Highspot makes everything under the Sales Enablement umbrella streamlined
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to navigate, easy to search, the templates are helpful for creating new content. It has allowed us to create fresh and simple content for sellers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I struggled to learn the platform in the beginning, but I think with the release of Highspot University it will help a new user a lot more than it helped me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives us an easy way to store and display content for our sales team. They need to access content quickly and easily.
Having customer stories at the ready is huge
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to quickly navigate to our marketing content and customer testimonials.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not the greatest when creating personal folders and needs a way to communicate when new content is posted.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making very easy to access marketing content and customer references vs. previously reaching out to team members and colleagues or storing them on a note or slide.
I Love an Organized Organization!
What do you like best about the product?
Highspot saves a lot of time. It is a one-stop shop for all final pieces of company collateral. I personally love that I do not need to keep documents saved on my computer because I am confident the most up-to-date version is loaded on Highspot. The 'updated version' button is super easy to use and I can always update my customer pitches. I enjoy the ability to remix collateral when I need multiple documents combined for a customer and view the analytics of each pitch to see what marketing tactics are working. As a Marketing Manager, I love Highspot's flexibility to customize how we structure our "spots" so our salesforce always knows where to look for resources and I no longer need to worry about emailing large files- links are way easier! I can also help the sales team put together targeted and strategic pitch styles and plays to ensure we consistently communicate the same on-brand message. And the icing on the cake is that Highspot is collecting data in the background on all the uploaded resources--creating beautiful dashboards to analyze for business decisions.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a Marketing Manager, I create a lot of link pitches for campaigns and I don't like that the pitch has my name and picture associated with it. I would like to pitch on behalf of my company or on behalf of the sales team while still being able to view the analytics or have the analytics roll up to a parent account.
I also don't like that the list tag names cannot be long because you can't expand the viewing column. I usually need to hover over the list and wait for the full description.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The only constant is change, right? Keeping files up-to-date and communicating those changes to ensure everyone has the updated version can be a full-time job. If the practice is to check Highspot first, we alleviate the problem of accidentally sharing incorrect or dated information with our customers.
Easy and fast for sellers to find what resources are needed for meetings.
What do you like best about the product?
Organized information and a quick search bar to find your desired information.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much that I do not like about the platform. Maybe the interface could be revamped to seem more modern but thats about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Highspot helps me find all my resources which helps me on sales calls and even when I was starting out at the company.

I like the flow and ease of use in our content-rich environment.

Sometimes it can be a bit of a rabbit hole when looking for something specific.

Helping us add more value to our customers and keep our brand recognition actively growing.
I wish I made the switch to Quickbase sooner
What do you like best about the product?
If companies have a resource library, usually it's antiquated/not intuitive & the resources aren't always up to date or easy to locate. I love that Highspot loads quickly. It's easy to search for what I'm looking for. The information is up to date. I love that you can bookmark the resources in a separate folder & even create different folders within Highspot. One thing I really like that I haven't had before is that there are typically multiple documents/slides/resources describing the same processes in several different ways. There is a lot to keep up with and learn - dissecting and visualizing the information is so much easier when presented like it is in Highspot.
What do you dislike about the product?
There really isn't anything that I dislike about Highspot. When I was first onboarding, navigating it was intimidating given the amount of information it offers & how much I was learning at the time; however I don't attribute that as a negative.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To be effective & successful in my position at Quickbase, I not only have to understand & command processes within my role but also within the roles of the teams that I am supporting. Highspot has allowed me to find the information that I need very quickly to not only problem-solve but to also proactively equip myself with product knowledge & up-to-date processes so that I am more successful & can provide better support faster. It's very aligned with Quickbase as a company in that way. See, connect, control.
Intuitive information sharing!
What do you like best about the product?
Bringing different pieces of useful information into pitches that can be easily shared with target audiences.
What do you dislike about the product?
Despite being easy to navigate, the way files are shown inside the system does not prevail and easy visualization

Sharing product information and promotional files with target visualization tracking abilities.

The convenience of sharing content and the capability of gathering intelligence about buyers' interests.

I have yet to find any downside. I dont think there is any flaw that I have encountered so far.

Sharing useful insights and information with clients and partners and gauging their interests through analytical features of Highspot.
A delightful enablement tool
What do you like best about the product?
Highspot is exceptionally intuitive and easy to use by admin and user alike. Not only does Highspot store various file types in a detailed library for customer-facing and internal assets, but the user design, revenue insights, and engagement metrics are outstanding and keep our team focused on our programs and supporting our Growth Org.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is very little to dislike about Highspot. As a training specialist, I would point out that the inline video assessment features (primarily for managers) has areas of improvement and growth. As automation advances, I look forward to seeing how Highspot develops this top-to-bottom experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We lacked a central location to store all our assets (case studies, decks, demo videos, webinars, etc.) and internal processes, measure market and customer stories and ROI, and provide insightful reports on revenue and operational impact. Highspot has provided a single hub for diverse information and supports training, tracking internal and external communication, and (in-person/virtual) events for our Growth Organization's sales enablement.
Great for resources
What do you like best about the product?
Highspot is a great way to share resources internally, almost like an internal Google. It's very easy to use and navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its seems like there are other intranets that can do better of suffice. I dont find highspot exceptional, just a means to and end.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I dont think much of it. It is not crucial to do my job, just acts as an intranet full of resources.
