Centralize all official content
What do you like best about the product?
Highspot provides a central repository for all "official" content so employees know where to go for the latest sales assets and other tools. It's easy to customize, update, and tag content so employees can quickly find exactly what they need.
What do you dislike about the product?
You have to put rules in place for governance. Otherwise, people will upload documents multiple times, tag items incorrectly, and more. If you're not careful, this can add to the clutter – not improve it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The key problem was that content was scattered all over Google Drive with no sense of what is final or official. Now, with Highspot, it's easy to find and use content that the Marketing team has deemed to be official. Plus, you always know you have the latest version.
A Platform for Interactive Learning
What do you like best about the product?
It's great to have all of our training materials in one place, we use it for product training, we use it to update each other on events, its all around useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the buttons within the lessons can be small, but I think that's due to the people who make each individual training.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When we have upcoming events and need the whole company aligned, we use Highspot. I used to have to message Marketing and go through numerous google docs and excel spreadsheets, now I just go to Highspot.
Great tool for sorting your teams reference documents!
What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy the fact that you can leave feedback and reviews for the different Spots.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I find I have to click a lot of different links to get to the Spot I want, but once there I can bookmark it for easy reference later on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Highspot is a great tool when having to share information across a large team. You can easily direct team members to the different Spots so they can reference them quickly when needed. If an article is updated, it will show in the recently updated field, so the team will also be aware of when changes have been made to existing articles. If you have an article bookmarked and it was updated, you receive an email update as well!
Great sales toolkit
What do you like best about the product?
It's a central repository for all sales and marketing materials
What do you dislike about the product?
The administration of the system is ok, but could be more intuitive but they continue to improve it!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were using Google Drive to maintain our sales and marketing tools, it was inefficient and difficult to find the latest and greatest content
Wonderful account team and an easy to use and administer platform!
What do you like best about the product?
The Highspot platform was easy to implement. We had hands-on training to get started but found it easy to learn independently with the resources and straightforward software. Our team found it easy to get ramped up on how to use the platform efficiently and effectively for administration daily. Overall, we had a very positive experience with our initial implementation and continue to have a great experience with Highspot!
As a former IT project manager turned enablement practitioner, I have rolled out many technology projects. I can tell you that the Highspot team is the differentiator that drives me to like Highspot. From our Account Executive, Mack, to our Implementation Specialist, Jenny, to our Account Manager, Ryan - they all have been the most incredible partners in helping us implement and drive Highspot adoption in our organization. The team is articulate, responsive, patient and kind. They all know the Highspot platform well, which allows brainstorming ideas on keeping our platform updated and continued usage from our field easy to consume and put into practice. The Highspot team members are strategic thought partners who go above & beyond to see us win!

What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike. The Highspot team is open to considering customer feedback and consistently improving the platform. As the product improves, I would like to see more flexibility with the smartpage building, as in some additional creative freedom for authors. (But, it seems as though improvements are in process)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Highspot is integral to our Revenue team to streamline workflows, gain better insights, improve buyer experiences and create repeatable, winning processes. Having a revenue enablement platform is essential in empowering and enabling our colleagues with valuable content and resources to generate more revenue.
Excellent platform for supporting all your sales knowledge needs.
What do you like best about the product?
Highspot allows us to empower our teams to distribute and build their content to best suit their audiences. Each of our teams utilizes their individual spots in useful and unique ways to support the sales teams. From creating microsites for customer consumption to building high impact sales plays our teams love the flexibility of the tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Due to its flexible and empowering ways, Highspot requires internal resources to provide governess of the sites and the content. It can quickly get out of hand with lots of content and overlap.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Highspot allows us to solve many problems. We utilize it for product launches, weekly training updates and for sending trackable content to customers and partners.
Great Experience So far
What do you like best about the product?
Simple and easy to use and navigation works well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The graphics can be a little cumbersome to get aligned on the page. Also the content boxes hyphenate words automatically and is undesirable.

Solving for internal communication silos, and aggregating data/resources for our team
Sales enablement solved
What do you like best about the product?
Highspot is an excellent system for getting our sales team what they need to be successful. Before Highspot, we used a giant, ugly Google sheet that didn't meet our needs. With Highspot, I'm able to organize all the material I need to deliver to our sales team and keep it up to date
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI is a little confusing at first, and looks slightly dated. However, it's perfectly functional and once you get to know it it's very powerful. I would like to see some new features like being able to draft a page before publishing it, and have more formatting control over text blocks (like being able to nest bullet points or adjust line spacing). Little things like the fact that text blocks and rich text blocks having different line spacing are a little annoying, but are minor.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Highspot helps us level up our sales enablement and standardize practices that were previously nebulous and often weren't adhered to. It makes getting our sales team what they need a snap!
Fantastic resource hub
What do you like best about the product?
Highspot gives me excellent access to the information I need. Its easily presented and shared out as necessary.
What do you dislike about the product?
If the item isn't appropriately tagged, searching can be difficult. Having some kind of automated tagging suggestions would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing access to the client-facing information I need to do my job.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the usability of Highspot. I can figure out most on my own. However, the support and service team are always available to help and take their time to answer all my questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
The editing process for smart pages is what I like least. You need to take a few steps before you can edit a page. If this could improve, I would have nothing to say.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The organization of our internal and customer-facing content. We store all our pitch decks and training materials on Highspot. We use the training function and course creation for our internal teams.
