Fast and user friendly
What do you like best about the product?
I like how compatible Highspot is with my other sales products. Every answer to client questions is a keystroke away. The tracking of client engagement is wonderful as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike anything. I haven't found anything I can complain about.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The product helps me get answers to client questions. It helps me access content for sales presentations and it is great for boosting client engagement with shareable, trackable content that I can send to clients.
Easy and Very Helpful Technology
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy and efficient highspot is. The analytics are super helpful and make my process well organized and stream-lined.
Knowing who is opening my content and whether or not the information is being shared internally really helps move deals across the finish line.
It's also really great to have everything in one place and easy to find.

Sometimes the search function is not as easy as I'd like

Knowing where to focus my time and energy with prospects who are actually engaged in our solution.

What do you like best about the product?
You can move large files and track opens as well as get updated on new content all of which make my job easier.

It would be great to allow for some customization so that when it opens, it defaults to the things I use/need/select

Easy to use, easy to add or remove information from presentations. Love that you can see if people are paying attention to your presentation.

There isn't really anything I don't like about it at this point.

Easy to navigate, interface with SalesForce.com is amazing.

I wish there was a mobile app that could be utilized in stead of using the web browser

Introductions to busy staff members, in one email they will know about the product and service.
Useful tool for sales
What do you like best about the product?
All the internal documents are all in one place only. Also the fact that you can quickly mix the presentations (add, remove or even reshuffle slides), is very good.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I send emails with the presentations, you get notified with an email that the person opened the email, and not the presentation link itself.

Quickly share technical documents with the customers. Always have a quick answer to the customer

What do you like best about the product?
Platforms like HightSpot only any good when one's keyword searches reveal the documents that are needed and Highsport thus far has done just that!

What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest annoyance is that editing in HighSport requires an Office 365 licence which my team does not have. This means that copies need to be downloaded when edits are to be made. This results in multiple copies of documents floating around the Ether and increases the danger of having the wrong revision live on HighSpot.

Seamless experience
What do you like best about the product?
the integration with Salesforce and Outlook are very easy to use as well as the search capability allows to find documents very rapidly
What do you dislike about the product?
So far there is not much that I dislike.
