Highspot has been a game changer
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use. How organized your content can be. Highspot is very user friendly for both the admins and the end users.
What do you dislike about the product?
The analytics can be better. It would be nice to be able to customize reports easier and filter to results that we are looking for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Highspot is solving the proble of collateral and content being in a lot of places. This solves our need to a more organized place to store everything our sellers need. It is also helpful for onboarding becuase we can point new hires in one direction for everything they may be looking for as opposed to things living in a google drive.
My experience with Highspot and the Highspot team has been nothing short of wonderful.
What do you like best about the product?
The people and the service are by far what won me over about Alight. Their platform and capabilities as well, however, it's the teams supporting us through evaluation, development, and deployment have really made this experience so great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Don't think I have any dislikes about Highspot so far!

What do you like best about the product?
I really value how Highspot eliminates the need for me to go through numerous platforms or folders in search of particular information by offering a searchable and user-friendly one-stop shop for all content. One noteworthy finding I made was how adaptable it is for sharing, storing, and organizing a variety of sales materials throughout departments. The features of the program guarantee that my colleagues and I have access to current marketing materials, streamlined content management processes, and insightful data on our prospects' involvement, all of which enhance our ability to close deals, work together, and communicate with customers. Moreover, I think the following aspects are helpful:

What do you dislike about the product?
Although I don't particularly dislike Highspot, like any other platform, it has its advantages and disadvantages. One drawback we encountered last year was the potential slowdown caused by the number of 'spots' each user has access to. However, after addressing this issue with the Highspot customer support team and adjusting frequency of use, the platform now operates efficiently once more. Nevertheless, improvements can still be made regarding the usability of access permissions and how access is separated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has shown to be very helpful in enhancing messaging consistency, giving insight on prospect engagement, and simplifying the sharing and presenting of content procedures. We depend on it to efficiently store and distribute collateral and get around email attachment size restrictions. Thanks to its user-friendly features, we can quickly exchange assets with other teams and get insightful feedback from partners or consumers.Our sales teams use Highspot to organize and distribute content to potential customers, and they value that each deck-link may be tailored to a specific recipient.

What do you like best about the product?
Highspot has enables us to realize high ROI through real-time sales enablement.

At the moment, I only dislike that Highspot lack available Android application.

Through actionable analytics, It is rapid and perfect to make informed marketing decisions which lead to high returns.
HighSpot is a good central repository for all business related collateral material

It is easy to search for material on HighSpot and downloading material is straightforward.

It can be a bit intimidating for a new comer to get used to using HighSpot

HighSpot is providing a space for being a central repository for all marketing material that we can direct all the people of commercial organization to.

What do you like best about the product?
Highspot is a one-stop shop for all necessary sales tools and training. It allows me to save time with quick searches for materials to close sales. Everything I need is in one place and I can customize proposals and save time. I can track emails to clients and identify what they are most interested in, which makes the sale less cumbersome. It is easy to use and very user friendly. There really are seemingly endless features, giving us the flexibility to evolve the site as needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes searches do not always yield what I need and it can be hard to find very specific items. Not sure how that oculd be corrected with the large amoutn of information on the site. I also do not like that I cannot track the emails and people who open my emails. It would be much better to know who opens my emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps give me needed training that evloves as new things come about. It provides all the information I need in many different categories, so I only have to go to one place for all I need. It then allows me to track client interaction which gives me an edge in the sales process. I can be more effective in my meetings and client engagement as a result of this knowledge.
Highspot is amazing!
What do you like best about the product?
I like how the articles are separated by products and are easy to find based on their titles and the table of contents required. I also love how clicking on certain parts of the TOC auto-directs the user to that specific section.
What do you dislike about the product?
Control+F only searches for the first 6 or 9 pages. Also it is extremely hard to copy texts and the user is sometime forced to copy the entirety of a paragraph. Lastly, the images are sometimes blurry whereas on the google doc itself it is crisp/clearer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Highspot is helping our team remain aligned on SOPs, additionally, we have created great resources thanks to Highspot to further show how a feature is expected to work and set expectations moving forward for major rollouts!

The analyitics you reveice back from potential customers which you otherwise would never get unless you were using Highspot. It is also great having all the companies most up todate marketing material all stored in one place ready to be sent out.

Some of the email pitch functions seem abit cluncky. Emails sent from a generic Highspot email address as well as content being displayed in a small link format.

Truely understanding what the customers main interests are.
