Every Sales Team Needs Highspot
What do you like best about the product?
The pitch tracking functionality is my favorite! Having visibility into how customers are interacting with specific content has made selling so much easier.

I can't think of anything I dislike about Highspot

With all our content in one place, it is saves me so much time finding information quickly to create and remix decks.
It is an awesome tool to connect with prospects and customers.

I would be notified if a customer opened or read my email.

I dont see any downside at the moment. I am satisfied with the current version.

What do you like best about the product?
Highspot is one of the tools that our Sales Enablement team started recommending a few years back. At first we thought it will be challenging to use. Boy, are we so wrong.
The best feature of HighSpot is its ease of use. The tool was designed to keep it simple and easy to use, share & customize according to you & your organizations specifics.
We even use it to create sales plays and quick easy to navigate training pages.

What do you dislike about the product?
The maintenance and setting up is dependent on what type of set-up you'd like to achieve. For our company it is very ardous since even though we have a basic style we use. We have different product lines that it corresponds to.
Though it is really easy to use. It will be challenging to learn how to use it at first.
And it is a bit pricey too.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Highspot to share internal and external informations and trainings. It has helped us solve the rigorous process of accessing knowledgebase information for internal use since it is already integrated with a lot of our tools including MS outlook.
we can just attached files and training stuff via email.
We also find this very helpful in sending training and informative demo videos to customers. The best thing about it is because it already has a tracker that triggers whenever your demo videos are opened by your clients, giving you gauge on how often they open it.

There are videos that are lengthy. customer may not watch the videos

When customer is asking additional information about the product, sending sales pitch via High Spot generate more sales
Highspot is a phenomenal tool for sales organizations
What do you like best about the product?
I love how organized and clean Highspot is. As an Account Executive, I need a tool that not only is easy to navigate but also easy to find all internal and external materials that I can share/find.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Highspot offered a 'health score' of some of its information to see how accurate some data might be. This is nit-picky, and my team regularly updates, but I always like having a graph of seeing how long something has been updated in.

Highspot makes it incredibly easy for me to find sales information, PDF's, one-pagers to share with customers, as well as keeping all of our in-house info in a clean centralized place.
Highspot: High in Learning!
What do you like best about the product?
Highspot helps me locate all the materials and resources I need to acquire product knowledge. With just using the keyword, it will show you all the related contents.
What do you dislike about the product?
The older versions of the collaterals will be archived and will no longer be accessible to the recipient. Best to keep an eye to those that are recently updated to ensure it can still be read by others when you share it to them.

Highspot helps me explore the ins and outs of our products to be able to confidently explain it to our clients. It also has learning courses whose main objective is to be an expert of what we offer.

What do you like best about the product?
Enabling a marketer to measure and analyze any piece of content in relationship to an opportunity or account. This visibility is critical for customer-led influence on sales engagements.
What do you dislike about the product?
As one of the topical admins, it's capabilities are so vast - I'm still learning about when and how to effectively use the solution and taking their training programs to get me there. That's a reflection on me - rather than Highspot. I need more time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Highspot provides visibility for the marketing team to capture analystics around customer-led influence. There are actualy metrics around which pieces of content are most relavent and effective content that help sales close deals.
Great content management and pitch capabilities
What do you like best about the product?
I like the user interface, ease of use, and overal conneciton between the content pieces and other functionalities. This definitely helps streamlines a sales rep's workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is room for improvement on the learning/LMS componenet. It could benefit for easier analytics on learner progress and questions.

It is helping reps find relevant and fresh content fast.
Great tool to monitor your prospects engagement with your assets
What do you like best about the product?
I like best about highspot that you can create your own digital salesroom and share them with your prospects. Therefore they have an overview over all assets they will ever need and you can see if they actually engaged with it.

Theres not really much that I dislike about highspot...

When prospects need a lot of different information material, links in emails or attachments are very clumsy and its hard to keep an overview. With highspot you can creates "Sales-Rooms" in which you can categorize all the information material and share it with your prospect. Therefore they always have a good overview and have a one-stop place for everything
