What do you like best about the product?
I can easily locate the research I need to support my sales presentations.
What do you dislike about the product?
I usually have multiple proposals that I have for the same client and I have to go back and delete the older ones. Ideally if it were possible to replace a document when you save a new one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My company keeps adding very relevant content that I can easily locate and incorporate into my proposals, making me more productive! My sales have definitely increased!

What do you like best about the product?
Highspot is great for collateral, keeping me organized and in touch while searching for info decks!
What do you dislike about the product?
I love it! I only wish that I could keyword search within each deck rather than going page by page to find my desired information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeps marketing collateral in one spot, easy to search and reference for almost anything we've created in the platform.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the email I receive when a client opens my email. This helps gage interest.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish we could send emails to multiple clients at once without the analytics of clicking getting mixed up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is helping me get in touch with clients who are unavailable over the phone or who cannot be reached. This is the second to last step in my process before going out in person.

My Favorite Enablement Platform

What do you like best about the product?
Highspot is highly intuitive for both user and administrator. The content management, sales engagement, and training tools combined in one platform make this the best all-in-one enablement software, in my opinion. I don't know that I'll ever fail to advocate for highspot while I am an enablement practitioner, regardless of where my career takes me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to see other technology platforms partner with Highspot to include their training resources (ie Gong Academy or Outreach University) in the marketplace like you've included Sales Methodologies. I would also love more pre-built templates with varying design and color schemes, which would make it even easier to substitute content and build out pages and spots quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Highspot allows end-users to find and access content quickly, and gives me the ability to deliver and track training completion quickly. Both help me to accomplish my business objectives.

Escalate you Sales Enablement with a great platform which keeps on growing

What do you like best about the product?
Highspot is a great platform with multiple functions. We use it for learning and coaching for our onboarding of new hires and also for coaching existing teams through content.
Sellers can pitch directly from Highspot and gather analytics on views and downloads by their prospects and this data is automatically recorded in Salesforce.
Content can be easily displayed and bookmarked for reference too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Upload could be more automated. We house everything for Highspot in one folder which doesnt sync, we still have to upload content manually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales have one plce to look for up to date content and guidance, marketing materials and order forms, policy docs.
We are growing the information and analytics in relation to what sales are using both internally for guidance and externally for selling to customers, so we can start to see effective content.
We can maintain and track learning and coaching activity, making this less manual and providing more insights.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part about Highspot is its ability to manage marketing materials and ensure they are always up-to-date. Whether using Google Docs or Microsoft Office, adding, sorting, and modifying information is simple. Additionally, the site's search tool aids users in finding particular data. Thanks to Highspot's intelligent categorization and labeling, I've never "lost" a file. The content of our pitches has been fine-tuned. As a result, prospective clients will have a good experience with us.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few things that I don't like about Highspot. Sometimes it's hard to find what I'm searching for, but that could be because I need to use the site properly. It would be fantastic if there were a way to add a personal touch to pitches and other marketing materials. Additionally, I have yet to grasp the user interface and need to learn how to recover my pitches from their storage areas.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem is that with so much content to handle and the near-constant modifications to products, services, and general marketing content, it can be difficult for users to stay up-to-date. Highspot helps by delivering updated content and reducing the likelihood of outdated information being referred.

What do you like best about the product?
The collateral management function of the tool is easy to use and adaptable to other sales tools like Outreach and Salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like to see aggregate analytics comparing the use of pitches across the team. This would allow us to see what our customers are focusing on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Just diving into the coaching tools; sales plays and sale kits but see this as a utlility we definitely need to help our onboarding and training.

What do you like best about the product?
Highspot makes life easier for content creators (Governance & consistency, analytics re: seller views & customer engagement) AND makes life easier for content consumers (all assets in one place, strong search & discovery tech, customer analytics & if integration with Salesforce is used - strong and impactful feedback data).
What do you dislike about the product?
Highspot is optimized if you have strong governance in place. If you fail to implement governance protocols and just dump a bunch of content into the platform then you wlil NOT realize the value. Not a product defect, just a common user error.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A one-stop shop for sellers, and a mechanism to drive alignment between Marketing & Sales. The newest embedded coaching and training capabilities drive value too (by elimintating the need for a separate LMS).
