Great sales resource
What do you like best about the product?
My go to place for all work related docs
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI could use a little work but other than that nothing

When i need to send resources to customers, highspot centralizes them all in one place

What do you like best about the product?
Easily shareable documents to leads and it tracks everything from open to read time. I also like how it has an integration with gmail, so I can add pitches directly from my email to leads.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much, it has been a vital tool that we use on a daily basis. I guess one way it could improve is by recognizing which email you are opening a document from, so even if you are on another device with your same email -- it doesn't track that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like how it tracks all of the time people read each document, so I know which leads are most engaged and more likely to move forward. It helps me allocate my time more efficiently. It is also very easy to search for what you need and has a smart search algorithm built in.

What do you like best about the product?
Highspot is easy to use and makes it very easy to find various content for my personal use with clients, and also makes it simple to forward that information to prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
No complaints over the past 3 months!!!!

Gives us a place where our sales team can access all of our recorded webinars, whitepapers, etc. for ourselves and clients.

What do you like best about the product?
The tool is easy to use with great user interface, really good 'search' capabilities and provides useful content analytics to find patterns and insights. I was particularly impressed the most with the smooth implementation, on-boarding, training and support from Highspot. They gave us a clear project scope, defined process, timeline and targeted metrics for success. After signing the contract and getting done with our content audit, we were ready to launch the tool to our users within 30 days!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was an easier way to group analytics by sales teams and role: SMB, Mid Market, Enterprise etc . Right now I'm able to group reports on Highspot based on content or individuals. I hope the same is extended to 'teams' and/or 'roles.' In speaking with the sales and support team at Highspot, I know they're working on adding more filters to their analytics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making our sellers more effective and helping them increase their ASP, quota attainment and win rates. Highspot has helped us solve our content mess, showcase the right content to our reps and provide analytics on usage. It also helped create a behavioral change in our reps wherein now they engage more with prospects and customers through sharing content. This is reflected by the high adoption and engagement metrics we see on Highspot.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that everything is really easy to search.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only drawbacks is having to "pitch" all the content instead of being able to share the content as a link.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales Materials are easy to access and distribute. Highspot has given me some insights into which sales resources are being used by our clients and which are most effective.

What do you like best about the product?
Before, my company was using Google Drive and it was very confusing to locate certain documents. Now, everything is streamlined into one repository where I can easily search for key words (similar to google). I love that I can see when my documents have been read and downloaded my prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much about Highspot that I do not like. I would like our client success stories to be organized differently but not sure if that is a highspot issue or my company!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We solved the problem of "where is that document". Instead of asking colleagues to send me a certain document, or send me an email they have sent out, everything is located in highspot.

Huge improvement over existing process
What do you like best about the product?
The search feature is intuitive and scrapes the text in the Word/PDF/PPT file. Solid integrations with Box & Google Drive to deal with version syncing and keeping everything up-to-date. Good role-based permissions to distinguish between internal docs (e.g. sales enablement, competitive), and content that should be widely shared outside the company.
What do you dislike about the product?
Highspot does a great job of showing internally, how many times a piece of content was viewed, times it was downloaded, and times it was pitched. It'd be great to see further analytics on usage, such as unique visitors vs impressions.

Arming our sales force with the right documents across our wide range of solutions and services. Highspot provides us with a centralized hub to store & share this content with the world.

Highspot is really easy to use and quite intuitive.

The search function is pretty good, but doesn't do the best job of filtering the most relevant answers.

We love the way HS has been able to integrate with our current systems. If we had any suggestions, HS jumped right in and started to work on a solution.

Had a few issues with Remixing but those eventually worked themselves out
