We have truly enjoyed working with Yext. Their staff and support team are outstanding.
What do you like best about the product?
The customer service and representative that you get along with the product.
What do you dislike about the product?
We ran into an issue with our GMB listings. Had to reverify the entire set which caused frustration and us not having access to our GMB listings for over a month. However, Yext did work hard to remedy the issue and it was eventually resolved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have greatly improved our online presence and the Answers platform has led to a much better search experience on our website.
Yext Review
What do you like best about the product?
Yext provides an invaluable service for us. We operate a very large 6k+ franchise business with frequent changes to individual offerings as well as openings. Yext gives us the leverage to continue operating without the benefit of a large team. This is especially important given the extraordinary challenges COVID has presented to the business and the unfortunate contraction of employees in the company.
What do you dislike about the product?
No issues so far, we're working on getting the API integration done, and have high hopes for time savings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Yext gives us the extra leverage we need to manage information complexities related to a very large franchise operation. We've been able to accomplish more with less labor.
Impressed and Just Getting Started
What do you like best about the product?
We are a new client so have limited experience, but the onboarding process was very smooth and the Yext team helped every step of the way. The Knowledge Graph is super robust and feature-rich, making it easy to update information about our locations.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be helpful to have a little more "hand holding" as we set up our API connection to update our listings. There are a lot of different ways to do it, and it would be great to have a little more guidance on best practices or a customized plan of how to best do it for our business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're getting our data out to more places, more accurately, and faster than we have with any other partner. Plus we are now showing up in the SERP for keywords we've been trying to rank for for months.
Very helpful platform so many capabilities
What do you like best about the product?
I love the individual store listing pages and ease of use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tabs at the top could be organized better- overall site could use more color I find everything looks the same and I get confused.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I need assets to be able to apply to yelp reviews. There is also a lag time in reviews uploading due to GMB.

Give Erin a raise! IT should answer a little quicker.

The platform is very easy to navigate. The information is easily organized and accessible.
What do you dislike about the product?
There can be a lot of information to sort through. It can seem overwhelming at first but you get the hang of it quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're able to resolve most customer concerns. We're changing negative experiences, to positive ones!
Easy to manage location content
What do you like best about the product?
Managing listing accuracy is easy and Answers allows us to create and deploy content quickly based on site search or company changes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some challenges integrating with third party services like Yelp.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Improving the accuracy of our location listings is why we chose Yext. With so many of our locations in various states of availability due to COVID-19, having Yext has been invaluable in keeping our clients informed. We were able to launch Answers this year, which is already reducing cost and driving revenue by drastically improving site search results.
Have more than 5 GMB Listings? Yext is the tool for you!
What do you like best about the product?
It's incredibly user-friendly. Easy to learn, easy to pass something off to a colleague, and easy to edit/make changes. Yext regularly saves me tons and tons of time. But they also go above and beyond - my Client Success Manager, Wilhelmina, is incredibly responsive, helpful, and the perfect team-player.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing about Yext that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have 300+ locations and 1500+ providers - Yext makes managing those listings and the corresponding reviews easy. It also makes responding to reviews, reacting to new Google releases, and managing healthcare listings in the age of COVID so much easier.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Yext easily saves my team hours and hours of work. Updating listings of our size would be a three-person job, at least. Instead, it's easy to manage in Yext, and we have the most delightful team on our side whenever something goes sideways.
Top Tier Reputation Management with Excellent Customer Service
What do you like best about the product?
Many retailers tout titles like "Premier Servicer" or "24/7 Customer Support," but Yext simply edges out the competition. With it's intuitive dashboards, extensive analytic reporting, and speedy customer support, you can count on their staff to not only guide you through best practices in reputation management, but work with you closely to help optimize your listings. A+ for Ease of Use and Customer Support, B+ for feature page aesthetics and pricing.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing is not as competitive as some similar retailers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since adopting Yext in July 2019, we've been able to consolidate and manage all of our locations listings, build our SEO presence with Knowledge Cards, and enhance our Click-Through Rates for increased visibility.

What do you like best about the product?
I have enjoyed building relationships with our partners at Yext. They go above and beyond to make sure that their clients feel supported. Even during a pandemic, nothing skipped a beat.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the platform can be tricky to use. Things aren't always an intuitive as you'd think. Several support staff work on our account and they don't always know our strategy which can be difficult at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Yext has helped us provide relevant and accurate practice and provider information to the right person at the right time. They have also helped to create a consistent search experience for our consumers. Over time we have optimized our listings to increase traffic to our website, rank in local pack and drive conversions.
Listings Management Made Easy (and so much more)
What do you like best about the product?
The Yext platform is robust yet easy to use. I would love to take advantage of even more of the services in the future.
What do you dislike about the product?
The wealth of features can seem overwhelming at times, though their support team is second to none. They're always available to help, and there are plenty of online tutorials and guides to help, too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to manage thousands of listings, at scale, has saved significant time and effort, allowing me to focus on other areas of need. I wish we were able to account for all of our locations in the Yext platform, but budget just doesn't allow for that at at the moment.
