What do you like best about the product?
I use it in a seller role. I like the ease of adding content like videos, files, and pictures to my audience. Additionally, I like the tracking capabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes can be challenging to load multiple content items (clunky).

The One Tool Sales & Enablement Teams Need!
What do you like best about the product?
Highspot is a great content management, training and coaching platform that allows us to equip, train and coach our sellers. We've been able to easily integrated into our existing tech stack to serve up content, sales plays, and even training directly in their workflow. It incorporates governance tools and features to ensure content stays current and continues to leverage AI to keep up with the changing business landscape. Our sellers engage with customer everday using Highspot or the Highspot extensions in Outlook, LinkedIn, Salesforce and Salesloft. We have also started to introduce the new Digital Room features and our sales team are excited to begin using them as a new way to customize & personalize communication with their customers. I'd also like to mention that the support and partnership from our account team and the support teams are top-notch! Although issues are rare, the support teams have been very responsible and have always resolved any issue in a timely manner.
What do you dislike about the product?
More flexibility in the smart page designer is needed to allow easier adjustments to image sizes and enhancements to training components to allow for survey style questions and unenroll individuals added to a course through a group.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Highspot solves several challenges we face in our organization, but these are a few of the top ones: Ensuring our sellers have quick, easy access to the most recent & relevant content to share with our customers and Provides better visibility into customer engagement with the content which helps our sellers better understand what is most important to our customers, Provides efficiencies by allowing our sellers to use a single platform to find & send content to customers, be aware of customer activities with the content and provide the training & coaching to upskill our sellers.
Understand Trends, Audit Content Usage, Maintain Updated Collateral
What do you like best about the product?
Highspot allows us to easily understand trends across our own ecosystem, and meet seller needs. This allows us to tailor our approach to creating content, and provide relevant materials that align with what our team is looking for. Highspot also makes it easy to audit content and quickly assess what is outdated so it can be archived.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to have more content in Highspot around structure and organization. I have used Highspot in a few organizations, and each time the only friction I experience is that often coming in as a new admin the structure is very messy and complicated. The resources that currently exist provide guidance on structure creation from the onset, but not in this situation. If Highspot were to survey sellers and create a report on best practices for structure and flow I would be interested to see it.

There isn't much to dislike about Highspot
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have greater confidence in the quality of materials our sellers are using because of Highspot. This is critical after a semi-recent rebrand and making sure we stay consistent in the marketplace.
Great Platform For Many Departments
What do you like best about the product?
Highspot's UI is highly user friendly - for both admins of the platform and for regular users of the platform. The platform remains user friendly while including high power features like data analytics and reporting. Very feature rich platform. What sets Highspot apart is that the platform incorporates enablement best practices.

What do you dislike about the product?
Downsides of implementation are dependent on how your content is structured currently. If your content is really scattered, it doesn't make implementation more difficult, just possibly more time consuming. I haven't found any downsides of the platform.

Great tool for sales enablement
What do you like best about the product?
I love how accessible all my collateral is on Highspot. Also, the fact that I can have my own repository of content that I can edit and share with my customers.

Could be a little more user-friendly and an eye pleasing font

Highspot: A Game Changer for Customer Onboarding
What do you like best about the product?
Highspot has played a significant role in improving the efficiency and effectiveness of our customer onboarding process

SOme features could be more improved to add more ability to collaborate with colleagues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Highspot conquers high-volume onboarding. It lets us tailor materials per client, saving us time from one-size-fits-all approaches. Engagement tracking helps pinpoint knowledge gaps, potentially boosting client success. Plus, it streamlines distribution and centralizes communication, freeing our team to focus on what matters most – our clients.
Key tech stack platform
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to build pages to organize content. It's like having an organized book of key assets. Reps can easily search through the book (i.e., pages) to quickly find key content to self-educate or share with prospects and customers. It keeps users coming back. The support you get from Highspot, from Account Managers to Technical Support, is also top-notch.
What do you dislike about the product?
Encountering formatting changes when uploading presentations. Also, it's not really something I dislike about the platform, but today, multiple tools in our stack offer some of the same functionality. It makes it hard to drive adoption on a single platform and makes enablement and adoption more challenging.

Getting the right content in the hands of our sellers so they can deliver value with every message.
Game-changer for Sales
What do you like best about the product?
This platform not only is a one stop shop for housing content and training, but also is a differentiator for sales presentations, RFP submissions, and just showcasing your company.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limitations on customization on pitch styles/digital rooms. For example, you can only change the size on images by adding additional columns, you can't just resize to what you need. Also, with pitch styles/digital rooms when you make an update to refresh any live links you have to remove and re-add the style for it to update on the live link.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Housing all content from marketing collaterol to training materials and everything in between as well as sending pitches to prospects and clients to showcase features or submit proposals
Highspot is the best!
What do you like best about the product?
I love Highspot because it is simple to navigate with. The feature of knowing your reaches are opened, viewed and downloaded is a treasure!
What do you dislike about the product?
There's really not anything that I don't like about Highspot. I had excellent support from my company as we began to utilize HS and continue to. This included webinars from HS support personnel. This has made a huge difference.
