Yext Review
What do you like best about the product?
The Yext team is very helpful and proactive in managing our account. Not only do they offer advice and recommendations, but their service is fast and friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to say here. We have been very pleased with all aspects of the relationship.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Yext for their listings and localized content. So our customers and prospect can find us online. The results over the last year have been tremendous.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great company, great people and overall a great experience with proven results.
Very helpful during Covid
What do you like best about the product?
Yext rolled out several very helpful features while we were navigating Covid and the impact it had on our business. I was able to easily keep our listings up to date with relevant information for our students.
What do you dislike about the product?
None come to mind. It has been really easy to work with them and their product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have personally been able to manage a couple of hundred locations quickly and efficiently. I have found there are clear flags when a location needs attention and I have been able to act on them easily.
Great Team Effort!
What do you like best about the product?
The team at Yext goes above and beyond to ensure your company is making the most out of its resources. For example, for several years we tried to get our remote locations GMB verified without luck but Yext continued to look into the problem and found a viable solution. We finally have all 113 locations verified! We long gave up hope but their team was determined to make it work.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only negative thing we have encountered is the time it takes to complete some projects. Not sure if that is due to the size of their staff or if it's because we have downgraded our services (budget reasons) over the past year.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Yext is helping us increase organic traffic through our listings, as well as building a better customer experience through our search tool. The insights provided allow us to focus our efforts on content creation and other SEO enhancements which help drive more leads and conversions.
Awesome Experience
What do you like best about the product?
Yext has always been a valuable partner for my company. They stay updated on the latest and greatest tech trends while also providing quick, helpful service when we need assistance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I don't have any dislikes at this time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Yext has helped us correct and maintain business information across top directory listings for years. They make it extremely easy to make changes to this information, too. We also appreciate the access to Google reviews and the ability to respond to them through Yext.

What do you like best about the product?
Customer service is solid. The product has helped us expand and manage our web presence. The analytics are intuitive, though I do wish they could track Bing's impact more effectively than they do.
What do you dislike about the product?
As I mentioned above, Bing is not tracked extremely well. Also, Yext's services are fairly pricey.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As an SEO professional at a medical clinic, I've seen firsthand how Yext has helped us grow our organic traffic numbers.
Great Tool That Keeps on Growing!
What do you like best about the product?
I think the platform itself is extremely easy to use and provides very robust insights.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you don't pay for the highest level support you need to ensure you have someone on staff to fully manage the platform because it can be time consuming for certain elements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were able to take an operation that typically is mundane & extremely time consuming and simplify it using the Yext tool, and now have all our information synced across hundreds of sites online.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Although it can be pricier than other competitors, we have found that the return is worth the investment. Other competitors do not provide the level of reporting & insights or the same amount of listing providers as does Yext.

Not always perfect - sometimes addresses still show up incorrectly on sites like Bing.

Managing our location + physician listings. Easy to use - easy to update.

How quickly and easily things can be updated.
What do you dislike about the product?
That we are unable to use Yext for other systems integrations such as being able to update OLO hours through our current Yext/OLO API. We are still manually updating OLO hours. Not much to complain about :-)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to change open status, hours and can channel specific (dine-in, takeout, delivery - GMB attributes) rather quickly. In real-time. Some of the work can be manual such as temporary closures and GMB updates. But at least they are almost real time. With things changing so quickly due to COVID-19, the ability to react to ever changing info is super helpful to keep the public informed of the most up to date info on our restaurants.

What do you like best about the product?
Yext has been an important and long-term partner for Huddle House. We've been able to deliver accurate and time information to guests looking to make a dining decision, which leads to restaurant visits, while creating significant efficiencies in time due to their robust Knowledge Graph.

What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like to see more interaction with clients when it comes to product development. Potentially a client advisory board that provides a forum that focuses on elevating the products and services.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Today more than ever it's imperative for brands to provide timely and accurate information. Anytime we fail to do that, we risk losing a guest. With Yext, we are confident that anytime a guest is looking for answers like hours of operation or location, we can with certainty, ensure we are empowering guests with information to make decisions to visit, order online or just learn more about the brand.

What do you like best about the product?
Thanks to Yext, we are able to update our store information in bulk, for a lot of different platforms. I saves so much time and allows us to have accurate information online about our stores!

It would be great to be able to upload GMB Products on Yext (https://support.google.com/business/answer/9124203).

Easily manage online store listings for more than 250 stores on several platforms. Especially during Covid when stores change their hours and services very often!
