Great Enablement site
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of use, and the integration into SFDC.
What do you dislike about the product?
The solution is really only as valuable as the content you have to fill it with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Any easy location to access all critical internal data. Much better than a sharepoint site.

You can easily manage marketing material and keep track of what prospects are engaging the most. This allows me to allocate my time for best results.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing comes to mind at the moment. Highspot has really streamlined a lot of processes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having all material in one central location is huge. Digging into files on a desktop is not necessarily efficient.
Helps Deals Close
What do you like best about the product?
Highspot has all the information a new or seasoned rep would need for working with prospects. Having a centralized hub vs tribal knowledge saves time and makes sure we have the most up to date information when things are changing quickly.
Being able to send over information and gauge the interest is really helpful when prioritizing time.
Highspot is my most used sales enablement tool and has been critical to my sales process.
Before Highspot, new reps would literally have to go desk by desk asking people for the collateral we were using. Now and especially during more remote work, Highspot allows any rep to ramp quickly and have the resources to do their job

What do you dislike about the product?
Cant really think of anything that i dislike. I'm excited to see how the company progresses and continues to help us do our job. I highly recommend Highspot and it would be hard to work anywhere else that didn't have it.

Tracking interest from prospects. If someone looks at something months later you will know to re engage with them. Centralizing all information from marketing and knowing i'm not using outdated information. Being able to see other reps proposals and what they are having success with.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I dont think there is another product on the market that fits this niche role. I love it.
Helping with Efficiency and Productivity
What do you like best about the product?
Clean UI, intuitive functionality, minimum time investment for maximum results.
What do you dislike about the product?
Been using for a couple of months, no gripes to speak of thus far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As an individual contributor my primary driver is efficiency and productivity; I want to be able to find what I need quickly, and get back to work. HighSpot helps me do that.
Accelerating Sales
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can take a piece of marketing content, send it to my prospects, and then gauge what piece of content is resonating with my audience. That allows me to focus my time on the most engaged prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
The integration with Outlook doesn't always look as "pretty" or "seamless" as I would like. I have to sometimes test sending an email, which can slow down my process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to have all of our marketing, sales enablement, and sales learning content all in one place with easy search capabilities, so now I don't have to look through a million different applications. Highspot is also directly integrated with SFDC, so I don't have to leave my CRM.
Makes a huge difference in my confidence, organization and my sales process!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how you can share information, store information and see how a prospect is engaging with content you've shared using Pithces. I also love how you can track e-mails you've sent to people to see if they are reading them. It's also great to store information in your own Spots or share content with other internal employees so information can get easier to find.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Highspot was easier to organize. It easily gets disorganized with how frequently I use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to store my content, access content from other departments, share information with other people on my team easily and share content with customers. This not only saves me time but it also means I can better understand which accounts to spend more time with based on their engagement.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend using Highspot, absolutely! This is a great way to improve your sales process and identify how/when to invest more energy in your prospects or accounts. This is also a great way to store content in the cloud and share with your team what content works. Make sure you keep your "Spots" organized from the beginning!
Great For Customer Success Role
What do you like best about the product?
I am in a Customer Success role and have benefited significantly from HighSpot. I particularly like the ability to send an email pitch or link to a customer and track which pages they viewed in a specific document, how long they view it for, etc. It allows me to easily A/B test the content I send out to determine what is most effective. Furthermore, HighSpot makes it easy to find the content I need for my own education and training.
What do you dislike about the product?
- The lack of mail merge functionality (however, I believe this is on the product roadmap)
- Inability to integrate with Outlook for Mac.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Great platform for storing demo and sales material
What do you like best about the product?
Easy search and email functions. Great layout as well.

Nothing! I have been using the tool for a year and it has been great.

I love that you can easily track your follow-up and what the prospects are looking at. It is also a great place to organize all your sales essentials and access it quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I can't think of anything at the moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am trying to solve the question of what documents my clients open the most and have the most relevance for them. This allows me to see what is worth my time in terms of follow-up. A benefit I have realized is timeliness. If I notice that a prospect keeps going back to something I sent, I can try and figure out what they need and call them.
Best Content Management tool
What do you like best about the product?
I love seeing the analytics and content in one place! The user experience of looking at the customization of each customer was nice to see.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it would be nice for the whole team to have access to this information. This would be good for prospecting potential leads, and name dropping customers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool is great for us to manage our time by showing relevant content to potential customers. We can show content to customers and explain to them why previous leads signed up with us.
