Highspot is great for enabling a sales team :)
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the simplicity of being able to search for whatever you need on highspot. The search function works as easy as any other internet browser, making it simple to locate any document, media, etc. I also like how our team can "pitch" content that can be tracked for analytics purposes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, it can be easy to lose track of older, outdated content and it is important to stay on top of content. I would love if there was a flagging feature in highspot for outdated material :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Highspot allows me and my team to provide content and strategies to our sales team, while also being able to track the usage of these items. The analytics allow us to see what is actually beneficial to them and providing support to their sales conversations, without causing us to spend extra time making resources that will go unused.
User Friendly , intuitive experience
What do you like best about the product?
Easily access sales data / files / PDFs on any product or category. This is the primary repository I use to support all my presentations + info for our Partners and end users alike.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isnt a single item I dislike about Highspot
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Highspot offers me an easy to use knowledge repository on anything Lenovo related.
Great tool for a knowledge repository!
What do you like best about the product?
The tool is easy to use and navigatable. I appreciate the user interfact and the customizable features/pages the platform offers. I would recommend this tool over the likes of Wordpress, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I haven't found an equivaelent that would be able to handle the capabilities that I need for my organization.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Great tool to get users onbaorded/ additional training for employees. Most learning management tools are very pointed ,but I enjoy the robust nature that Hubspot offers.
Very intuative sales collateral platform
What do you like best about the product?
Higspot is a great Sales collateral management tool with a growing featurelist which helps any small to large business in need to manage their collateral.
What do you dislike about the product?
Each customer has their own issues which are rasied to Highspot. Some requests are unprioritised which means that it can take some time, and often workarounds, to fix the issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Content Management, goverance, content usage when sharing with partners.
Highspot & Pitch deliver for sellers
What do you like best about the product?
I have just started using Pitch Salesrooms, and I really enjoy being able to customize content/messaging to my clients & prospects. I am also able to share relevant content based on the relationship with the client, whether it be white papers, marketing material, product updates, quotes, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
The search functionality can be tough at times to navigate, this could also be an exercise in cleaning up old content that is no longer relevant so the system isn't so bloated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our organization can push out Salesforce updates, product updates, internal notes, one-pagers, ongoing education etc. in one easy to use landing page. Additional features allow you to send and track content for your clients, helping boost overall engagement and increasing our customer's experience.
Very user friendly and extremely helpful tool
What do you like best about the product?
How user friendly it is. How you can easily access accurate information on what clients spend the most time reading.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if you could drag your documents to various folders when storing your own content.

It helps me assess which customers are not engaging, so that I can take action. It also helps create content for customers in a professional way.
Excellent Tool for Custom Library/Resourcing
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the built-in template capabilities of Highspot - it's intimidating to build sites from scratch, and using their pre-loaded formats makes it incredibly easy to create and maintain a professional looking library.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be unclear how to modify existing templates to fit your specific needs, and the format can be a bit limiting in terms of adding content from other sites.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Highspot has allowed us to build a sales resource library that all sales teams can access - it's meant to be a continuously updated repository that houses all of our most updated content and tools all in one place. Using Highspot allows us to see how our sales teams are interacting with the content we create and make adjustments accordingly.
Business-essential and employees bestfriend
What do you like best about the product?
It has EVERYTHING I need especially when I'm a newbie. It becomes my bestfriend when things get hard during the call and I get lost in my work. Basically what every employees need.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't worked on everything in Highspot yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
During my call, certain files in Highspot is always open in front of me to help me accommodate client's questions/queries. I don't memorize everything so having Highspot as my go-to file when i'm lost.
Highspot makes tracking engagement with pitches a breeze
What do you like best about the product?
I am able to not only send my company-created sources with tracking I can upload my own things and also have those same capabilities
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that I could see more detailed information on when pitches are opened. An example would be from where in the world did the link get opened
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No longer do I have to wonder if an email I sent was opened. With Highspot I am able to track all interactions with an email regardless if there are attachments or not.
How it helps my Account Management Duties.
What do you like best about the product?
It helps me, as a sales account manager, easily find the materials or files I can send to my customers so they understand the product I am selling them. Also, I find it user-friendly because of the design and font.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I get easily confused because of so many resources and materials inside the Highspot with almost the same titles of files. I tend to send a different file to my customer, but I believe it's more on my end that needs improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I believe the problem that I am currently facing is that I need to send the materials to the customer manually. Now that I am using Highspot, once I see the files I need, it gives me the option to send the materials to the customer via email without downloading the file itself.
