Very user friendly and extremely helpful tool
What do you like best about the product?
How user friendly it is. How you can easily access accurate information on what clients spend the most time reading.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if you could drag your documents to various folders when storing your own content.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me assess which customers are not engaging, so that I can take action. It also helps create content for customers in a professional way.
Excellent Tool for Custom Library/Resourcing
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the built-in template capabilities of Highspot - it's intimidating to build sites from scratch, and using their pre-loaded formats makes it incredibly easy to create and maintain a professional looking library.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be unclear how to modify existing templates to fit your specific needs, and the format can be a bit limiting in terms of adding content from other sites.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Highspot has allowed us to build a sales resource library that all sales teams can access - it's meant to be a continuously updated repository that houses all of our most updated content and tools all in one place. Using Highspot allows us to see how our sales teams are interacting with the content we create and make adjustments accordingly.
Business-essential and employees bestfriend
What do you like best about the product?
It has EVERYTHING I need especially when I'm a newbie. It becomes my bestfriend when things get hard during the call and I get lost in my work. Basically what every employees need.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't worked on everything in Highspot yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
During my call, certain files in Highspot is always open in front of me to help me accommodate client's questions/queries. I don't memorize everything so having Highspot as my go-to file when i'm lost.
Highspot makes tracking engagement with pitches a breeze
What do you like best about the product?
I am able to not only send my company-created sources with tracking I can upload my own things and also have those same capabilities
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that I could see more detailed information on when pitches are opened. An example would be from where in the world did the link get opened
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No longer do I have to wonder if an email I sent was opened. With Highspot I am able to track all interactions with an email regardless if there are attachments or not.
How it helps my Account Management Duties.
What do you like best about the product?
It helps me, as a sales account manager, easily find the materials or files I can send to my customers so they understand the product I am selling them. Also, I find it user-friendly because of the design and font.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I get easily confused because of so many resources and materials inside the Highspot with almost the same titles of files. I tend to send a different file to my customer, but I believe it's more on my end that needs improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I believe the problem that I am currently facing is that I need to send the materials to the customer manually. Now that I am using Highspot, once I see the files I need, it gives me the option to send the materials to the customer via email without downloading the file itself.

Highspot is very useful in utilizing calls, we can find almost every material we need.

Highspot has always been very dependable in terms of providing contents.
What do you like best about the product?
What I really like about it is aside from its being integrated to all other tools we use in account management, Highspot also allows us to mix content, create favorite folders or file that contains all related documents, videos on a single file that is ready to send to the clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
Though I believe I set-up my signature on my first use, it's not showing the exact email siganture I have on my outlook. I am not sure if this is just something that I can fix from the settings or not yet really available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are clients that are not yet available to attend on a product demo and some would like to review first the product and this is where Highspot is helping me out. Not only this, if I need information and want to learn more about my product, review the process, documentations, this is my go to.
Central landing page, great partnerships
What do you like best about the product?
It is a central landing page for all content in the org with cool integrations.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI isn't as slick as I'd like - a little clunky and can be hard to navigate

It was a central landing page that was more intuitive than google drive
