Escalate you Sales Enablement with a great platform which keeps on growing

What do you like best about the product?
Highspot is a great platform with multiple functions. We use it for learning and coaching for our onboarding of new hires and also for coaching existing teams through content.
Sellers can pitch directly from Highspot and gather analytics on views and downloads by their prospects and this data is automatically recorded in Salesforce.
Content can be easily displayed and bookmarked for reference too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Upload could be more automated. We house everything for Highspot in one folder which doesnt sync, we still have to upload content manually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales have one plce to look for up to date content and guidance, marketing materials and order forms, policy docs.
We are growing the information and analytics in relation to what sales are using both internally for guidance and externally for selling to customers, so we can start to see effective content.
We can maintain and track learning and coaching activity, making this less manual and providing more insights.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part about Highspot is its ability to manage marketing materials and ensure they are always up-to-date. Whether using Google Docs or Microsoft Office, adding, sorting, and modifying information is simple. Additionally, the site's search tool aids users in finding particular data. Thanks to Highspot's intelligent categorization and labeling, I've never "lost" a file. The content of our pitches has been fine-tuned. As a result, prospective clients will have a good experience with us.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few things that I don't like about Highspot. Sometimes it's hard to find what I'm searching for, but that could be because I need to use the site properly. It would be fantastic if there were a way to add a personal touch to pitches and other marketing materials. Additionally, I have yet to grasp the user interface and need to learn how to recover my pitches from their storage areas.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem is that with so much content to handle and the near-constant modifications to products, services, and general marketing content, it can be difficult for users to stay up-to-date. Highspot helps by delivering updated content and reducing the likelihood of outdated information being referred.

What do you like best about the product?
The collateral management function of the tool is easy to use and adaptable to other sales tools like Outreach and Salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like to see aggregate analytics comparing the use of pitches across the team. This would allow us to see what our customers are focusing on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Just diving into the coaching tools; sales plays and sale kits but see this as a utlility we definitely need to help our onboarding and training.

What do you like best about the product?
Highspot makes life easier for content creators (Governance & consistency, analytics re: seller views & customer engagement) AND makes life easier for content consumers (all assets in one place, strong search & discovery tech, customer analytics & if integration with Salesforce is used - strong and impactful feedback data).
What do you dislike about the product?
Highspot is optimized if you have strong governance in place. If you fail to implement governance protocols and just dump a bunch of content into the platform then you wlil NOT realize the value. Not a product defect, just a common user error.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A one-stop shop for sellers, and a mechanism to drive alignment between Marketing & Sales. The newest embedded coaching and training capabilities drive value too (by elimintating the need for a separate LMS).

How you can create sales plays to help sales reps prepare to pitch content in the best way possible.

Wish that when running reports you can export and see the lists more cleanly.

Using Highspot allows Sales Enablement to create smart pages and lists for reps to get the information they need, creating role based home pages.

- UI is not as flexible in terms of design choices
- I'd like the homepages/smartpages to be easier to design and have more control over the size of icons, option to use to background colors on the page, more design flexibility

Making content easy to find. Easily sending out Sales Pitches. Obtaining great analytics on what's working and what the impact is.

What do you like best about the product?
Having a single source of truth for all of our sales collateral that provides admins the ability to ensure content is well governed and managed. The support from the Highspot team is also unparalleled and always willing to provide support and advice.
What do you dislike about the product?
The customization of reports and dashboards isn't ideal. Easy to confuse the interpretation of Highspot fields, especially in building reports and trying to understand what the data means.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating that single source of truth for all our content. This decreases the amount of time our team has to spend hopping from platform to platform to find resources. Improve the efficiency of our GTM teams to get content in their customers hands, as opposed to downloading content and attaching it to emails.

Highspot Governance for content accuracy / trust
What do you dislike about the product?
Opportunity for continued value would be an even better way to manage SME access and accountability for content updates vs. expiration dates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Content accuracy = Trust with both Sellers and Customers. Also, the ability to search and find content quickly and easily. The archive feature is nice too.

What do you like best about the product?
Highspot is my favorite sales tool because it's easy to use and implement. The visual interface makes content organization simple and efficient. Additionally, the staff at Highspot have been great colleagues. They're responsive to customer needs and quick to resolve any issues. We switched from our old content organization tool to Highspot a while ago, and everyone on board is much happier.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Highspot is the complex and time-consuming initial setup. Before Highspot was optimized for our team's needs, it required many hours of alignment meetings, content culling, and organization. We are still refining and improving the system, however. However, the benefits justify the effort in excess.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest issue with Highspot is its occasional clunkiness; however, this software provides excellent benefits such as analytics of presentation success rates. Sales teams love tracking customer engagement with presentations so that management can fine-tune strategies "on the fly." Despite its few drawbacks, Overall, Highspot remains a strong contender in business presentation tools out there today.

Raising the bar for Sales Training & Enablement

What do you like best about the product?
We are utilizing Highspot in a few ways, but my role is Admin of the primary and the Training & Coaching tools. It is easy to create spots, create groups, and get analytics, but I can see it becoming a significant contender in the Learning Management System world. Making rapid development possible without the need for authoring software like Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline 360, Lectora etc., opens the space for others that may not have full-fledged Instructional Designers to create training. I have been a developer for over a decade, and there are some limitations when using a traditional LMS.
What do you dislike about the product?
The most significant sticking point is a lack of a survey-type question to give learners when creating a Smart Lesson. We are charged with actively collecting Net Promoter Scores for content, and we are limited to multiple-choice, video or text responses at this time. Our partners at Highspot (Tony and Luis) have been taking our suggestions and submitting them for consideration. Secondarily we are limited to Smart Courses being invited only or self-enrolled only. It would be nice to have both so we could assign mandatory things for some but leave them open for others who want the option to learn independently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Above all, it brings a level of collaboration between marketing, sales leadership, the field and our Sales Training & Enablement department. The ease of locating materials and repurposing the most recent content is a benefit we have not had before. I am confident that an even better synergy will be created once we integrate SFDC.
