Highspot is a phenomenal tool for sales organizations
What do you like best about the product?
I love how organized and clean Highspot is. As an Account Executive, I need a tool that not only is easy to navigate but also easy to find all internal and external materials that I can share/find.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Highspot offered a 'health score' of some of its information to see how accurate some data might be. This is nit-picky, and my team regularly updates, but I always like having a graph of seeing how long something has been updated in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Highspot makes it incredibly easy for me to find sales information, PDF's, one-pagers to share with customers, as well as keeping all of our in-house info in a clean centralized place.
Highspot: High in Learning!
What do you like best about the product?
Highspot helps me locate all the materials and resources I need to acquire product knowledge. With just using the keyword, it will show you all the related contents.
What do you dislike about the product?
The older versions of the collaterals will be archived and will no longer be accessible to the recipient. Best to keep an eye to those that are recently updated to ensure it can still be read by others when you share it to them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Highspot helps me explore the ins and outs of our products to be able to confidently explain it to our clients. It also has learning courses whose main objective is to be an expert of what we offer.
Highspot measures ROI of content
What do you like best about the product?
Enabling a marketer to measure and analyze any piece of content in relationship to an opportunity or account. This visibility is critical for customer-led influence on sales engagements.
What do you dislike about the product?
As one of the topical admins, it's capabilities are so vast - I'm still learning about when and how to effectively use the solution and taking their training programs to get me there. That's a reflection on me - rather than Highspot. I need more time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Highspot provides visibility for the marketing team to capture analystics around customer-led influence. There are actualy metrics around which pieces of content are most relavent and effective content that help sales close deals.
Great content management and pitch capabilities
What do you like best about the product?
I like the user interface, ease of use, and overal conneciton between the content pieces and other functionalities. This definitely helps streamlines a sales rep's workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is room for improvement on the learning/LMS componenet. It could benefit for easier analytics on learner progress and questions.

It is helping reps find relevant and fresh content fast.
Great tool to monitor your prospects engagement with your assets
What do you like best about the product?
I like best about highspot that you can create your own digital salesroom and share them with your prospects. Therefore they have an overview over all assets they will ever need and you can see if they actually engaged with it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Theres not really much that I dislike about highspot...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When prospects need a lot of different information material, links in emails or attachments are very clumsy and its hard to keep an overview. With highspot you can creates "Sales-Rooms" in which you can categorize all the information material and share it with your prospect. Therefore they always have a good overview and have a one-stop place for everything

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to navigate, easy to search, the templates are helpful for creating new content. It has allowed us to create fresh and simple content for sellers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I struggled to learn the platform in the beginning, but I think with the release of Highspot University it will help a new user a lot more than it helped me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives us an easy way to store and display content for our sales team. They need to access content quickly and easily.

Being able to quickly navigate to our marketing content and customer testimonials.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not the greatest when creating personal folders and needs a way to communicate when new content is posted.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making very easy to access marketing content and customer references vs. previously reaching out to team members and colleagues or storing them on a note or slide.
I Love an Organized Organization!
What do you like best about the product?
Highspot saves a lot of time. It is a one-stop shop for all final pieces of company collateral. I personally love that I do not need to keep documents saved on my computer because I am confident the most up-to-date version is loaded on Highspot. The 'updated version' button is super easy to use and I can always update my customer pitches. I enjoy the ability to remix collateral when I need multiple documents combined for a customer and view the analytics of each pitch to see what marketing tactics are working. As a Marketing Manager, I love Highspot's flexibility to customize how we structure our "spots" so our salesforce always knows where to look for resources and I no longer need to worry about emailing large files- links are way easier! I can also help the sales team put together targeted and strategic pitch styles and plays to ensure we consistently communicate the same on-brand message. And the icing on the cake is that Highspot is collecting data in the background on all the uploaded resources--creating beautiful dashboards to analyze for business decisions.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a Marketing Manager, I create a lot of link pitches for campaigns and I don't like that the pitch has my name and picture associated with it. I would like to pitch on behalf of my company or on behalf of the sales team while still being able to view the analytics or have the analytics roll up to a parent account.
I also don't like that the list tag names cannot be long because you can't expand the viewing column. I usually need to hover over the list and wait for the full description.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The only constant is change, right? Keeping files up-to-date and communicating those changes to ensure everyone has the updated version can be a full-time job. If the practice is to check Highspot first, we alleviate the problem of accidentally sharing incorrect or dated information with our customers.
Easy and fast for sellers to find what resources are needed for meetings.
What do you like best about the product?
Organized information and a quick search bar to find your desired information.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much that I do not like about the platform. Maybe the interface could be revamped to seem more modern but thats about it.

Highspot helps me find all my resources which helps me on sales calls and even when I was starting out at the company.

Sometimes it can be a bit of a rabbit hole when looking for something specific.
