do you dislike about the product?
External sharing isn't great. Metrics are lacking
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pitch pages for external landing pages, easy way to share. Easy enough place to share documents internally
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's better than many of the other marketing/sales collateral tools I've used, but takes some time to organize it properly. But if you put in a reasonable, but small amount of time in to making sure it's organized well and you delete old content, it works pretty well.
