What do you dislike about the product?
We don't have all features enabled like sending from Outreach which I would like. Connection to gsuite can be spotty.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Onboarding

What do you like best about the product?
Consolidated and updated information, ease of use, always connected, ability to submit feedback to owner
What do you dislike about the product?
Not all info is on it yet from every team, but that's to be expected with a roll out
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving outdated info. I would previously store all the info in folders or outlook, but it would often be outdated by the time i actually needed to use it, or in a different spot.
Its been an extremely helpful place to find everything I need in one spot

The search capability and search filters
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, nothing so far! It took a little while to get the hang of navigating through everything but that's about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Housing all of my documents and resources in one easily accessible spot.
Great option to find resources, I find documents I didn't know existed
What do you like best about the product?
I love the search bar and how it gives you the option to choose the category or type more accurately to what you are looking for. Also, I like to see the related topics in the column on the right.
What do you dislike about the product?
I always forgot where is the option to download the document. It would be helpful to have the option as an icon in plain sight, next to the title instead of a dropdown option.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love that is an extensive library that contains all kinds of documents that help me do my work. It is simple to use and helps me save time when looking for the correct information to send to my clients.

Highspot help with articles and sharing in formation readily.
Great tool for Sales and Marketing Orgs
What do you like best about the product?
The Search functionality in Highspot is a game changer for quickly navigating to the resources you need most. Also, love the version update to keep source files up to date without reimporting or uploading.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pitching through SalesLoft doesn't count in our pitch counts, which is misleading regarding use and consumption metrics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Equipping our Sales organization with the marketing collateral and resources needed to sell our solutions and products in the marketplace effectively. Our penetration and success related to highspot usage are still to be determined since we went live this year, but the team has been excited and receptive to the tool.

Highspots easy to understand pitch function makes it easy to get marketing and sales alignment on messaging and tone.
What do you dislike about the product?
The architecture of the different spots could be explained better. I am often unsure of what has access to what spots, including my own.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales can customize my pitches for their clients, both aligning with the overall messaging and tone as directed by marketing, while still acknowledging that they know their clients best.

Highspot brings together a number of spreadsheets and info sources into one spot that is easy to navigate

I'm relatively new to the company, so right now the only downside is I don't have the bandwidth to go through it all. So far I've found what I needed though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I support a team that has business in many different service territories and it is hard to keep the requirements and naming conventions straight. Highspot allows me to search by state and utility to get the info and documents I need.
Good Platform to House Corporate Collateral
What do you like best about the product?
Highspot is a great platform to serve as a centralized repository for corporate collateral to ensure all users are accessing and sharing the same materials. The auto-update feature, facilitated by admins posting material from a wide range of cloud services, is helpful in making sure current versions are available to users in real time. Support from account managers and customer service reps is timely and on point (appreciating that the company is on PST).
What do you dislike about the product?
Takes a bit of time to get familiar with how to assign/tag collateral in a comprehensive yet user-friendly manner, but once admins get in the flow, muscle memory kicks in. This would be the case with any new platform, though. There's a pretty low limit of of users that are included in intro packages, so this could be a pricey platform for mid to enterprise-level organizations with large sales and marketing teams.

One-stop shopping for all sales and marketing collateral, serving as a centralized repository for all current and accurate corporate material.
I love highspot and all of the content that is inside of it.

I like all of the content that I can provide. I also love that any time that I send an email and they open it or download it, it lets me know immediately what has happened with the email
What do you dislike about the product?
There really isn't a whole lot that I don't like about Highspot. I think maybe the one thing would be filtering emails. We aren't able to filter the emails out to see how many times I have emailed a person
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Highspot is able to solve missed communication with prospects. I love that I am able to send out content to different prospects and cater to their needs. Highpsot is a great tool to use.
