Highspot rocks!
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to see when people review my attachments, which pages they view and how long they stay on each page is golden!
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to use video and have the same statics wrapped around the video.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to quickly attach relevant content to email and then see when people open and view the attachment and which pages they view and for how long. This tells me what clients are interested in most.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely give it a try, you'll see right away how easy it is to include relevant content within your emails and track content consumption.
Fantastic Product
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use both as an administrator and as a customer is exceptional. The AI search makes content easy to find and the structuring of spots and lists (and now pages) is easy to orchestrate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike, excited to see the new improvements to pages. If you could embed code into pages via an editor, that would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cross-department/team communication, product announcements, etc.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Have a formal content review process for keyword placement within docs to maximize search capabilities.
Simple, yet powerful and scalable
What do you like best about the product?
Highspot by far has the best approach to search and filtering content. Their unique "Spots" taxonomy allows you to easily associate a single piece of content to multiple personas, pain points, or Salesforce fields. My reps love how powerful the search is - from finding keywords in PDF's to subject matter in a video transcription. The most important thing about a tool like this is that it is quick and easy to find and share content. Highspot does this beautifully. SDR's love the email alerts when someone looks at a datasheet, so they can follow-up on once thought to be dead opps.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would love to see more bulk analytics for the marketing / content team. Reps can see how long a prospect views each slide in a deck, but Marketing can't see the accumulation of how long all external folks are engaging with content as a whole.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reps are using more relevant and timely content, ensuring version control and capturing critical data around prospect engagement with content.

Keep listening to your customers as you build your roadmap like you already do and you will be fine!

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to use keyword to search for terms/phrases within collateral is a game changer. My company has a ton of white papers and it makes it so simple to find exactly what I need within seconds. Also the Gmail plug-in is another great time saver.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything is so simple to use - I can't think of anything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Everything I could possibly need is maintained and updated through our Highspot Admin and saves me a ton of time not searching through outdated materials.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to view and share collateral across a multitude of mediums is extremely useful. Highspot integrates with our entire tech stack, increasing my productivity on a daily basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
We use an Outreach extension w/in Salesforce, and you can't upload Highspot content from within this extension. Easy work around, not the end of the world, but that's my biggest dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to get collateral into more prospects hands quicker is the biggest problem that's been solved. Being able to share content directly from w/in whatever tool I'm working out of is another huge time saver.

Will increase your productivity both as an individual user and across your team as a whole

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to easily add collateral to my client emails and then track their views to know when I should reach out for a follow-up.
What do you dislike about the product?
Adding one piece of collateral at a time via gmail if using quick search. (maybe I'm doing it wrong though!)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing content both for internal and external consumption. Personally, it's been massively helpful in finding reference materials I need. Equally valuable is the open tracker and the ability to limit access to only select viewers.
Use Highspot almost every day and love every second of it
What do you like best about the product?
It makes sharing pieces of collateral fantastic and super easy. Love that I can see when someone opens up my email and looks at the piece of collateral.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really haven't found anything that I dislike as of yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's very easy to know when to call a prospect as they've just taken a look at a piece of sales collateral.
Absolute necessity for anyone managing multiple demo's and large pipeline.
What do you like best about the product?
The ease to which I can quickly get customized collateral, pricing or information to a prospect following a request or a demo.
What do you dislike about the product?
There really isn't much. Honestly. The Gmail plugin makes it super seamless.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lack of efficiency is no longer an issue. Running an average of 20-30 demo's per week, it's critical to get the appropriate messaging to my prospects... I couldn't do this without HighSpot. I also have the ability to interact with content and view it as my prospects see it, track activity and understand the level of engagement.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to find the relevant collateral to send. The search functionality is super easy to use and is smart, meaning it will pull up your content based on key words or categories.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far nothing stands out to me as far as dislikes go, the tool has done everything I need it to do so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a company we have a lot of different slide decks, case studies, collateral, etc. and before Highspot it was tough to get to the right content with our google sheet. Now it is very simple and it integrates into Gmail so I can send collateral in a couple of clicks and see when a prospect opens it.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you need a tool to keep all of your content and collateral in one place this is the tool. It has slick integrations, for me the most important one is the Gmail connector. You can easily get your content into an email and receive notifications when a prospect opens it.
Spots to organize content
What do you like best about the product?
As a content contributor and publisher, it's very easy to push content to Highspot, and I really like the link between Google Drive and Highspot. Even after I upload a document to Highspot, if I make any edits or new versions to the doc on Google Drive, Highspot will automatically sync with the latest version, while still keeping all the usage metrics from previous versions.
What do you dislike about the product?
For metrics, I'd like to customize the dates a bit more, but I believe I'm restricted to past 7 days, 30 days, or 6 months. Because we are measured quarterly, it'd be good to be able to have a "past 30 days" mark, or even the ability to set the dates myself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's easy for Sales to go into Highspot to find relevant content. Whether it's internal-only or external-facing, there are easy-to-use settings. We can also track when Sales "pitches" external content to their prospects, though that feature hasn't been used much.
