Sales enablement made easy
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite part about using Highspot is not only the ability to save all my pitch content in one place, but the ability to see exactly when a customer has opened and reviewed the message I'm sending.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly cannot think of anything I dislike about Highspot software
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Highspot helps overcome the challenge of pipeline management, organization and motivation within our sales team. Utilizing Highspot has helped me and my peers stay on pace and exceed monthly and quartly targets.
Streamlines my day
What do you like best about the product?
Highspot has been a great resource for our sales team. Working with Enterprise clients, we often have long sales cycles, which include multiple decision makers, and requires specialized Business Cases/ collateral. Using generalized brochures, often doesn't cut it. Highspot makes it easy for my team to share content, and saves us hours
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much to dislike! If there ever has been a problem, I have reached out directly to the team, and they are quick to respond, and integrate my feedback to future changes. It would be nice to incorporate some sort of statistics on which slides/ material are the most effective or have the highest response rate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In sales, we try to utilize the most effective material to best showcase the value of our product. HighSpot allows us to share, utilize, and (most importantly) store what works best for the team. This helps bring success to us all, by quickly sharing which ideas that have worked for our teammates.
Easy to use and effective
What do you like best about the product?
For me, the greatest benefit of using HIghSpot is the ability to track and understand what follow up (and collateral) resonates customers. Being able to associate a marketing doc with an account helps me to track engagement, and keep a pulse on the health of my accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
With product updates, I can see room for even more insight/tracking capabilities--right now I am sometimes challenged by having multiple contacts view collateral, and not necessarily being able to identify who did what. I imagine this will continue to improve, and as a user my hope is for consistent communication about how the tool is changing and how it can be better used.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to track prospect/client engagement in real time helps me to manage my time more effectively. I have a clearer understanding of which collateral is effective for certain types of clients. Highspot also helps me to differentiate opportunities in my pipeline, because can easily track which prospects/clients are actively viewing the material and sharing that material with other decision makers.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easily it stores all our content and how simple it is to share that content with clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much honestly. I wish it more easily tracked multiple contents on a piece of content, but that's a tiny issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves having content in 100 different places and it solves the issue of sending giant files over email as attachments.

It's a great way to store and share marketing and/or sales content.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to follow up on my prospects with good information. It allows me to be very focused on calls and better prepared on the materials I bring up.
The communication about my customers is great if not almost scary accurate. I was like wow, yep, that is accurate.

I would just say duplication. Sometimes I find myself removing material that is in there twice.

Having one platform for our company has been incredible. We are on the same page.
Highspot will make you more successful
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best: the fact that we can see which pages our clients are interested in AND beyond pages alone, can see the amount of time spent on each page. This feature clearly pinpoints what their key takeaways are from the product and service and allows for even better, more targeted follow up afterwards.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the lack of organization in my personal "Pitches" and "Content". Rather than listing all pitches based on the most recently uploaded, I wish there were different folders we could use to organize by material topic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Benefits: TIME MANAGEMENT.
I feel that I am far more efficient when knowing which clients to send more customized, detailed materials (ie: lots of time spent on highspot materials) vs. those that then receive more generic info from me (ie: little to no time spent on highspot materials).

What do you like best about the product?
UI is intuitive and has helped accelerate my outreach. As an enterprise SDR working with existing accounts, I need the content I send to be curated and targeted to the customer; Highspot allows me the flexibility to put multiple, specific content into one link which is useful for me and easy for the customer (all the relevant info in one view). I also like the insight Highspot provides, such as the ability to track which specific content pieces are the most successful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Inability to integrate with Outlook (Mac).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing which content pieces are most successful for existing customers, and then I can use this information to organize more customer-centric outreach. As a plus, it's also allowed me to easily search internal content for my own edification.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Highspot has allowed me to be more personalized in my outreach, which is mandatory for my role because I support account managers; my outreach needs to sound like I've known the account for awhile. I believe the solution is headed toward the right direction if they keep the ideas of "accelerated workflows" and "integration" at top of mind when improving the product.

Easy to locate the content I need for my customers. Through Highspot I've found that I'm sharing more content with customers than I had been previously.

Be sure to train your team how to best utilize the system - you want to make sure that they understand how to get the most out of it. It only works if your team uses it!

What do you like best about the product?
It's hard to name just one thing I like best about Highspot because it has made my job so much easier all around! I love that everything is in one place and material can be found and distributed quickly. The ability to gain analytics on materials to see what is being effective and used is a game-changer!
What do you dislike about the product?
No major dislikes but with all the content I've uploaded onto the platform, sometimes it can be messy organizing it all. I don't really have anything that I really dislike, but sometimes the upload times take longer than I typically experience with other websites.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having one platform to house all of our content that our whole company has access to. It's great that everything is in one, easy-to-navigate platform. Also being able to track what we send to customers and gain analytics on what they are engaging with most.
