What do you like best about the product?
Easy to find content and resources and even easier to share out. Its the hub for any and all marketing.
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes the most up-to-date content isnt the first to pop up
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Highspot allows me to find useful content on my own rather than emailing my team members looking for something. Everything I need is readily available on Highspot and I always know to look there first.

What do you like best about the product?
HS is a quick and easy way of finding both customer ready (not confidential) and internal (confidential) relevant product pitches, competitor analysis, etc - this is what I find most important.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I get overwhelmed looking at the data available to me. The data is organized but I think the graphical interface (GUI) could be improved in ways that allow for easier finding and recognition of the data stored and organized.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a central repository but it is more than that. HS allows analytics of what/how/how-long customers are reviewing emailed attachments. It also allows to understand if and who the email was forwarded (to).

What do you like best about the product?
I like how clean and easy it is to use this tool. I like that you can view the video and see the relevant questions side by side
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't dislike anything about it and no changes were needed
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previous trainings were almost overwhelming, but this is a very easy way to learn and get trained on what is necessary to be successful in our role.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to search the database by key words and the selections are immediately presented. I also like the ability to receive info on opened and duration.
What do you dislike about the product?
I love High Spot but I find pulling in analytics for my account and isolating can be a bit confusing. I need a stepped out process for using data to inform my next move. I also think it would be great to have an intuitive tool that would sense what I am trying to do and a pop up box surfaces to ask me if I need help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing a polished vehicle for communicating to the customer and including key marketing pieces that have been specifically selected based on their needs.

Easy drag and drop. Live updates make for seamless collaboration. ability to host all content on the cloud and search for it.

The fact that assets must be added separately.
