While businesses in general's core is a solid, well run operation, peripherals have to compliment services offerings and customer service. As a studio owner, Yext has allowed our team to easily implement a system to respond to reviews, be seen on social media platforms and be present in navigation applications.
We now use Yext frequently to manage our location data, monitor reviews, and ensure our studio appears accurately across Google, Apple Maps, Yelp, and dozens of other directories. The interface is clean and intuitive, which makes training new team members quick and easy.
The centralized dashboard for listings, real-time review monitoring, and analytics allow us to measure visibility and engagement. Yext’s integration capabilities are seamless.

Yext services are part of the technology platforms provided by my franchisor. Nothing negative to say.

Yext helps me keep consistent business listings across the web and also manage online reviews across platforms.

What do you like best about the product?
Easily being able to manage Google listings for my bank, including locations and mortgage lenders. The fields are very straightforward and easy to manage. It seems very simple to add keywords to my listings - For example, if a lender gets married, we have the capability to go in there and update the last name. We also have branches opening and closing as a bank, so going and changing addresses or deleting them all together is not difficult at all. Yext helps out a lot with our Bank's SEO.

I am a newer user, so I am still familiarizing myself with the platform and learning best tips and tricks

Potential bank customers being able to search for mortgage lenders in our area are able to put a face with a name for a more seemingly personalized approach to a loan.

It takes time to adjust to the platform.

Software works well, but could use more customization options

The dashboard is effective to manage multiple platforms at once, Review features are also nice because you get notified about reviews on all platforms without having to check each one for new reviews.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not straight forward to navigate the dashboard, wording that labels each section like "Knowledge graph" and "entities" is confusing and not straight forward to navigate in order to find how to edit details on the microsite for our franchise and etc. It still is nice we can access this from yext but there is almost zero customization for our microsite via yext. This is the only way I know of that we are able to edit it, I wish we were able to add more customized banners.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to manage reviews in one platform, although we don't really have an option but to use yext with our franchise.
