What do you like best about the product?
The Ctrl+F, for search feature helps me locate keywords

There is so much info, that sometimes it is hard to locate what you are looking for

What do you like best about the product?
All the content in one place and easy to navigate. it is something i use daily for inputting material into my email and the tracking is good for notifications quickly to see if they viewed it at all.
What do you dislike about the product?
when I search something on the bar it will pull up stuff not related to it at all. I wish there was a way to pull similar words. When I search boat, pull up marina possibly
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I really don't know. I see updates here and there in the software but nothing crazy on my end is noticable.

What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to link brochures to emails and directly link accounts so that the email logs in multiple locations.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this time I do not have any things I do not like or things I would change.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving sending information to customers and logging those interactions in multiple programs. Eliminating multiple steps.

What do you like best about the product?
I also love the visibility I get when sending information to a prospect and realtime tracking.
What do you dislike about the product?
not much. It's a very easy platform to navigate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
finding client facing and internal material faster. Visibility when sharing information with prospects.

What do you like best about the product?
Easier to send documentation and track when it has been read. Integrates nicely with SalesForce.
What do you dislike about the product?
When sending an email I have to enter the client's names three times. Once to title the email, once to log in SF, and another to fill the "To" field.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Streamlining the emailing process. Ensuring I always send the most up-to-date documentation.

Being blunt it's sharper than a sharepoint

What do you like best about the product?
I use Highspot as an end user as a Sage partner, where Sage provides relevant partner materials.
I find Highspot intuitive easy to use, far less clunky than Sharepoint.
It's quite visual I suppose and there are various ways you can search.
The "pitch" facility is very useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's no social chat facility to discuss a document (or it's not switched on don't know which).
Can't send a pitch to multiple people
Sage have a 2nd document area in their community web site and the 2 sources don't integrate. You kind of get used to this but it means I have to search 2 places to be sure I've got everything relevant.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales & marketing materials, presentations, technical documents are all in 1 place which is easily searchable. The most important benefit is that everyone uses and every useful document gets uploaded to Highspot.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use a database with all the marketing collateral at my fingertips. Quick to filter down what I'm looking for. And really seamless to share with clients and prospects
What do you dislike about the product?
Haven't used it too much so I haven't seen too many of the kinks. Sometimes it runs a bit slow as it is a bit clunky. When there are a lot of documents up there it gets a little confusing what is what
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having access to one-pagers, case studies, and pitch decks that are relevant to my client's situation, that I can quickly retrieve and pitch to them when needed.
