Easy UI and excellent customer support

What do you like best about the product?
The user interface and ability to easily make bulk changes.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platforms I still have to manage outside of Yext (at least partially, though this is getting better).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bulk and automated management of ever changing business details across platforms which would take several people to manage otherwise with periods of inaccuracy.

What do you like best about the product?
The team is so personable and always willing to help, even with problems I wasn't even aware of. The support team (especially Corey who I've been working with) are thorough in their tickets and accurate in their updates. The personal and professional connections I've formed with this team are wonderful, and I know they're always there for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much! I feel bad that sometimes the team's updates aren't relevant for our specific team, but that's not their fault and they're always understanding about the different processes we have to go through.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
During COVID, we were given so many options to keep our stores organized and information correct. We're working on syncing Yext information with our .com which will make things so much more streamlined.

Nice system to plan and broadcast out messages

What do you like best about the product?
I can plan my calendar of posts out for the whole month and basically set it and forget it.
What do you dislike about the product?
When scheduling a specific time, the drop down defaults to 1am, and I have to scroll to a reasonable hour.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping my agency top of mind with customers and associates. My company has posts that I can select from and form my own campaigns based on seasonality.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take 10 minutes a week to set up your posts and you'll automatically be kept top of mind for any social that you are using.

What do you like best about the product?
The on-boarding was simple, the YEXT team made was easy to work with. After launching the team stays in contact and is always willing to give new tips on how to use all the tools their software provides.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have any dislikes of this program.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had many duplicate listings and Yext has helped correct all of the problems. Fixing these problems also helped us with our SEO.

What do you like best about the product?
The technology sector is growing faster than any previous industry. Many startups come around, but very few have what it truly takes to be successful. Yext established itself early as a player in the SaaS game and has kept up with growing competition. They face fierce competition, but I can honestly say their services and support far exceeds many others.
What do you dislike about the product?
Seems to be lacking in the "giving back to the community area"
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about the product?
The attentiveness across Yext and their client-centric approach is what I really like the most about Yext. It's hard to come across a vendor that values their relationship with their clients as much as Yext does.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not always been a fan of the rotating Account Manager schedule that Yext implements, but it has grown on me and have come to appreciate it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing our local platforms, all in one singular spot is the bright spot within Yext. It saves us incredible amount of time and the platform is user friendly and easy to navigate.

What do you like best about the product?
I think the best thing about Yext is how receptive and helpful our Client Success Managers are. Also, the Yext Webinars have been informative.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say the least helpful thing about Yext is the fact that you can't go in and edit a post once it is scheduled as well as not being able to upload videos for posts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've gained a lot of information thanks to our CSMs, Emily and Austin, such as how to schedule core listings info as well as localizing content for multiple locations at once and so much more. Yext is a great tool for my company as a franchise company because we can monitor all of our listings in one place. Also, being able to reach out to support when we encounter an issue is great.

Simplifies Online Content Management

What do you like best about the product?
Site allows full online content management in a single place making it extremely useful in situations like the current COVID crisis when location hours changed regularly. Additionally, the Featured Message feature allowed us to quickly alert out customer to latest information.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at all. The site is user friendly and very simple to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping all store online content up to date while changes are made.

What do you like best about the product?
The new ability to add temporary hours has been useful during the pandemic. My favorite option is to update multiple locations in bulk.

I have not experienced any downsides of using Yext.

Yext solves syncing up correct information across several online directory platforms. This results in better listing rankings and SEO value.

Yext is the local listings leader that other platforms/services model after. Yext has thought of everything and more that you need to manage listings and reputation online.
