Evolving Product With Great Capabilities
What do you like best about the product?
Continued 1-to-1 support from the Highspot Team along with the ability to quickly put together lessons and training courses to enhance the learning experience and abilities of our sales organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some more control of the creative side of the HTML experience. The GUI and experience is designed for people who have no website background, but an option for those who do would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had inconsistent learning platforms and a limited ability to create our learning environment. That is no longer an issue. It also has given our organization governance features on our marketing and learning materials which only continue to benefit us.
Highspot makes it easy to send, track, and take action on valuable content
What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can create trackable links to content within Highspot. That way I know when clients click into links, which content performs best, etc. It completely helps me with intelligence about my clients actions.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is quite a bit within Highspot and depending how well it's inputted, organization and finding the right content can be difficult. I would like to see easier ways to keep the top content easily accessible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Highspot keeps all my marketing/sales collateral in one spot so I always know by clicking into my Highspot dashboard, I'll find treasure. Then it's just on me to share the right content, which Hghspot also tracks.

-Entire account team is helpful, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with

What do you dislike about the product?
-Integrations with third-party vendors could be stronger. The integrated pitching functionality would be more powerful if analytics were more integrated to other platforms, enabling sellers to see all customer engagement in a single place
-As users of MS Dynamics CRM (vs. Salesforce), there aren't as many rich integration features and the user experience in Dynamics can be buggy.
-For users and admins, there is definitely a learning curve -- as there likely would be for any platform like this -- but be prepared to invest some training and ongoing support time for admins, content owners, and end users

LOVE Highspot
What do you like best about the product?
Highspot is a really cool tool. From content to tagging to automatically refreshing updates to the content. The pitching option is great and very helpful in creating a digital collaboration space.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more editing options to the pages/spots/pitches. There are limited editing options and not all of them are intuitive, to begin with. If we will be able to improve that, it would be extremely helpful.
Moreover, an easier way to update a pitch once it's done would be very helpful.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Highspot is helping with keeping content at the tip of your fingers - one-stop-shop to have all the up to date and latest versions of content and assets I need to share with my internal team and for them to share with their collogues, prospects, customers and partners.

What do you like best about the product?
The views you are presented with are beneficial: skimming a document without downloading it. The filtering is awesome, gets through loads of content to what's really needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
None that I can think of right now. Works as expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have masses of content and were missing an effective way to access it at scale. Searches are a lot more productive since we started using Highspot.
The best resource I've ever used to provide content to customers!
What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to compile a custom selection of content to send a customer and then being able to see what content they've read and how much time they have spent on each page which allows me to have more relevant future conversations with my clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, it can be challenging to search and find relevant content because the results are rather broad.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I no longer have to limit how much information I sent to a customer based on email file size limitations. Most importantly, I am able to know what they are most interested in which results in more meaningful and productive future conversations and more business.
A dream come true for both the organized and the unorganized.
What do you like best about the product?
Everything is in one place! The search feature makes it really easy to find what you need (and find it fast!). Sending / sharing documents is much easier than Google drive because you don't run into the "this person doesn't have access" notifications.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pitch feature is helpful but slightly confusing and cluttered when using. The steps to share a presentation doesn't require a ton of steps though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Documents, presentations, one-pages, and any other resources, all in one place! Using highspot saves time when you're part of an organization that has a ton of resources available to use.

Challenging to get content posted there from KMine, etc.

Gets me lots of great content that we can search for and pull down for quick use.
Easily find company approved marketing materials and remix the materials making it your own

I have no dislikes that I know of so far.

Finding company-approved marketing information quickly. Not having to go to peers to find the information. Easily create my own pdf presentations (remix)

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy using the Pitches section the best. It is easy to use, and the templates feature allows me to work quickly and efficiently. Additionally, in this section, all my pitches are listed conveniently in one place, where I can keep track of their progress and stay organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have any dislikes at this time. I highly recommend Highspot.

Help me stay very organized and has benefitted me greatly.
